The Boy Who Lived Twice

Summary:

After the Second Wizarding War stretches on into ruin, Harry Potter performs a dangerous blood magic ritual with Draco Malfoy’s help to go back in time and change the future. Instead of simply traveling back, the spell reincarnates him as Mizar Black-Shafiq, a child born of Lycoris Black, Lord Arcturus Black’s only sister, and Hamza Shafiq.

In the original timeline, Lycoris miscarried after losing her husband to Wane’s Grasp—but Harry’s presence alters fate: one twin dies… and he, with all his memories intact, becomes the surviving son.

Armed with memories of war, loss, and love, Harry must quietly reshape the past. To save a grieving mother. To stop a family’s rot before it spreads. To ensure a future where war never comes.

And this time, he will not be the boy who survived by accident.

This time, he’s the boy who was reborn with purpose.

Chapter 1: Summary

Chapter Text

After the Second Wizarding War stretches into years of bloodshed and despair, Harry Potter turns to the last magic still untouched by Dumbledore’s warnings: blood, sacrifice, and time.

With Draco Malfoy—now a double agent forged in fire—at his side, Harry performs a desperate ritual to end the war before it begins. But the spell doesn’t just send him back.

It rebirths him.

Now reincarnated as Mizar Black-Shafiq, the infant son of Lycoris Black—Lord Arcturus Black’s enigmatic sister—and Hamza Shafiq, head of an ancient Egyptian magical dynasty, Harry carries every memory of the life he lost.

In the original timeline, Lycoris miscarried after Hamza’s death from Wane’s Grasp. But Harry’s arrival changes fate. One twin dies. The other—Harry—survives.

He is no longer the Boy Who Lived.

He is the boy who was never supposed to be born.

Armed with knowledge of the future, Mizar walks the fine line between child and changeling, Slytherin prodigy and secret warrior, as he reshapes the past from within one of the most powerful pureblood families in Britain.

This time, he will not survive by chance.

This time, he will win by design.
