Summary
One prank. One missed promise. One friendship that broke before either of them could explain why. Bridget gave her heart away for a year and got laughed at for it on the one night it mattered most. Bridget decides the only way to stop getting hurt is to become someone people are too afraid to try. So, she joins the very villains who humiliated her and learns to be the thing everyone already whispered that someone of her bloodline would surely become and dares anyone, including herself, to call her weak again. There's one flaw in that plan, however: Ella refuses to watch her disappear into herself without a fight. Bridget needs someone to pull her back from the edge and Ella is determined to do just that.
