He took a deep inhale trying hard to think of something, anything to ease his conscience that he wasn’t forcing this man into marriage when he wasn’t ready, but also that didn’t hurt the Jiang sect.
“Doesn’t the Lan clan have strict courting requirements?” He says after a while looking over the Lan elders and sect leader.
