Her heart skips a sudden beat, leaving her face burning and her skin tingling long after his hand dropped away. He steps away just as easily, turning off in the opposite direction.
Ragatha presses her lips together, barely holding back a smile. As she starts heading toward her room, she realizes something.She cannot remember the last time she has worried this much about what is going on inside his head.
Then again… she doubts she makes much more sense to him, either.
