   Summary

   In Pre-War Cybertron, the Functionist counsel and their political party gains power in Iacon city. Bots are forced to follow their function or risk penalty. For one bot named Tag, an aspiring artist born into Central Iacon's middle class and forced to be a police officer, he sees firsthand how a functionist society treats those like him who have dreams.
   (OC-centered fic with cannon characters as supporting cast)
