Chapter Text
Morn sits at his usual seat in the bar, drinking away his money and talking everyone’s ears off. This time, however, it was different. Quark can’t look at his buddy. Not after what happened last night. Oh, Prophets, last night! Even Morn seems quite awkward today, he doesn’t show it, still his usual outgoing self, flirting with some of the Dabo ladies and Ferengi waiters. Nobody else notices, but Quark does. He’s the bartender, afterall. Rom ignores Morn’s advances as he usually does but notices something off with his brother. Rom approaches Quark after setting down some cups, his body language giving away his anxious state, his hands wringing together.
“Uhhhh, Quark? I uhm… I was just wondering… Well…. Are you okay? Yoooou seem a little upset today..”
Quark wants to brush his idiot brother off as usual, but he could really use an open ear right now. Maybe if he ‘gets his feelings out’ like Jadzia always tells him to, he’ll feel better. She probably didn’t mean talking to Rom of all people but he doesn’t know who else he could talk to. Jadzia’s off at work and Odo- ugh, Quark doesn’t even want to think about Odo.
“Yeah, you seem exactly the same, Rom. Being stupid and getting into people’s business! But… I guess I am feeling a little off today. Last night was pretty weird. Promise you won’t tell anyone, okay? I swear..”
Last night…..
The bar was closing, and all the waiters had gone home with each other. No way Quark would let his employees close the bar up for the night and steal his precious latinum. As usual, he had to convince Morn to leave, and as usual, Morn wasn’t convinced.
Now, ever since the workers had gone on strike and formed a union, Quark wasn’t getting any oo-mox from the Dabo ladies. He was also very, very tipsy that night. Ever since he saw Odo pining for Kira, who was in love with Shakaar, he was fucking heartbroken. How could Odo betray him like this!? After everything they’ve been through, everything they’ve done together!? Screw Odo. Quark was absolutely pissed off. Surely Odo knew that he and Quark had something between them. There was always tension, and they’d been vulnerable with each other many times. And Odo had just gone and betrayed him. He wasn’t even watching him do his crimes anymore, no longer spying on him as much ever since that little lobed, clothes-wearing Kira seduced him! So, Quark had been drinking his woes away, every single day, even at work.
During his shift, he’d had some kanar. Quark had an itch to scratch and he needed assistance. It’s been 10 years since Morn had walked into his bar, and since day one Morn had flirted and flirted with Quark. It gave Quark a headache sometimes, even though he flirted back. Quark even let him touch his ears sometimes. Morn was damn good at oo-mox for small-lobed Lurian!
Quark’s long tongue flicked over his lips despite himself and approached Morn after his usual begging for the barfly to leave his establishment.
“Say, Morn.. I could use a bit of oo-mox, if you don’t mind… I can take some off of your tab for it.”
Morn was delighted, and his nose sniffled as his large hand reached Quark’s lobes. The caressing began, and Quark couldn’t keep his mouth closed with the amount of pleasure he was experiencing. Morn talked him through the whole thing, shivering. Quar’s face flushed and he had to paw at Morn’s hand and tell him to stop.
“Morn, why don’t we take this to my bedroom?”
Morn shook his large head ‘no’, uncharacteristically silent.
“Oh, Morn. We can’t use my holosuites, I’m already in debt, you know. Do you wanna just go to your room?”
Morn nodded, his eyes half lidded. Quark finished cleaning up the bar and locked the doors, holding Morn’s hand and walking out. A few people walking about the promenade stared at them, but Morn just stuck his tongues out at them while Quark leaned on his large body. Once they reached his room, Morn fiddled with his card for a bit before going in. .
Quark looked around, his eyebrow ridge furrowed in surprise. Morn’s quarters were adorned with paintings, and his floor was covered in gravel like mud. The place smelled like a rain forest on Ferenginar with hints of old, mildewed books. Quark inhaled deeply and slowly exhaled it, closing his eyes for a moment before he remembered what he was here for.
“It smells wonderful in here, Morn. Now, where were we..?”
Quark smiled seductively, his sharp teeth resting against his lips. They began to undress, Quark sliding his colourful vest off and unbuttoning his shirts and pants. Morn slid his padded armor off of his large, muscular body, his face stoic. Quark stared, practically drooling. He’d never seen Morn in this state, and Morn was more attractive to Quark than ever in that moment. No wonder Morn had so many admirers and lovers! Morn was staring back, both of them curious about each other.
“Have you ever been with a Ferengi, Morn?”
Morn didn’t respond, still staring at him before guiding Quark to his bed of mud, slipping his digitigrade foot in and sinking down. When Quark slipped in, it was like being engulfed in a hot tub on Risa, the mud sucking him in and sticking to his skin. He’s reminded of being plunged into the rivers of muck on his home planet, but much more pleasant. As he slid down, he was unable to grab the edge of the tub, his feet not reaching anything. Damn, how far down does this thing go? He gripped onto Morn’s large, bulky arm, feeling his wrinkly crocodile-like skin coated in the mud. Morn smiled down at him, caressing his face with his free arm.
“Thank you, Morn.. You’re so strong,” Quark winks, the light reflecting off of his fangs. Under the mud, he feels Morn’s erection with his fluttering legs that are struggling to keep him upright. Well, erections. He smiled at Morn and went under the mud, shutting his eyes and feeling the two protracted cocks. Well, that’s new. They were white and smooth, throbbing weakly like veins under his touch. Quark’s muscles relaxed in the mud, and it felt like a warm hug on his lobes. As a Ferengi, he doesn’t need much air, so he could stay down there for about 34 minutes before he needed to come up. He licked the mud. Fascinating. It’s clean and clearly gets filtered every day. Ferengi are infamous for their hearing, but not many know about their superior sense of taste. They have very talented tongues.
He licked Morn’s cocks and felt the mud around him shift along with Morn. Hmmmh. Quark rubbed his own clit, feeling it protract out and grow long and thin, and he had to stifle a groan. Morn couldn’t stifle his, and ground onto Quark’s face, his thick hand hovering over his head. Instead of holding it and shoving him onto his cock, he rubbed Quark’s ears; Quark groaned and palmed himself while mellowly licking at Morn’s miraculous members, feeling his moans through the mud. The cocks pulsated harder, and Quark pulled away so Morn didn’t come just yet. He swam up so his head was over the mud, wiping the gunk from his nose and mouth so he could breathe, gripping onto Morn’s broad shoulders and kissing him lightly. He lowered himself onto Morn, whimpering at the stretch of his muff around the first cock, feeling it rub against his clit and g-spot. The other man's genitals were very silky inside of him, leaking clear slick as it began to thrust. Molasses spills from Morn as Quark ground his hips onto his companion.
“You- you’re, ah- you’re very wet-” Quark whimpered between breathy moans, close to coming. Morn’s booming groans filled Quark’s ears, which were still being rubbed, and he could practically see stars. Morn’s hand temporarily moved from the lobe to his own cock, pushing the other inside of Quark and thrusting hard. Quark couldn’t take the girth stretching him and rubbed his own clit while he chased the friction, his face curling up in ecstasy while he began his powerful orgasm. Morn began his own as well, pushing deep inside of the Ferengi and cumming inside, his mouth opened in a silent screech.
Quark fell asleep on top of Morn and they slept together through the night, dreaming of each other and profit.
Xxx
“So, yeah. That’s also why I was almost late for work today. Go figure.” Quark takes a long swig from his flask.
Rom stared at Quark for a while, not saying anything while Quark took orders snappily. He finally speaks.
“Wow, brother, that’ssss.. a lot of information!” Rom rubs the back of his head awkwardly and continues. “I’m sure things willllll stay the same between you two, just…” He doesn’t know what to say. Quark sighs.
“Just go serve drinks.” He shoves a platter of beverages to Rom and points him to a table. He shakes his head and mutters something about morons before taking another order. As he’s talking to the Edosian tourist and flirting with him, he feels the alcohol kick in, and slumps to the side a bit. In the corner of his eye, he sees Kira and Odo hand in hand walking into the bar. He feels a flash of fury and jealousy, taking another swig from his flask, ignoring the Edosian. Kira and Odo stare at him as the little man makes his way over to them, swaying slightly.
“Ugh, Quark, you reek.” Kira teases, looking over at Odo, then back at Quark. “Do you usually drink on the job?”
Quark doesn’t laugh, in fact he doesn’t even acknowledge Kira, just glaring at Odo, who is becoming increasingly uncomfortable.
“You can’t be drunk in public, Quark. You’re coming with me to the brig.” Odo is just looking for an excuse to arrest his enemy and grabs a hold of his arm. Surprisingly, Quark yanks his arm away, not even theatrically like he usually reacts to getting arrested.
“So you come into my bar with this STRUMPET and decide to arrest me for drinking in my own establishment?” Quark says loudly, drawing attention to himself.
Kira gets indignant at being called a whore and stands up straighter, furrowing her eyebrows. Odo is just shocked, his mouth parted.
“You will not call me a- a strumpet, Quark! Have you lost your mind!?” Kira yells, stepping to him.
Breaking his stunned silence, Odo asks, his voice strained and low, “What on Bajor has gotten into you, Quark?”
“What’s gotten into me!? What’s gotten into you, fascist!?” Quark screams, slurring his words. “You will take your clothed fee-male and LEAVE MY BAR! You’re driving my customers away with your pig stench, porker!” Everyone is staring now, some whispering hurriedly to each other.
“You’re creating a public disturbance, Quark, you need to come with-” Odo starts to say, but Quark cuts him off.
“Yeah, in MY establishment, Odo! If you arrest me I’ll have you reported to Starfleet Command, and I’m not just saying that this time.” Odo stares, not used to being talked to like this.
Stunned, the couple leaves, talking to each other with bewilderment etched on their expressions, even the stoic changeling. Kira isn’t even angry yet, just incredibly confused.
Quark turns around and goes back to his post to take orders but realizes that nobody is there anymore except Rom, looking extremely worried. He waves him off, but Rom stays, almost teary.
“Brother, are you okay? What was all that?”
Quark snaps. “Why don’t you just shut the fuck up and leave me alone, Rom! This is why I don’t like you! This is why your ex wife left you! Just mind your own business for once.” He throws an empty bottle on the ground. It shatters into a million pieces at Rom’s feet while he begins to sob, running to the inventory room. There are many disapproving mumbles directed at Quark, but he doesn’t care.
“Broik! Clean this mess up and take over the bar until Rom calms himself down. Make sure he’s not stealing my shit back there.” He yells, stumbling as he walks out the bar with a bottle of Kanar. He staggers to his quarters, mumbling under his breath. He enters in the code and his doors slide open. He just wants to watch TV and fall asleep. His plans are foiled when he sees Brunt in his living room, sitting on his couch and flipping through channels casually.
