Work Text:
you watch, laughing, as you tear me apart,
mocking, as I sew back together my heart.
the pieces so fragile, so sharp, so broken,
not realising I was truly heartbroken.
for if we were in a highschool movie,
i'd be the one keeping a secret so juicy,
you would pull it out of my lifeless body,
whereupon reading my thoughts, fall in misery,
for finally you had read my true thoughts,
you wondered how you could ever have mocked
somebody so soft, so caring, now lifeless,
someone who thought that you were priceless
