Summary
After being hit with something inexplicable, Dazai is unable to reverse the effects of an ability Ranpo was hit with during a case.
The effects, you ask? Ranpo was turned into a 13 year old, and he only has the memories of a 13 year old too.
With the death of Ranpo's parents still a fresh wound on Ranpo's person, he now has to deal with the struggle of figuring out where he is and who he is with.
And the Agency has to figure out how to take care of this Ranpo they are unfamiliar with.
