Keeping him alive was supposed to be the mission.
Understanding him was not.

I really like the interactions between Sakura and his worst patient. Itachi has the communication skills of a cabbage, but still manages to show care for her (?). Him after anesthesia is such a cute scene. It’s slow, however the building doesn’t disappoint.
