Chapter 1: The Prologue

Chapter Text

A/N: The timeline of Naruto is a bit confusing for me even if I search or read from other stories, so if you find problems, just think of this as an AU (Alternate Universe), okay? The Prologue and the first episode will be a test for me. If you like it, please leave feedback! It will motivate me to continue.

Deep within the Hokage Building, Hashirama Senju slumped over his massive wooden desk. He stared in utter defeat at the terrifying mountain of financial paperwork towering over him, letting out a heavy, miserable sigh."I never thought paperwork would be this exhausting!" he groaned, burying his face in his hands. "I need to call Tobirama..."

Then, a brilliant, piercing white light enveloped his entire body. In a fraction of a second, the First Hokage vanished from his office, completely unable to react.

At the exact same moment in another location—the Uchiha Compound—Madara Uchiha sat cross-legged on the floor of his private clan estate. He wore his traditional blue kimono, the proud Uchiha crest emblazoned on his back. His eyes were closed in deep meditation. Suddenly, his eyes snapped open in sheer alarm, sensing a strange anomaly in the air. Before he could draw a weapon, the same blinding white light engulfed him, plucking him from existence.

The phenomenon repeated itself relentlessly across Konoha. In his underground laboratory, Tobirama Senju vanished mid-experiment. In her quiet room, Mito Uzumaki disappeared just as she raised a teacup to her lips. Six-year-old Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya were taken next.

Then, the anomaly tore through the fabric of time itself, reaching decades into the future.

The light claimed Hiruzen Sarutobi right from his office, Danzo Shimura from the shadows of ROOT, and three oblivious six-year-old children playing in the village streets: Kushina Uzumaki, Minato Namikaze, and Mikoto Uchiha.

In the endless white void, several people appears.

"What the—" Hashirama started, but his voice was immediately cut off by a sharp, metallic click echoing to his left.

Madara Uchiha was already on his feet. His fingers curved like claws, reaching instinctively for the giant gunbai fan that usually rested on his back. Finding nothing but empty air, his posture turned lethal. His Sharingan flared to life, three crimson tomoe spinning frantically as he spun on his heel, dropping into a low defensive stance.

"Hashirama," Madara hissed, his voice dangerously low. "If this is your brother's idea of a security test, I will tear his throat out right here."

"It is not me!" Tobirama Senju snapped. He stepped forward from a completely different corner of the endless white room, his hands instantly locking into the Tiger seal. "Sensory perception is completely jammed. I cannot mold a single drop of chakra. My entire pathway network feels... dormant."

"Mito? Tsuna?!" Hashirama completely ignored the tactical breakdown, his eyes scanning the massive, circular room in panic.

A few feet away, Mito Uzumaki was calmly dusting off her formal white kimono, her regal expression tight but unbroken. Clinging to her leg was six-year-old Tsunade, her tiny fists bunching the expensive fabric as she stared open-mouthed at a massive, floating blue orb pulsing in the center of the room.

Then, a tiny, high-pitched sob broke through the tense silence.

"Where... where am I, dattebane?!" Sitting on the floor was a five-year-old girl with vibrant, tomato-red hair. She was clutching her knees to her chest, her wide eyes overflowing with terror.
"Are you okay?" a gentle voice asked.

A small blonde boy with bright blue eyes blinked up at the white void, seemingly completely unfazed by the sudden kidnapping. He walked over, offering a small, polite hand to the crying red-haired girl. "I'm Minato. Minato Namikaze."

Kushina looked up at him through her tears. For a brief second, she thought he looked a bit like a pretty girl, but the gentle smile on his face quickly calmed her down. Wiping her eyes, she accepted his hand. "I'm fine... thank you for asking."

"No problem" Minato smiles softly.

"Stay away from her, pervert!" another child's voice barked. A little girl with sleek dark hair and sharp, proud eyes—Mikoto—stepped right between them. She crossed her tiny arms, trying her absolute best to look intimidating despite being barely three feet tall.

"Hey! Who are you calling a pervert, forehead?!" A white-haired kid in an oversized mesh shirt tripped over his own sandals as he tried to march over. Jiraiya scrambled back up, rubbing his bruised nose and pointing an aggressive finger. "I'm gonna be the strongest ninja ever! Just watch—"

"Shut up, Jiraiya. You're loud," a pale, snake-eyed little boy murmured from the side. Orochimaru didn't even look at the other children. His golden eyes were locked onto the floating blue orb, his tiny fingers twitching with intense, unnerving curiosity.

"What is the meaning of this?!" An old, raspy voice cut through the children's bickering. Hiruzen Sarutobi, wearing his full Third Hokage robes and holding a cold pipe, stared at the scene in absolute horror. Next to him, Danzo Shimura gripped his cane, his single visible eye darting from the toddlers to the legendary figures standing before him.

Hiruzen looked down at the children, his breath catching in his throat. "Tsunade? Orochimaru? Jiraiya?! They... they are children!"

His eyes slowly drifted upward, locking onto the silver-haired man nearby. His knees began to tremble. "Teacher...?" he whispered lowly, before looking at the towering man beside him. "First Hokage? But you... you passed away decades ago..."

Hashirama blinked, squinting at the old man with the deeply wrinkled face and liver spots. "Saru?! Why do you look like a dried plum?! What happened to your hair?!"

"Monkey?" Tobirama muttered, his sharp eyes narrowing as he analyzed the old man's robes.

Before Madara could demand blood or Tobirama could find a way to break the room's laws, the blue orb in the center pulsed with a soft, melodic light. A synthetic, flawlessly calm male voice resonated through the space.

"Welcome, Shinobi from Shinobi World," the voice announced.

Instantly, Madara shifted his weight, his Sharingan spinning as he tracked the orb. The rest of the adults fell into combat stances, tense and ready for an attack

"Who are you and.... what are you?!" Madara demanded, his voice laced with killing intent.

The voice stoped for a second in silence.

"Oh, right. Sometimes I forget that some universes are not technologically developed. Let me change."

The blue light began to shift and warp. The spherical shape melted away, stretching and solidifying into a human silhouette. Within seconds, the orb was gone, replaced by a teenager wearing a crisp white lab coat over his clothes.

"Better," the teen stated, looking at the assembled crowd.

Though all of them were visibly shocked by the sudden transformation, they remained tightly coiled, ready to strike. The boy calmly raised his hands in a placating gesture.

"Relax, I am not dangerous. Yes, I kidnapped you, but I don't want to harm you. I have made your chakra completely dormant. Well, not completely; you can still use your Sharingan and basic chakra control to walk on surfaces, but you cannot use your jutsus or anything else. Furthermore, violence is strictly prohibited in this space... So, why not calm down and talk?"

The silence stretched painfully across the void. Hashirama studied the strange teenager for a long moment before slowly lowering his guard.

"Let him talk," Hashirama said seriously, looking back at his companions. "I want to hear what he has to say, then we can decide."

Tobirama sighed, dropping his hands from the seal. "Okay, Brother."

The rest of the adults gradually followed suit, though their eyes remained sharp.

"Tch, fine," Madara muttered, relaxing his stance slightly while fixing the teenager with an icy glare. "Talk."

The being smiles. "I know you would come around, well, I am C.O.S.M.O.S. as Chronological Orbital System for Multiversal Observation and Security. But you can call me Cosmos. Basically, I am an A.I. that travels across the Multiverse to observe, help various beings... and occasionally have a bit of fun."

TThe entire cast looked completely blank.

"What is an 'A.I.'?" Hashirama asked, tilting his head in confusion.

"And what is this 'Multiverse'?" Madara demanded.

"Uh... you'll learn about that later," Cosmos chuckled, waving off the technical questions. "Anyway, I summoned you here today to help you."

"To help us?" Tobirama echoed, his voice dripping with skepticism.

"Yes, to help you," Cosmos said, his expression turning serious. "Your universe has a massive amount of internal problems, and an incredibly dangerous threat is looming over your world."

The eyes of every adult in the room widened in sudden alarm. 'A threat?!'

"And I want to help you in my own way," Cosmos continued, pacing slightly in his lab coat. "Because I am strictly forbidden by my creator from directly interfering or doing anything to alter timelines myself. That helper method involves watching another universe. You will see the similarities in your problems, learn from them, and become better. You might even pick up some new techniques. Most importantly, you will learn about the life of a man who will eventually come to your world to live permanently... a man who can fight that very threat, but who will desperately need powerful allies to help him. Powerful allies... like you."

The word 'allies' hung heavily in the air.

"Allies?" Danzo spoke up for the first time, his grip tightening on his cane as his sharp eye scanned the artificial being. "If this man you speak of is powerful enough to face a planetary threat, why would he require the assistance of shinobi? And more importantly, what makes you think we would blindly trust an outsider?"

Cosmos chuckled, a light, digital sound that didn't hold any malice. "Ah, Danzo Shimura. Always calculating, always looking for a hidden trap. To answer your first question: no matter how strong a hero is, nobody can fight an entire army alone—especially when dealing with billions of beings on a planet. I mean, he can certainly beat them, but it is still an army of billions. Even a god can drown if surrounded by enough ants. To answer your second question... you don't really have a choice but to trust me right now, do you?"

Tobirama stepped in, blocking Danzo slightly. "You mentioned that this world we are about to watch is entirely different. Do they use chakra? Or something else?"

"They don't have chakra in that universe," Cosmos explained, crossing his arms. "None of them do. Instead, it's a mix of everything: biology, evolution, alien genetics, technology, and a completely different type of energy that is far more powerful than chakra. They possess technology that your world wouldn't invent for another thousand years—heck, millions of years. You are about to see weapons that can vaporize planets or whole galaxies with a single click, and creatures that live on other worlds and stars. Some of them are terrifyingly powerful."

Orochimaru's eyes practically glowed with a predatory curiosity. "Creatures that live on other planets like ours... without chakra? Developing through entirely different paths of evolution? Fascinating. The laws of nature must be completely rewritten in this 'Multiverse'."

"Exactly! Now you're getting it, kid," Cosmos grinned, snapping his fingers.

Clack.

With a sudden wave of blue light, the endless white void shifted. The ground beneath their feet warped, transforming into a massive, multi-tiered theater room. Plush, comfortable dark-gray couches appeared in neat rows, perfectly arranged so everyone had a clear view. In front of them, a massive, obsidian-black screen—easily the size of a tailed beast—stretched across the main wall.

"Whoa!" Jiraiya gasped, losing his balance for a second before staring at the massive screen. "This place is huge! Are we gonna sit on those?"

"Indeed," Cosmos said, gesturing to the seating arrangement. "I have customized the seats for your maximum comfort. And don't worry, you can summon food with your mind whenever you want, and there are toilets located to your right if you need them. Now, please take your seats. I suggest the older generation sits near the back, and the little ones take the front row so they don't have to strain their necks."

Hashirama didn't wait. He walked over to one of the central couches, dragging a grumpy Madara by the shoulder. "Come on, Madara! Let's see what this space boy looks like!"

"Get your hands off me, Hashirama," Madara grumbled, but he sat down anyway, crossing his arms and glaring at the screen.

Mito followed, gently guiding little Tsunade to sit near the front row, before walking back to sit next to Hashirama. Tobirama walked over and quietly took his seat next to Mito. Nearby, Minato, Kushina, and Mikoto awkwardly huddled together on a couch, with Mikoto still keeping a protective, highly suspicious eye on both Minato and Jiraiya. Jiraiya scrambled to sit right next to Tsunade, only to receive a tiny, sharp glare from her, while Orochimaru silently took a spot on the very edge, his eyes already glued to the dark display.

Behind the clan leaders, Hiruzen and Danzo took their places in the next row. Both remained entirely silent, their minds racing with the intense political and military implications of what they were about to witness.

Cosmos sat down in a large, modern chair next to the couches, his laboratory coat fluttering slightly as he settled in

"The universe you are about to observe is called the 10 Universe," Cosmos announced, his voice echoing perfectly through the theater. "And the story begins on a completely normal planet named Earth, with a completely normal ten-year-old boy going on a summer vacation."
