He delicately carved his way to the top over the last 20 years. He’s regarded as the states most sought after pediatrician; from patient care to court testimonies. His expertise and professional opinions were well regarded and trusted amongst all involved parties.
But Dr. Payne had a secret. A secret shared only with those who held the same belief system. A secret society built upon mutual damnation and desire. It crossed cities and states; even countries. It’s why Dr. Payne managed to attain such a successful practice.
