Summary
Shara is in fine spirits. Her health is back and her task with Dulcia completed to a degree both satisfactory to herself and the faculty of the College. She has even managed to catch up with all her learning missed while convalescing. To improve matters further, Almera, her dutiful servant from the Vale will soon arrive to make Shara feel like a noblewoman once more.
Yet when Almera finally appears, the joyous reception that Shara expected is instead cold and distant. Her beloved servant an emotionless automaton, going through her tasks with disinterest and lack of tact. What on Muné can be the matter?
