he sat across from that man yet again, how could he ever forget the lurking truth behind whatever facade Mydeimos made? Prince Mydeimos was assuredly a cruel man, rude, power hungry, and just as deadly as his father. A person that didn’t truly care for his people. There was no other option, Phainon couldn’t find himself willing to believe any other options.
Not even as he blinked innocently, clearly uncomfortable under Phainon’s endless gaze could Phainon believe that uncomfortableness was true. It all was a sham, a complex lie to try to save their kingdom and their pride. Nothing more.
