Maekar Rivers expected his internship at Targaryens Corp to involve mouldy archives, terrible coffee and the occasional workplace humiliation.
He did not expect Baelor Targaryen to look at him like someone he had been searching for.
According to Brynden Rivers, an old tragedy is preparing to repeat itself at Ashford. According to Maekar, Brynden should be banned from the internet. Unfortunately, blood magic becomes difficult to dismiss when history starts feeling like memory, and falling for Baelor feels less like a beginning than a return.
