“Finally! ¡Eso se mirra bien!” Darlen exclaimed as the final gift basket was finished. There were 6 in total for each housewarden, excluding Idia for reasons that made sense.
Riddle’s gift basket had some notebooks and Pens, most were red while others were your typical black and blue ones, there was some candy and a hedgehog plush and a strawberry pillow. Along with it was a red polkadot blanket. Of course the main one was a red rose that sat on the hedgehog like it was meant to be there and a stress toy that looks like a red heart.
Leona’s was simple, a pillow, blanket and beef jerky. She didn’t know what else to get him and assumed candy wouldn’t be a good choice. As with the other stuff, she put a chess set too and a crossword puzzle. A Pen and notebook too since she didn’t know much about his character fully
Azul’s was an interesting one, Darlen couldn’t help but giggle to herself at his name, it meant blue in Spanish, same as Leona’s but his meant lioness in Spanish which fits him as he respects women. Now Darlen decided to give Azul some notebooks and pens, an octopus plushie two eel plushies because why not?
Jamil’s seemed simple, a stress toy that was a snake, some candy(that was mainly for Kalim but eh) and like the others, notebooks and pens. Darlen didn’t know what else to add so she added a cookbook and bug spray. Don’t ask why.
Vil’s was an interesting one, she put a veggie snacks, and some make up, it was from a small company and from the reviews it was good but she put a note that said if he didn't like any of the stuff he can return it. Darlen also added. A blanket and an apple pillow, nice isn't it?
Malleus didn't really need one but Darlen thought that he should since his dorm was affected and caused distress to him and some of his students, it was necessary. She should give it to him in person
Darlen sighed when she got a Diasomnia the cold air hit her and her hoodie didn't help to keep her warm so she quickly went inside the dorm and was immediately spooked by Lilia "HOLY SH-" the girl immediately caught herself as Lilia chuckled. “You must be the girl in Ignihyde?” Lilia questioned as Darlen, who was trying to calm her racing heart, nodded. “I-I’m here to see Malleus Draconia… can you bring me to him- or- let him know I’m here..?” Despite her already had talked to Malleus before in Idia’s body she had to made a good impression on the Prince.
Lilia hummed for a bit and smiled “Of course~! I’ll let him know he has a guest~” he sang as he walked away to inform Malleus “Come with me get in the dorm to wait in the lounge” Lilia gestured for her to follow which she did and sat on one of the couches while Lilia went to grab Malleus. Diasomnia lounge looked different in person, really different which made sense since she only saw one part of the lounge.
Once Malleus came she looked up, he was accompanied by Sebek(made sense) and Silver as well as Lilia. “You called for me miss?” Darlen gulped and bowed her head slightly “I-I’m Darlen Estrella… I came on the behalf of STYX…” she explained as she saw Malleus’s expression change to understanding “I- I know you weren’t taken while the whole STYX thing was happening but at the same time your dorm as was also affected in a way…” Darlen tried to gather her thoughts but it wasn’t easy with many eyes on her “I see… and what do you have in you arms then?”
Darlen looked down at the gift basket and nodded “I’m getting there…” she muttered hearing Sebek’s tone directed at her as she composed herself “I-it’s a gift basket… like a sorry from STYX. Even though I put it together it’s a sorry and apologies from them to you” she extended her hands to Malleus to give him the basket which he did without any complaints “I put things that u thought you may like… if there’s something you don’t like you can give that thing ba—“ “No need” Malleus cut her off that it made her tense “what…?” Darlen looked at Malleus, who she suspected to have his usual expression had a smile on his face which everyone in the room was caught off guard by that “W-waka-sama!?” Sebek stuttered but Malleus kept talking
“I’m impressed.. did you say you were Darlen?” He asked to which she nodded “yes…” “Well Darlen, I’m impressed that u managed to get these things for me and more impressed that you managed to come here yourself” Malleus praised her with a smile of his face that it made Darlen’s eyes light up and smiled back “The others had seen me but you haven’t… I’m sure you’ve heard a bit about me from the others…” Malleus nodded, Sebek was too stunned to speak while Lilia was chuckling to himself and Silver fell asleep “I’ll be off now…” she bowed and left
Since that day it’s been interesting. She was made aware that she needed to tell the headmage about her existence in NRC and the fact that she came from another world as well. She was allowed to stay in Ignihyde due to a not-so-friendly threat from Ortho so she was allowed to stay. Darlen once again sometimes went in Idia’s body and went to classes in it so that his grade wouldn’t suffer as much anymore.
Darlen wasn’t used to the fact that her own oc’s where here so she tired to stay away from them which was hard since the sisters in Ramshackle sometimes looked at Idia when she was in his body. And Idia’s crush on Malleus went noticed by her and Ortho. Sebek was a little unhinged for some reason(I MAKE HIM UNHINGED IN MY VIDEOS I’M SORRY) so whatever she did in her own universe to cause this wasn’t her problem which helped in mission get Malleidia to be canon has started! They got some progress when Malleus was now friends with Idia and Idia was comfortable with him enough that he’ll show Malleus how to play some of his games so it was going good! Now fu- WHO SAID THAT??
Out of everything that happened the most weird thing was… “Hey Idia why do you have so many things in here?” Darlen dogged through the mess and proceeded to organize some bits but it was so messy, she was going to procrastinate to bad on this “Idia? IDIA PLEGON SHROUD??” Darlen yelled at Idia who flinched at his full government name being said “H-how did you- his eyes were wide as he pointed at her “What? Is there something on my face?” Ortho came and was equally shocked. The brothers turned to each other with a look on their faces “What color were your eyes” Ortho questioned which didn’t make sense “Brown? A dark brown, why?” Darlen questioned as looked at the two and finally Idia said “Y-your eyes are yellow… our eye color…”

Okay so she managed to have her eyes and hair like the shroud brothers, her hair was still the same except for the blue flame and it being a bit more messy. She unfortunately had to still use her glasses, not only that but later on people except for the brothers and Darlen has remembered that the three were siblings. Like what in the gods names made them change memory like that? So her new name was(according to Ortho who hacked into the system) Darlen Astra Shroud. She looked it up and it means star, thank the gods that her phone was still connected to her world. So that she was the brothers younger sister now and could have a unique magic if possible.
What now? Is the question and there is no answer for her. There always wasn’t
