Work Text:
Izuku didn’t understand why people hated him and his quirk. Yeah, sure. It was a bit scary. But to be able to turn people to stone with a single look? As well as undo the transformations? It made his quirk perfect for heroics.
Not that anyone else thought so.
It wasn’t like he meant to turn his teacher to stone. He was only 4 at the time and his quirk had only just come in. He didn’t understand what happened; what toddler would? Luckily, he had figured it out, returning his teacher back to her normal appearance. But that was only the beginning.
Soon enough, no one wanted to even look at him, let alone look him in the eyes. Not even his mother or father, the two of them horrified with their son’s quirk. They chose to blindfold him when he wasn’t locked in his room, shoving food and drinks through the new slot on his door and only letting him out for quick bathroom breaks.
School wasn’t much better, the teacher’s sitting him at his own table and facing away from everyone. It wasn’t until another girl, one with a mind reading quirk that was through eye contact, suggested wearing sunglasses.
After speaking to his mother and father about being allowed to wear sunglasses instead of the blindfold, he was bought several pairs and his home and school life drastically improved, although the other kids and teachers were still wary of Izuku’s eyes, and he still had no friends.
But then he turned 10 and his father took a job in America. His mother had chosen to go with him, leaving Izuku alone in a house that was paid for. They still paid the bills, putting yen into a special bank account they created for Izuku to get food, but that was it. No more contact. Suddenly, Izuku could walk around the house without his glasses, without fear of being locked in his room.
Summer break was nice too. He had the whole day to do whatever he wanted, when he wanted. There were a few people in town, stores and other such businesses that didn’t mind him in their stores as long as he wore his glasses, and they didn’t even overcharge him for whatever he was buying.
One in particular, owned by a sweet beta woman with a hearing quirk, even offered him a job that he could do after school and during the summers. Yeah, sure. He was hidden away in the back, filling orders and doing paperwork, but he was paid for it and now he had money to get new clothes or notebooks for his quirk analysis.
Then everything changed again when he hit puberty.
Suddenly, Izuku wasn’t the kid with the frightening quirk. He was the omega with a villainous quirk. He immediately pulled himself out of public school, choosing to go online only. His parents hadn’t answered his phone calls or emails in several years, though they kept sending money so at least he had that.
Life was lonesome, but at least no one feared him. He still had his job at the store, his hours growing as he got older and had more time on his hand. And without the pressure of teachers or bullies, Izuku managed to finish school early, graduating high school with honors at the ripe age of 16.
But, like everything else in Izuku’s life. Nothing lasts. The store was hit during a villain attack, the hero in pursuit not even bothering to stop and check on the occupants, leaving the owner and a few shoppers to suffocate below broken beams. Izuku no longer had a job or someone who cared if he was eating well. He was alone again.
So, he stayed home. He built his own website, offering quirk analysis to people who paid him. It was slow going, most people went to professional quirk analysts, but for those that couldn’t afford it, such as teens getting ready for the work force or university, those were the ones that came to him. And slowly, Izuku built up his portfolio.
He attended online college, gaining his quirk counseling license and his degrees in quirk studies and analysis, which allowed him to take on more and more clients.
Which led to where he was now.
Izuku shivered as he walked away from the train station. It was dark, cold, and late. Izuku hadn’t planned on working with a client so late, but the guy kept asking questions and Izuku couldn’t simply leave.
Now, he didn’t mind the dark. It was lonesome and just a bit dangerous, but who was going to win in an attack on him? He had spent years learning about his own quirk, training it to turn on and off with ease until he no longer needed his sunglasses. Not that anyone could force him to wear them anymore. He was out of school and an adult to boot.
But apparently, his thoughts on how dangerous he was didn’t compute with the rest of the city.
Izuku squeaked as he was roughly shoved into an alley, a sharp and shiny knife being pressed to his neck. “Gimmie all yer money!” The man growled, his alphan scent wreaking havoc on his senses along with the smell of alcohol. Izuku coughed, “Dude. I’m poor too. I don’t have any money.”
The man pressed closer, his hands already roaming along Izuku’s side to search for his wallet. “Yer gonna gimmie all yer money now or I’ll cut ya up good.” The man tried again. Izuku sighed, “And like I said, I don’t have any money.”
He wasn’t expecting the backhand across his face, his body flailing to the ground with a harsh grunt. “Fuckin’…” Izuku whimpered, his eyes widening as his scent flared.
The man paused, “Yer a fuckin’ omega?” Izuku shook, pulling his body into a sitting position. “Leave me alone.” He grunted. The man smirked, “Where’s yer alpha, omega? They left ya all alone so yer prolly unwanted, huh?”
He loomed over Izuku, his smirk widening. Izuku sighed, “Last chance, leave me alone.” He warned. The man snorted, “Whatcha gonna do? Scream?” Izuku looked up, eyes flashing toxic green.
“Nope. I can stop you all on my own.”
Standing there was a perfectly detailed statue, colored concrete dictating where the alpha once stood. Izuku stood, circling the stone alpha. “I told you to leave me alone. I warned you, but you just had to attack me and not listen.” He pulled out his cell phone, hissing as a thud came from deeper inside the alley.
A new man, his black hair and black jumpsuit blending in with the darkness, slowly walked towards the greenette. “Seems this asshole met his match.” The newcomer stated. Izuku growled as the man walked up to them, his black eyes roaming over Izuku and the stone figure.
“Does it have a time limit? Your quirk?” The man asked. Izuku cocked an eyebrow, “Yes, if I want it to have one. But I can also simply reverse it.” He answered slowly. He pointed at the statue, “He’ll be frozen for roughly an hour.” The man smirked, “That’s a really powerful quirk. But I’ll venture to guess that you weren’t popular in school.”
Izuku snorted, “Not at all. But that’s ok. I’ve got my life where I want it to be.” He sighed, “I should probably call the police.” The man snorted, “Probably, but I know a detective in the station so I can call him. He won’t care about your quirk or your… secondary.”
The greenette swore, his hand flailing as it dug into his bag for a new patch. “Sorry. I usually have really good control over my scent.” He sighed, sticking a cover over his scent gland. The man waved his hand. “No worries. It didn’t bother me any.”
Izuku frowned down at his phone. “Ugg, it’s so late.” He glanced up at the new man, “You gonna call your friend?” The man nodded, “Yeah, but he’s not going anywhere anytime soon so how about I walk you to your house just in case and then I’ll call him.”
The greenette frowned deeper. “Don’t the police need to get my side of things for their report?” The man smirked, “I saw the whole thing, I can tell them if they need it.” Izuku nodded, “You must be a hero or something.”
The man chuckled, pulling on something wrapped around his arms. “Or something.” Izuku looked closer before he sighed, “Of course. I’d attract a villain. Thank you for your time, Eraser, but I’m going to go home now. Don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone I saw you.”
Eraser froze, his dark eyes narrowing on Izuku’s green ones. “How did you know who I was?” Izuku snorted, “I’m a quirk analyst. I used to do hero and villain analysis when I was a kid, and it only got better when I got older. No one really cared, not that they were home to care. But eventually, I learned about you and a few others, and your quirks are just so… interesting, that I couldn’t help but dissect them.”
The villain chuckled, “I see. Is that what you do for work? Analysis?” Izuku nodded, “Yes. I own Stone Analysis, though it’s more underground that most quirk counselors so I get a lot of kids or people on the poorer side of things.”
Eraser hummed, “I’ve heard of your work. You helped my nephew a few weeks ago.” Izuku chuckled, “I’m glad it worked out for him then.” He groaned as his phone rang, answering it quickly. “What?”
The villain was taken aback by the harsh tone of the omega, the greenette having previously been calm and rather nice even though he knew who Eraser was. He listened to the one-sided conversation. It sounded like whoever was on the other end of the line was harassing the greenette.
“I told you that I’m not interested. I don’t want you and nothing you do will change that. Stop calling me.” Izuku growled, hanging up the phone. He sighed, looking up at the stars. “Why is it that Alphas have no knowledge of the word ‘no’. Like seriously, if I say I’m not interested in someone, that’s the end of it.”
Eraser chuckled, “Not all of us alphas are bad. My pack in particular might have been labeled villains but we at least understand and accept when someone isn’t interested.”
Izuku blushed, “Sorry. I didn’t know.” He turned, “Thanks for talking with me. I’m going to go home and sleep before I have to be awake again. See you around, Eraser.” He left, giving the statue one last look.
Eraser let him go, pulling out his phone and dialing his packmate. He wasn’t lying to the omega; he really did know a police detective that wouldn’t judge. He grinned as he let the man know what had happened, listening as the other sighed, asking if he needed to come down to the alley.
The villain laughed, “No, don’t worry about it. This is the same man that dared touch Oboro.” His packmate chuckled, “Ok then. Have fun.” Eraser hung up, leaning against the brick wall to watch as the man finally began to crack. Stone dropped, revealing the alpha beneath until he fell to his knees.
Eraser chuckled darkly, pulling out his knife. “Let’s have a little fun…shall we?”

Izuku woke to knocking on his door, grumbling as he crawled out of his nest. He slid his feet into slippers as he wrapped his robe around him. Opening the door, he snarled at the person on the other side. “WHAT?!”
The other person took a step back. “Sorry to bother you sir. But I have a delivery that needs a signature?” Izuku sighed, rubbing his hands on his face. “No, I’m sorry. I was working until late, and I didn’t get very good sleep.” He held his hands out for the device, quickly signing his name and adding a generous tip on top of that.
He nodded to the blonde omega as he traded the device for the package. “Sorry for scaring you.” The blonde grinned, shooting fingers at him. “No prob man! My mate is the same way when he gets woken up.”
Izuku smiled, taking the box. “Thanks for not simply running off. I left you a little tip for the troubles too so make sure you get it.” The blonde nodded, grinning as he walked away. Izuku took the box inside, grabbing a knife to cut the tape. He peered inside the box, frowning in confusion at the small teddy bear inside that held a note.
He opened the note first.
Izuku Midoriya
Please accept this first of many courting gifts. The bear is a weighted, warmable stuffy that can be cuddled with if you need. All of my omegan friends and packmates say that this is the best for when they have their pre-heat cramps, so I figured you’d like one too.
I also lightly scented it in order to share my scent with you. If you like it, and accept my courting, please meet me at Purrfect Café on Kika street on Wednesday at noon.
If you don’t want to accept my courtship, I will understand and not bother you any longer. The bear is washable, and my scent will go away so you can still use it.
With care,
Shouta Aizawa
Izuku glanced at the box, the fluffy bear sitting inside. He recognized the stuffy as one of the more expensive heat aides, with other, more similar stuffies that were cheaper not holding scents or not keeping their heat for long. He’d always wanted one, but the price was outside his normal range and other things tended to be more important.
He looked back at the letter, tilting his head. He didn’t know a Shouta Aizawa, which made him question who the man was and how he had known of Izuku. Sighing, he lifted the bear, sniffing at the scent wafting off of it.
Warm coffee and tea tree enveloped his senses and Izuku couldn’t help but purr as his omega came forward. The scent was perfectly calming, mixing well with his own honey and mint scent. He dropped the box, walking over the couch to curl around the bear, rubbing his own scent all over the stuffy.
He even fell asleep outside his nest, something that he hadn’t felt safe enough to do in quite a few years.

Izuku stared up at the sign posted above the building. He’d decided to see where this courtship would go, to meet the person that gave him such a thoughtful first gift and had the most complimentary scent that he’s ever smelled.
He was worried it would be another Bakugo event, though, with the other alpha demanding their mating. He hadn’t seen the other man since they met when Bakugo decided to get quirk counseling before attempting the UA University entrance exam and it had only gone downhill from there.
The blonde alpha was rude, brutal and stuck up. He didn’t care that Izuku was accomplished, only caring that he had a strong quirk and was an omega. Bakugo didn’t know Izuku, didn’t care about him or his interests and Izuku didn’t want to be mated to someone like that.
He took a deep breath as he opened the door to the cat café, glancing around the room. He paused as his eyes landed on one person in particular, someone he didn’t think he was ever going to see again.
Izuku huffed out a small laugh, walking over to the tall, black-haired man covered in cats and kittens. “Hello Aizawa.”
The man jumped, scaring the cats off of him. Izuku blushed, “Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you.” Eraser chuckled, “It’s actually quite impressive. No one has been able to sneak up on me in years.”
Izuku snorted, “I’m sure. So, you’re Aizawa.” He sat down next to the villain, petting a few of the cats that crawled into his lap. The man nodded, “Yes, but feel free to call me Shouta.” He ran his fingers through long white fur before continuing. “So, since you are here, does that mean you are interested in seeing where this goes?”
The greenette hummed. “Yes. Your scent was lovely and mixes with mine so well. I actually cuddled the bear on the couch and fell asleep. I haven’t done something like that in years.” Shouta tilted his head, “Haven’t felt safe enough?” Izuku shook his head no. “More like I grew up most of my childhood being locked in my bedroom. My nest became something that comforted me. Then, after my parents moved to America, I had more run of the house, but still, my nest was my comfort. It only got worse when I presented.”
Shouta sighed, “Some people shouldn’t become parents. My own parents were good, but they died when I was young, leaving me to live with an uncle that hated my quirk. He was abusive, blindfolding me constantly. Eventually, I couldn’t take it anymore and ran away but I was always brought back by the police. They didn’t care that he was abusing me.”
Izuku swallowed, “Blindfolded.” He murmured, touching his own eyes. He whimpered at the memory of darkness, tight cloth tied around his head as he was forced to learn without the help of his sight. Hands gently gripped his own, pulling them away from his face and rubbing in a circular pattern.
“Hey. Izuku, come on omega. Take a deep breath. You’re safe here. I promise. There’s no blindfold, no one here will hurt you.”
He focused on the deep rasp, remembering where he was at. Watery eyes looked up at the alpha holding him, sorrow on the man’s face. “I’m sorry, Izuku. I didn’t mean to trigger you.” Izuku waved his hand, “I know. It surprised me too. I haven’t had an episode like that since my parents left.”
Shouta nodded, releasing Izuku’s hands. “I forgot to ask, but did you want to eat something? We could buy it here or we could go somewhere else.” Izuku nearly giggled at the man’s eagerness, nodding instead as he stood up. “We can grab something elsewhere for today, though I’ll have to come back here. I haven’t been able to simply enjoy petting cats before and this was really relaxing.”
The man chuckled, “My packmate will love that. Nemuri and her mate wanted to do something outside of the ‘family business’ so they created this place.” Izuku laughed then, “That’s fun.” He led the way out, looking around at the empty street. “So is the whole pack…” He didn’t need to ask, Shouta knowing what he was implying.
“No. Only a few of us. I usually patrol alone, but some of the others do it in groups and sometimes we will all meet up and work together.” He smirked, “That’s not all we do. I own a few businesses and most of the pack does too. You’d be surprised to know how many places our pack owns.” He paused, “Or owned. We lost some pack members a few years ago when a hero chased a villain through a grocery store.”
Izuku swallowed, “Kyota Grocery?” Shouta looked at him, nodding slowly. Izuku sighed, “I used to work there. I was supposed to be on shift that day but my train was late and so I was too. I got there just after the accident.”
Shouta snapped his fingers, “You’re the ‘green bean’ that Kiki hired.” Izuku tilted his head, “I thought her name was Chinya?” Shouta nodded, “Yes but when she was really little, she apparently couldn’t say her name right and called herself Kiki. Her mom is in my pack as well. We were all devastated when the hero chased that villain instead of helping Kiki and her customers.”
Izuku sighed, “I miss her. She was one of the few adults that was nice to me.” He looked up around them, frowning. “We’ve been talking and walking and honestly, I have no idea where we are.” Shouta looked around, “We’re over near the warehouse district. I apologize, I didn’t realize we were going this way.” He went to say something else only to be interrupted by someone yelling at them.
“What the fuck? Who the hell are you and what are you doing with Izuku?”
Shouta stared at the tall blonde alpha, not noticing the anger steaming right off of the omega next to him until the greenette yelled back. “Oh, come off it, Bakugo! I told you that you are not allowed to call me Izuku. It’s Midoriya to you. Take a hint and stop harassing me! I am never going to be your mate!”
The villain realized then who this was, already having suspected that he wasn’t someone Izuku would put himself around. “Bakugo, was it?” His eyes narrowed as the other alpha stood straight, “Yeah, what’s it to you, hobo?”
Shouta smirked. “I suggest you leave my omega alone. It wouldn’t look good if the great Ground Zero was arrested on charges of harassment, especially towards an omega, now would it?”
Bakugo sneered, growling softly. “You’d allow this hobo looking fucker to court you, but not me? A fucking hero? I’m the number 5 hero in Japan, you couldn’t do better than me!” Izuku sighed, “I don’t care who you are, I’m not interested. My alpha understands me and cares about my interests. He cares for my safety and whether I am happy or not. And most importantly, he respects me! You decided you would be my alpha and don’t care if I’ve said no or not.” Izuku hissed.
“I don’t want you. I will never want you. And if you don’t stop calling me or following me, I will report you for harassment as well as get a restraining order on you. Neither of which would look good to the public and you’d never go any further than 5th place, if you don't drop to begin with.” He moved to go around the fuming blonde, snarling when Bakugo grabbed his arm.
Izuku twirled around, eyes flashing toxic green. He ripped his arm out of the now stone-cold hold of the number 5 hero, spitting towards the alpha. “Don’t touch me, you fucking asshole.”
He walked away, leaving Shouta to follow him as he worked his way through the warehouse district. Shouta watched as the greenette typed on his phone, angrily smashing buttons as he walked. Eventually they stopped at the pier, the omega snarling as he stared out over the calm ocean.
“I’m sorry you had to see me like that.” Izuku muttered, still staring. Shouta shrugged, “Better you than me. I’m a bit more…hands on when it comes to protecting what my alpha has claimed as theirs. Not that you are ours, just that we’d like you to be.”
Izuku laughed, “I’ve never met an alpha that treated me so well.” He sighed, “Well not one that was interested in me as a potential mate. There was one that was really nice, very polite. He had an omega and was simply wanting help bettering his quirk for the family business.”
Shouta nodded, “That’s good at least. We never did decide what to eat and it’s getting pretty late. Would you…I mean, would you like to come back to my packhouse and have dinner with us? You don’t have to, I’ll understand since it’s only the first proper meeting, but I would definitely like it if you meet them because if this works between us, they’d be your pack too.”
Izuku chuckled, finally looking at the alpha. “You don’t have to be so… polite with me. I won’t snap in half. But yeah, sure. I’d love to meet your family.” His omega purred as Shouta perked up, looking all the same as a dog that just got told he was a good boy.
Shouta led them back through the city, the two of them talking about how the man became a villain. “I didn’t intend on it, you know. I actually wanted to be a hero. I was doing really good in school too, but then a hero got in a fight with a villain, knocking down a building while we were out with one of my pack, Oboro, his mate and another of our pack, and Oboro sped in and protected a bunch of pups. He got the kids out, but the building landed on him instead.”
“We all thought he was dead for years, and the Commission didn’t even bother to reprimand the hero that caused so much damage. My pack and I were pissed, but we felt that we should continue to finish hero training, for Oboro. It wasn’t until we went on a internship mission in our third year that we found Oboro. He had been taken from under the building and experimented on, causing him to undergo a quirk awakening. Turns out, one of the Commission people that were higher up decided to attempt to create a super soldier of sorts and chose to use Oboro to do so since their original target didn’t die in the fight.”
Izuku tilted his head, “Who was the original target?” Shouta grimaced, “Me. They were after me for my erasure quirk. They wondered if I could be…experimented on in order to lengthen and strengthen my quirk. Instead, they got Oboro.” He smirked, “That Commission goon died very slowly for his transgressions against my pack. Oboro on the other hand, was able to come home to his mate and our pack, but we were never hero material after that. Most of us dropped out of school, turning to vigilantism before finding others like us that hated the Commission. Some are still heroes, choosing to use their already created networks with the Commission to keep tabs on them while others have never been heroes, preferring to stay out of the fight entirely.”
Shouta sighed, “Sometimes I miss the hero life, but I feel much happier as who I am. I can do things that heroes can’t. The Hero Commission is corrupt, and they monitor all heroes, I wouldn’t have survived long under their thumb, if at all since they were wanting me instead of Oboro. Even if they claimed that the one goon had gone rogue.”
Izuku chuckled, “Honestly, I’m shocked I haven’t gone villain yet. I mean, publicly anyways. Legally, I’m a quirk analyst and counselor, but on the other side, I’m a bit of a… finder, of sorts. I’ve been hired by a few people in the past that wanted to find someone or something important to them, even if that information is a bit…” he snorted, “hidden, I suppose?”
Shouta laughed, “You’re a hacker.” He shook his head, still laughing. “How did I find such a perfect omega for me?” It was said under his breath and Izuku was pretty sure that Shouta didn’t mean for him to hear it at all, but he did, and he was really thankful he had chosen to wear scent blocking boxers before he left for the café.
Izuku was giddy the whole walk to the alpha’s house, listening as they both talked about things that had happened in their lives. Shouta was only 10 years older than Izuku, not that something like that bothered the greenette. His parents had been 14 years apart in age and they had worked well together from what he could remember.
And suddenly, Izuku was staring up at a large, sprawling mansion, windows and doors reaching up three floors with what looked like a large garden halfway hidden around the back. Izuku gaped at the building, making Shouta smirk and chuckle at his expression.
“Come on, I texted the others on our way back and they’re pretty excited to meet you.”
Shouta led him into the house and down a few halls before coming to a door that Izuku could hear a lot of people talking behind. The scents of alphas and betas and even omegas all with various differences that mixed well together swept through under his nose. One in particular, a rainy scent that had lavender mixed in reminded him of someone, but he couldn’t place it.
He stood behind the black-haired alpha as the door was pushed, and the noise got louder, multiple people greeting Shouta. It wasn’t until he was introduced to the pack that Izuku realized just who the scent belonged to.
“Shirakumo-san.”
The room grew quiet as a purple haired alpha grinned, “Hey! Midoriya-san. I didn’t know you were the one that Uncle Sho was bringing for dinner!” Izuku snorted, “That’s fair. And it seems I know the blonde curled into your side.” He looked at the other man, smiling brightly. “Hello again. I really am sorry I scared you the other day.”
The blonde giggled, waving a hand. “No worries. Like I said, I understand just fine. I didn’t realize you knew Hitoshi.” Izuku nodded, “Yeah, he requested my quirk counseling services a few weeks ago.” Izuku chuckled, turning to Shouta, “He’s the one I was telling you about, the one that was really polite to me.”
Shouta chuckled, “Small world. That’s the nephew I was telling you about, which is how I knew about you.” Izuku laughed, turning back to the blonde. “Call me Izuku.” The blonde cheered, “I’m Denki. You know my mate, Hitoshi, and those two over there- the tall blue haired man and purple haired woman are his parents.”
The two in question came closer, the woman speaking first. “Hello. I’m Nemuri, this is my mate, Oboro.” Izuku, recognizing the name, smiled. “Shouta has told me a lot about you both. It’s nice to put faces to names.” A scent grabbed at him, his heart racing. “Uh, I’m sorry. Your scent, it just really smells familiar.”
Oboro shrugged, “I don’t really get out much. Not since my accident. So, I can’t imagine how.” Izuku sighed, “Well, it could have been something in my childhood. I don’t really remember much of it so there’s no telling what it could be.”
Someone came from further inside the kitchen, calling out that food was done, and the large group moved to sit at the enormous table that had been hidden behind bodies. Shouta pulled Izuku’s chair out for him, sitting himself directly next to the greenette as the rest of the pack laughed and got settled.
Izuku could see several people he recognized, something that he was not really surprised about seeing as they were either figures in politics or pro heroes, but it was still shocking when Present Mic himself walked through the door, quickly followed by the number 3 hero Hawks and another man who Izuku was sure was the Flame Villain Dabi.
Shouta nudged him, nodding towards the newcomers. “Zashi, you know him as Present Mic, he still works as a hero, but he does his radio show more. The man with all the scars is Dabi, his father was a pro hero a few years ago until he killed him and took his siblings on the run. Zashi brought them here and has been working with a few people to get all four of them clean records.”
He nodded towards Hawks. “Hawks is Dabi’s mate. They met as kids and then reconnected a few months before Zashi found Dabi and his siblings. They are all out at dinner with their own mates so that’s why they aren’t here. Hmmm, what else?”
Izuku chuckled, “You know, I could always fix the issue for Dabi and his siblings myself…if you want.” Shouta tilted his head, “What do you mean?” Izuku realized then that the room had gone silent, each of the people seated at the table looking at him strangely. Izuku scrunched up in his seat, eyes on the plate of food that had been put in front of him.
“Izuku? It’s ok, we are only curious about what you mean by that.” Shouta whispered, his hand laying gently on Izuku’s. The greenette gulped, sipping down some water as he tried to calm his racing heart. “My-uh, my hacking. I can just hack into the system and scrub their history clean. I’ve done it before for a client a few years ago. They wanted their adopted son to no longer be controlled by the Commission. I went in and found everything that was keeping him under their control and put a lock on it inside their systems so they couldn’t clean house before giving all of the information to my client.”
Oboro laughed, the sound loud and clear in the silence. “Holy shit. You’re Shi-kaa!”
A round of noise nearly burst Izuku’s eardrums, shocking him. He looked around the table, fearing the worst only to find Hawks and Dabi both looking at him with happiness. Hawks spoke first. “Thank you.” He wiped a small tear from his eye, “You freed me.”
Izuku’s eyes widened, “Keigo Takami.” Hawks nodded, “It’s Keigo Todoroki now, but yes.” Dabi smirked, looking at the greenette. “You really think you can wipe my history from the Hero Commission’s records?”
The green haired omega smirked, “You bet your burnt bacon ass I can.” He hissed, clapping his hand over his mouth. “I am so sorry!” He jumped as everyone laughed, even Dabi. “You are alright. That was actually pretty funny.” He sighed, shaking his head, “I do look a bit like burnt bacon but that’s what happens when a quirk doesn’t fit the body.”
Izuku watched as Dabi lit up his finger, brilliant blue flames dancing across the tip. “Fire quirk inside an ice user’s body.” The greenette frowned, “That makes no sense. Quirks don’t work that way. Not anymore. Genetics don’t work that way.” He began to mumble, allowing Shouta to see the brain behind the curls. He was impressed. The speed at which the small omega’s mind work was insane, and Shouta could only wish that his old sensei from UA could have met Izuku. The rat god would have loved him.
He coughed as Izuku grinned, a triumphant ‘HA’ sounding loudly in the room. Shouta tilted his head wondering what the small green-haired omega was thinking. “Dabi, I’d like to meet with you either tomorrow if possible or in a few days. I think you are using your quirk wrong.”
Izuku blushed, waving a hand, “OH! Not that I think that’s bad or anything. I mean- I just…” He trailed off, hiding his insanely red face in his shaking hands. Shouta chuckled, “Hey Izuku? I don’t think anyone is really upset with your words.”
Dabi laughed, “He’s right. If you think you know how to make my quirk stop hurting me then I’m all for it.” Hizashi laughed, “That’s all well and good but you guys can talk about it more later. I worked really hard on this dinner, and I don’t want it getting cold before we eat.”
Izuku hid a snort, coughing lightly into his hands as Dabi and Keigo blushed, ducking their heads as they answered together.
“Yes Pops.”
“Of course, Pops.”
Izuku grinned, digging into the plate in front of him. He hummed happily around the meal, not noticing that he had begun dancing in his seat. Nor did he notice how Shouta was looking at him with joy in his eyes.
He looked up, finding Hizashi’s eyes on him. “Uhh, sorry? It’s really good. I haven’t had a home cooked meal that someone else made for me in a while.” The blonde grinned, “That’s alright! I’m just happy to finally meet you. First you save my son, then you offer to help my son in law. You make Sho happy, and you’ve helped my nephew.”
Izuku blushed, forcing another bite into his mouth. He didn’t know what to say. He’d never had anyone thank him for his tasks that he had been paid for, most people simply thought the payment was enough. And while he had been paid for the Takami job, he’d never expected to be thanked on top of the…exorbitant amount.
The rest of dinner went well, with each person at the table asking Izuku questions and him answering between bites. And throughout it all, Shouta couldn’t help but fall more for the smaller man.
But it wasn’t until Izuku groaned, holding his stomach that Shouta really started to worry, turning to the omega. “Are you ok?” He asked, helping the other stand. Izuku nodded, grimacing slightly before forcing a smile. “I’m fine. Just my pre-heat starting a bit early. Thought I’d have a day or two more.”
Shouta frowned, “I should probably get you home then. I’d rather you be comfortable inside your home than out and about when things could get worse.” He paused as Izuku grabbed his arm, “Would you, um. Would you be willing to scent some things for me? Uh, for my nest?”
The alpha preened, coughing away his purr. He nodded, “Yeah, of course. Wait here, I’ll go get some things for you.” Izuku snorted as the man hurried away, his spot filled by Hizashi and Nemuri.
“Soooo, how’s it going?” the blonde smirked. Nemuri giggled, wiggling her eyebrows. Izuku snorted, “Fine. He’s going to get a few things that can been scented for my nest then take me home.”
Hizashi tilted his head, opening his mouth to ask a question before Oboro came up behind him and smacked his head. “Dude, he just met you, don’t ask invasive questions.” Oboro scolded the blonde. Hizashi frowned, rubbing the back of his head. “Boro, I didn’t even ask anything!”
Oboro snorted, “If I don’t know your ‘I’m about to ask a question’ face after all these years, I am not a very good friend. Now, both of you go away while I talk omega stuff with him.” He shooed them away, taking Hizashi’s seat.
“Sorry about them. We never really thought that Sho would have someone like you. He’s been a bit more silent than normal though, at least these last few days, but sometimes he does that before introducing whoever he’s talking about to the pack. He only just started talking about you in more specific terms this morning when he said he was planning on meeting with you properly.” Oboro laughed, “Which is when we found out that you knew who Shouta was and didn’t seem to care.”
Izuku snorted, “Yeah, I’ll be honest, I definitely wasn’t expecting the great Eraser to want to court me after only seeing me once and watching me turn a man to stone.” Oboro smirked, “Of course not. Sho is like that though. He finds something or someone that piques his interest and obsessively has to be around it.”
Oboro took a deep breath. “But he didn’t do that with you. Not like he normally does. He gave you a few days to breath, offering the chance for you to think about your decision. He spent the whole day with you, physically with you instead of letting you go alone and just following you secretively. Then, he brought you to dinner with us on the first day. He’s never done that.”
Izuku tilted his head, “Never?” Oboro shook his head, “Never. But we as his best friends and family have never seen him happier. So, thank you.”
Oboro sniffed the air, pausing as his eyes narrowed. “Are you sure it’s just your pre-heat? Your scent took on a more…creamy tone to it.” Izuku froze, “Uh, yeah, I’m sure. My um, my omega tends to do that when I’m horny. And finding out that Shouta really does care about me as a person and not simply a breedable omega with a strong quirk…” He trailed off, leaving the other to get his meaning.
The bluenette laughed, “I see. That’s good then.” He looked up, laughing as the alpha in question magically appeared at Izuku’s side. “It was really nice to meet you, Izuku. You’ll have to come back and talk with us more when your heat is over.”
Izuku nodded, allowing Shouta to help him up before grinning, “I might just have to. Kami knows I get lonely at my house, so having a pack is definitely a pro to sticking around.” He laughed at the look of false offense on Shouta’s face before the dark-haired man grinned. “I’ll make sure Shouta has my number to share with you guys.”
The pack offered quick goodbyes, leaving Shouta to usher their guest out of the packhouse with ease and into the garage that housed quite a few cars. Shouta grabbed a simple set of keys, leading him to a modest black car, though Izuku wasn’t a car person, so he didn’t know what kind it was other than being a car instead of a SUV or otherwise.
It was quiet inside as Shouta drove Izuku to his house. They didn’t speak but it wasn’t awkward at all. Izuku kept his legs closed but with the way Shouta’s thumb was rubbing lazy circles against his hand, it was growing harder to not say something.
Finally, they were at Izuku’s house but neither of them got out of the car, having spied the door wide open. “Stay here.” Shouta growled, storming his way into the house. Izuku nearly got out anyways, angry that the alpha would order him but then he thought about it, quickly realizing that Shouta was simply wanting him to be safe in the car while he investigated.
Izuku watched the time go by, worry for the alpha growing and nearly making him go inside anyways before Shouta finally exited his home, turning lights off and with a small, packed bag.
Shouta threw the bag into the backseat, growling as he climbed in. “Someone was in your house. They tore up a bunch of stuff and destroyed your nest. I grabbed some of your clothes and a few stuffies. You can use one of the guest rooms for your heat, but I would rather not leave you alone in that house.”
Izuku froze. “What? What about my other stuff?” Shouta shook his head, “I grabbed your laptop and some charger cords as well, but I can’t say it’s safe enough for anything else. I called that detective I know and he’s going to come by and do some digging around your house to see if he can figure out who it was.”
The greenette sighed, “Ok. I understand that. I didn’t have much of a nest anyways since I’ve been meaning to go get a few things at the store but kept putting it off. I really hate shopping for myself. If it really won’t upset the pack for me being there during my heat, then I accept.”
Shouta sighed, relieved that he hadn’t overstepped. “Good. We’ve got a few heat and rut rooms for the pack members that aren’t mated so you can use one of those if you’d prefer, but also all of our rooms are sound and scent proof if that would make you more comfortable.”
Izuku smiled softly, “I never tried a heat room, bedrooms make me feel safer.” He paused, twisting his fingers together. “Do- um, do you mind helping me?” He blushed, “Not like a heat share or anything, just making sure I eat and drink?”
Shouta nodded, “Of course, Izuku. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to keep you safe and comfortable. I’ll take some rut blockers when we get back to the house so I don’t accidentally fall into my rut. We should probably talk about what you are comfortable with me helping you with. I’ve heard from Nem that when Boro had his first heat, he tended to beg for things that Nem didn’t think he was actually ready for. It caused a lot of confusion and hurt feelings for a while until they talked properly.”
Izuku chuckled, “Makes sense. I’m not opposed to you helping me with my heat, though I’ve…” He trailed off, biting his lip. “I’ve never had sex. There’s never been someone I was interested in like that before. My heat aides were usually all I had to get me through the week.”
Shouta shivered, “I-“ He gulped, “Gotcha. I’ll be sure to take it easy with you if it goes that far. Thank you for trusting me enough to tell me.” He sighed, “Are you sure you aren’t going too fast? I mean, I know I can be a bit much sometimes, but I don’t want you to feel like this is something that you need to do.”
Izuku laughed as he shook his head. “Oboro told me how you are when you find something new. I’m honestly the same way sometimes. I have a theory that my father had dragon mutations more than his fire breathing quirk seeing as I have a bit of a hoarding issue. I hoard knowledge and it seems that has transferred to people. My omega is practically guiding me to you, and I can’t help but want to trust you completely.”
The alpha sighed, “Alright then. I’m honored. Next question is a bit of a doozy, but I think it needs to be asked.” He waited until he had Izuku’s full attention before continuing. “Scenting, marking and knotting.”
Izuku blushed, “Oh, um. Well scenting is fine. Normally, I’d say wait for the marking and knotting, but knotting is something I know I’ll beg for once I’m deep in my heat. Same as being marked. I guess I’m not truly opposed to either.” He blushed again, looking out of the window as the town passed back by.
Shouta sighed, “And if I pup you?” Izuku snorted, “I’ve always wanted pups. Granted I didn’t think I’d ever find someone who I would want that with so it isn’t really something I’ve thought too much about.”
Izuku grinned over at him, tilting his head. “Besides, I like your scent, you obviously like mine and your pack likes me. I don’t have parents around, nor a pack so it’s not like there’s anyone to tell me no or keep me away from you. I’m an adult and can make my own decisions.”
The alpha laughed, “That you are, Izuku. The detective should have already called the others about the issue with your house which means it would be very surprising if they didn’t already have a room set up for your heat. Then again, knowing Zashi and Nem, they probably didn’t seeing as they might have figured that you’d be nesting in my den. Which I am not opposed to either option.”
Izuku snorted, “Sure. I already wanted your scent for my nest, what difference would it make if I had my heat in your den too. Besides, if this ends with us marked and fully mated, that would probably be our nest and den. My house isn’t really specific to me, it was my parents’ place before they left me alone and I’ve simply been living there. I bought the deed a few years after I turned 18, so I could sell it if I want to or I could keep it as extra income later down the road. It’s a good neighborhood so rental potential is pretty high.”
Shouta hummed, nodding along as he pulled onto the private road his pack lived on. He could see a few people out on the porch, his eyesight already allowing him to make out that it was Hizashi, Nemuri and Oboro that waited for them to arrive.
The greenette laughed, “They don’t do things half assed do they?” He asked, pointing to the three on the porch. Shouta smirked, “No, I don’t believe they do. Don’t worry, they won’t do much. Oboro’s last heat resulted in some… violence so the pack alphas have learned not to mess with someone who’s in preheat or already in it’s grasp.”
They pulled up to the garage, quickly parking in the same spot before getting out. The trio had walked over to the building, quickly checking them over for any damage before Oboro pulled Izuku into a hug, releasing him quickly with a blush.
“Sorry. I should have asked. When Nao called and said that your place had been broken into and your stuff destroyed, we all were worried that you being around us was the cause of it and that you wouldn’t want anything to do with us anymore.” Oboro explained.
Izuku rolled his eyes, “I don’t have a pack or a family I could run to. My parents left when I was a kid, I don’t have friends. I don’t even have coworkers. And not only that but my omega has already claimed Shouta as mine. I don’t care that he’s a villain in the eyes of bastards like the Commission. I’m only just a step up from that as a hacker, let alone one that hacked them with such ease. Why would I give up the possibility of a pack and a mate just because someone broke into my house?”
He giggled, “Also, we don’t even know if Shouta was the cause of the break-in. He kept me in the car and so I didn’t get a chance to smell if there was any scent left from the asshole.” Nemuri laughed, “That’s our Sho. Protector Alpha.”
Hizashi and Oboro laughed at her words while Shouta huffed. Izuku sighed, “You know, it also doesn’t hurt that he’s sexy as fuck.” The laughing stopped, each of them staring at him with wide eyes. Izuku snorted, “What? You didn’t think Shouta could get an omega going?”
Shouta coughed, picking Izuku up and throwing him over his shoulder in a fireman’s carry. “Alrighty then. That’s enough out of you. Don’t want to explode their walnut sized brains.” He began to walk away only to have Oboro call after them. “We didn’t set him up a room!”
Izuku snorted, “Damn, you know your pack really well.” Chuckling, Shouta agreed, “Yeah, well it comes from knowing them since we were 14. Are you sure you’re ok with spending your heat in my den with me?”
The greenette laughed, walking his fingers across the alpha’s shoulders. He could see the goosebumps raise along the skin he saw and a small growl-turned-cough made him grin. Izuku reached down, his hand finding purchase on Shouta’s ass as he kneaded it firmly. “Damn, feels as nice as it looks.”
Izuku yelped as a hand slapped across his own ass, causing slick to seep out of his hole. His boxers were so soaked he wasn’t sure the scent absorbing part was actually doing it’s job, but he’d soon change anyways so it didn’t really matter to him.
Shouta hummed again, “How long does your preheat usually last?” Izuku sighed, “Depends on a few things but it’s been anywhere between a few hours to 2 days. But also, it started early and this will be the first time I’ve shared my heat with anyone so I’m not sure.”
Again, Shouta sighed, “That’s fine. Gives me a bit more time to get you settled with whatever you might need. I still have to take those rut blockers and grab some clean blankets for your nest.”
Izuku tapped both hands against the alpha’s back. “That’s fine. I’ve never had a preheat last less than 4 hours anyways.” He squirmed against Shouta’s shoulder, watching as back muscles tensed, earning him another smack to his rear.
He jolted, moaning loudly before slamming his hands over his mouth. “I am so sorry.” He whispered, horrified with how he had reacted. He felt Shouta chuckled beneath him, “Don’t worry about it. I like hearing you.”
They entered a room and even if Izuku couldn’t see much of it, the scent permeating the space told him immediately that this was Shouta’s den. He was put down on his feet, steadied slightly as he turned around to look at the room.
There was a large sitting space, built with couches, chairs and tables, a wall behind that having no door which showed him the massive four poster bed, dressed in deep reds and blacks. Off to the left there was a small kitchenette, only enough there for a small fridge and sink, the counter completely taken up by the microwave. To the right was a door and he walked to it, opening the door to find a sprawling bathroom, with a large pool-like tub that was sunk into the floor, marble tiles forming the floor and walls of the space.
Izuku glanced up, finding what he thought was a rain showerhead, grooves and lines confusing him until he realized there probably was a setting to make it the full tub or just a section of it. There was also a secondary shower, something a bit smaller and probably for less leisurely activities.
There was another door leading out towards the left but it was already open, showing him a walk through closet that led all the way to the bedroom on the other side. He returned to the main room, finding Shouta sitting on his couch, simply watching the green-haired omega explore.
“This is a gorgeous room. That bathroom is amazing too.” Izuku offered. Shouta smirked, “All the rooms have something similar, though us leaders like Zashi, Nem and Boro as well as me, all have bigger bathrooms and we also have sitting rooms. All the other spaces look more like small apartments with no lounge areas.”
Shouta stood, straightening his pants and shirt. “I’m going to go get you a few blankets and pillows from the supply closet. Feel free to raid the closet or my bed to gather anything you want.” He pointed at the two bags he had carried along with them. “Those have both your stuff and the stuff I was going to give you.” He leaned down, placing a small kiss on Izuku’s cheek. “I’ll be right back.”
Izuku watched him leave, nearly frozen as his hand brushed the same spot as the kiss. Shouta really was taking really good care of him and honestly, he didn’t see why they couldn’t go ahead and mark and mate. He could definitely do worse, and his omega had already claimed the alpha as his, so it wasn’t like it wouldn’t work out.
He purred as he opened the two bags, grabbing the cloth inside before waddling to Shouta’s bedroom, finding a semi-hidden corner that could be seen from the bed and bathroom but not the sitting room.
Izuku worked away, folding and chirping as he formed some of his nest, curious as to what kind of blankets and pillows his alpha would bring him. He was falling deeper into his instincts, only thinking about his nest being perfect and his alpha and his heat needs so he nearly missed the footsteps coming closer.
He looked up to find said alpha, his hands completely filled with various blankets and pillows, almost too many to even see over. Izuku stood, grabbing a few from the alpha, feeling their textures before beginning to sort them, one pile for keep and the other for toss.
Eventually, he had gone through all of the new material, kicking the discarded stuff towards the bed. Izuku grabbed a few blankets, his omega rubbing them against Shouta, whining as they weren’t being scented right. At least they weren’t until Shouta took over, generously scenting them with his neck and wrist glands before handing them back for Izuku to approve of.
The nest ended up being pretty big, the walls secure and the floor cushioned nicely as Izuku turned in circles, purring up a storm. He turned his big green eyes onto Shouta, “Alpha, here.” He chirped, patting the space next to him.
Shouta tilted his head, “Do you want me in your nest, Omega?” Izuku chirped again, nodding quickly. He purred as Shouta crawled into the nest, taking care not to mess it up as he got comfortable next to the wiggling greenette. “This is a very nice nest, omega. You did a great job.” He offered, chuckling when Izuku preened.
Luckily, he had taken his rut blockers while he was getting supplies because not even twenty minutes later, Izuku’s emotions changed, moving from a playful, excited omega to one that was keening, whimpering with need.
Shouta watched with bated breath as Izuku ripped his clothes off, baring his body to the alpha for the first time. Izuku’s thighs were drenched in slick with even more still pouring out of his hole.
Izuku whimpered, wiggling against the fresh nest as his fingers played with his small cock. The greenette stared at the alpha, his eyes blown and his small fangs nipping at his lower lip as he tugged on the member, jerking it into full attention.
Shouta groaned, “Damn, you are making it very hard to not ravish you like you deserve, omega.” Izuku simply moaned, spreading his legs even wider. Shouta swallowed hard. He knew he had already spoken with Izuku before his heat had hit fully, making sure that anything he did was ok with the omega, so that wasn’t the problem.
He just didn’t think this would happen so soon.
Another whimper of need drew the alpha out of his mind. He sighed, moving around to sit down in front of Izuku, allowing Shouta to get his first look at his omega’s hole. He wasn’t inexperienced in any way, having spent his ruts with some willing partners that were helping him out as well as having sex a few times outside of his ruts, but this was the first time it meant something.
He crawled down, laying on his stomach so that he was closer to Izuku’s hole, watching as it secreted slick generously. He chuckled, “Bet you’re really needy, Omega. Don’t worry, I’ll fill you right up in no time.”
Shouta pressed a finger against the rim, coating the tip of it with slick before rubbing around the outside, smirking as Izuku whined. “Easy, Omega. I don’t want to hurt you.” He slowly began to press the digit inside, groaning as Izuku’s walls sucked his finger in, clenching tightly.
“Damn, sucking me right in, Omega. Such a good omega.” He praised, grinning when the greenette keened. Shouta rubbed his inner walls a few times, adding another finger after a few minutes to stretch Izuku further. He scissored his fingers, slowly opening the tight hole up before adding a third.
His other hand came up, taking over for the one that was pumping the greenette’s cock. “Just relax, kitten. Enjoy the feelings.” He moved his fingers in time with the hand around the small cock, causing Izuku to whine and moan, his breath coming in gasping stutters.
“P-please, Alpha. Cock, need.” Izuku begged, the heels of his feet digging into the base of the nest beneath them. Shouta smirked, removing his hands. “Watch me, Omega.” He waited until green emeralds were on his form before standing, quickly stripping out of his shirt and pants, leaving him only in his boxers.
“I’m rather large for an alpha, kitten. I don’t want to hurt you for your first time.” He cooed, returning to his horizontal position. Without waiting for another word, Shouta stuck out his tongue, pressing inside Izuku’s ass. Izuku cried out, wiggling as he tried to push himself further. Shouta chuckled, grabbing the greenette’s hips and holding him still.
He could feel Izuku’s wall clench tighter, adding several fingers to prod and massage deeper than his tongue could reach even as it continued its circling of the rim. Izuku cried, begging for more, begging for Shouta’s knot before he tensed completely, crying loudly as he came, covering his stomach and chest in watery seed.
Shouta chuckled, pulling both fingers and tongue away for a moment, shucking his boxers. “Don’t worry, Kitten. I’ll take care of you.” He rubbed his cock against Izuku’s thighs, coating it in slick. The motions made Izuku cry, his hands gripping the blankets even as he tried to push the alpha’s cock into his hole. “Patience, Kitten.” Shouta murmured, barely pressing the head of his cock to the weeping hole.
He pressed further, groaning as the head of his cock popped inside, slowly followed by two inches of the shaft. Already, Izuku’s ass was strangling his cock and Shouta didn’t know how long he’d last against such deliciousness, but he knew he would make sure Izuku was satisfied for that wave.
Slowly, inch by inch, Shouta pressed inside until only the last 3 inches were left. Izuku was whimpering, crying with need and begging Shouta to go faster but the alpha knew that with this being Izuku’s first time, he needed to make sure the omega wasn’t hurt by him being too rough. He knew he was being a bit more careful than he normally would have been, but this was his omega. He wanted this to be a good first time for the greenette.
Izuku growled, “Alpha, fuck me already!” He ordered. Shouta snorted, “Alright, Kitten. Hard and fast, coming right up.” He thrusted in, burying himself completely before beginning a furious pace, pulling out almost completely before slamming back inside.
All Izuku could do was hold on, his ass getting pounded to hell before suddenly Shouta pulled completely out, roughly flipping Izuku over onto his hands and knees before shoving himself back inside and beginning again.
Shouta’s fingers gripped Izuku’s hips, bringing the omega closer with every thrust. He listened as Izuku howled, moaning and growling with every drag and press of his cock. Izuku was having slight lucid moments, each one only long enough to beg or order Shouta to do something before his omega took over again and he was nothing but noises, so the dark-haired alpha didn’t expect for Izuku to let him know when he was getting close.
Walls tightened up, strangling his cock as seed splattered the nest. Shouta groaned as Izuku whimpered, rocking himself back with each thrust, a simple word coming through.
“Knot. Knot. Knot. Knot.”
Izuku begged, his omega craving the one thing that Shouta hadn’t given him yet. The alpha sped up, pounding into Izuku’s ass with fire even as he felt his knot start to swell. Shouta growled, forcing it inside just as he came, filling his omega with his cum.
He held them still, forcing neither of them to move as streams of hot seed filled Izuku, his knot keeping every last drop inside until his orgasm stopped. Shouta was breathing heavily, doing his best to keep from squashing the tired omega as he laid them on their side.
Shouta watched as Izuku sighed happily, nuzzling his face into what looked like the alpha’s rut pillow that had been hidden away in the back of his closet before falling asleep. The dark-haired man chuckled, pressing his own nose into green curls. He needed to rest as well before the next wave hit if he was going to keep Izuku satisfied.

Shouta woke to moaning, his cock enveloped in warm heat. He glanced down, quickly finding hazy, emerald eyes watching him as the omega’s mouth ran up and down his cock. His hand gripped curls, nails lightly scratching scalp as he chuckled, “Such a good omega. Doing so good. You look so good sucking my cock like that.” He moaned, closing his eyes and throwing his head back. “Yes, just like that kitten.”
He groaned as he drew closer, stopping the greenette before he came. “Come here, kitten.” He ordered, pulling the omega up until he was draped over his torso. “Come on, omega. Spread your legs for me.” He said, his hands helping Izuku straddle his waist. “That’s a good omega.”
Shouta lifted Izuku slightly, using one hand to lift his cock to the waiting hole, moaning as Izuku sank down on it until he was nestled fully inside. “Damn, omega. You still feel so good. Your ass is amazing, Izuku.” He murmured.
Izuku’s hands braced themselves on his chest and Shouta held onto the omega’s hips as the greenette began to lift himself, dropping again before he had lifted off. Shouta groaned, his fingers tightening as Izuku rode his cock, not taking control again until Izuku began to slow down. Shouta’s hands tightened further, his arms lifting the omega and pulling him back down even as his hips lifted, shoving himself deeper with every thrust.
He was egged on by Izuku’s needy little whimpers, his breathy moans and how his head went back, eyes rolling as he was fucked hard. “Come on, Kitten. Cum for me. Cum for your alpha. There’s a good boy.” Shouta crooned, gasping as he watched his omega bounce on his cock. He glanced down, swallowing as he watched his cock disappear and reappear into Izuku’s ass, watched as his knot began to swell again.
He growled, pulling Izuku down to lay against his chest as he wrapped his arms around the greenette. His thrusts quickened, his cock pounding furiously into the omega even as Izuku cried out with pleasure. The new angle allowed Shouta to hit Izuku’s prostate each and every time and the alpha abused it relentlessly, slamming his cock into the soft spot over and over before forcing his knot into the tight hole once again, holding Izuku as he screamed, squirting slick and cum between their bodies as he orgasmed again.
Shouta jumped, gripping Izuku even tighter as the greenette’s tiny fangs pierced his neck, placing a mating mark directly on his scent gland. He moaned, wiggling around even as his knot kept him in place. Izuku whimpered, releasing Shouta’s neck before licking it lightly.
He looked up at the alpha and Shouta could see that his eyes were clear for the first time since his heat began. “Hey, Kitten. How are you feeling?” Shouta asked, releasing his arms. Izuku chuckled, “Deliciously sore. Sorry if I hurt you.” He nodded towards the sluggishly bleeding mating bite. Shouta smirked, “It felt really good. If you hadn’t been knotted before you marked me, you definitely would have been after.”
Izuku giggled, “How long do you think it will take before your knot goes down? I’m actually a bit thirsty.” Shouta hummed, “I’m not sure. Last time we both fell asleep afterwards and I woke up to you sucking on my cock.” He wrapped his arms around Izuku again, “When I get up, wrap your legs around my waist. I can carry us over to the fridge for the water and maybe a snack.”
He rolled, smiling as the omega giggled. “Maybe you aren’t a kitten but a little monkey instead.” He teased. Izuku snorted, wrapping his legs around Shouta, “Maybe, but I rather like you calling me kitten.”
Shouta laughed, standing up fully. “Kitten it is then.” He grabbed them both a bottle of water as well as a protein bar, which they nibbled on as they waited for either Shouta’s knot to go down or for Izuku’s heat to start again.
“I want you to mark me back.” Izuku said suddenly. Shouta hummed around the bar, swallowing before answering. “If you are sure. I don’t mind waiting a bit longer if that’s what you need.”
Izuku snorted, “Thanks but if this has shown me anything, it’s that you care about me as a person and not a conquest. I already knew you cared about me being safe. I wouldn’t have asked you to heat share with me otherwise. But seeing just how much you actually care about my wellbeing, mentally as well as physically, it makes me even more sure of you being my mate.”
Shouta smiled softly. He was glad the omega wasn’t upset or simply settling. He groaned as he finished his bottle of water, watching as Izuku finished his snack. He could feel his knot loosening already, but it wasn’t deflated enough for him to safely pull free.
Izuku hummed, “I wonder if that detective friend of yours was able to find out who broke into my house. I will need my things if I’m going to be your mate.” Shouta hummed, glancing over at the bedside table. “I turned my phone off when your heat started so it wouldn’t bother us. I’ll check it either when my knot goes down or after your heat is over. It’s only been two days since it started.”
The greenette popped his neck before lying flat against Shouta’s chest, lazily drawing circles on it with his finger. “My heat doesn’t normally last very long. The longest it’s gone is 4 days.” He informed the dark-haired alpha.
Shouta glanced down at Izuku, surprised. Most heats last between 5 and 6 days, so hearing that Izuku’s was less was strange. “I’ll get you set up with our pack doctor when she gets back from visiting her son. She’s supposed to be back in about 3 days so that will work nicely.”
Izuku frowned up at him. “Why would I need the pack doctor?” Shouta smiled softly, leaning down to kiss the omega’s forehead. “From what I understand, most heats are supposed to last 5 to 6 days. The fact that yours doesn’t even reach that is concerning and I just want to make sure that you are healthy. I’d be a horrible alpha and pack leader if I didn’t make sure that all of my family members were healthy and safe.”
The greenette hummed, nodding as he returned to lying flat against Shouta’s chest. “Got it. That makes sense.” He wiggled, giggling when Shouta groaned. “Just testing the fit.” Izuku teased.
Shouta snorted, “I see. Well, let’s lay down and maybe get some more rest.” He gently laid them back against the remnants of the nest, grimacing at the feeling of body fluids on his bare skin.
“Hey Shouta?” Izuku mumbled a few minutes later. Shouta hummed in response. “I think my next wave is already starting again.” Izuku answered. Shouta leaned, looking into Izuku’s eyes. Sure enough, the fog was already beginning to come back. He tested the fit, groaning when his knot slipped right out before deflating the rest of the way.
“Don’t worry, Kitten. I’ll take care of you. I’m looking forward to marking you back, you know.” Shouta smirked. Izuku moaned, his hands moving around to claw at the alpha’s back.
Shouta leaned down, drawing Izuku’s mouth up into a kiss. His tongue prodded closed lips, demanding entrance that was quickly given before he began to explore. Izuku deserved a little bit of tenderness before his heat wave fully consumed him and that’s what Shouta was going to give him.
A hand moved, cradling green curls as the other one kept him lifted off of the body below. Heat swarmed the space, both bodies drenched in sweat as well as other body fluids but at this moment, neither cared. They only cared about feeling the tender touch of their lover, chasing the high that was lovemaking before it turned into a fiery storm of emotions.
He kissed Izuku for a bit longer before moving down his jaw, nipping and sucking small bruises into the freckled skin until he had reached the column of tender flesh that made up the throat.
During the teasing, Shouta’s cock had hardened once again, bumping against Izuku’s ass as the omega wiggled, whining as he pleaded to be filled. Without any words, Shouta thrusted himself inside, burying velvet covered steel to the hilt as his fangs flashed, connecting with Izuku’s scent gland.
It felt like he was whole again, like his soul was previously only half and now it was complete and that feeling startled Shouta. Izuku groaned, wiggling beneath him, trying to get him to move.
Shouta released Izuku’s neck, lapping up the small trail of blood that leaked out before he withdrew, slamming home a second later. There was plenty of time later for slow and steady, but Izuku currently needed hard and fast, and Shouta was going to give it to him.

Shouta woke up on the 5th day, curled up around a small pillow that he was sure had previously been part of the nest’s base. He glanced around, frowning when he couldn’t find Izuku.
Getting up, his legs wobbled, and he moved to the bathroom, relieving himself before taking a quick shower. The tiles in the shower were wet which told him that Izuku had gotten a shower after waking up and the missing pink sweatpants and cat-eared hoodie that had been in his closet made Shouta chuff happily knowing his new mate was roaming the pack house in his clothes, bearing his mark.
He quickly dressed in some black joggers and a black tank top, leaving his den and locking the door. He didn’t know where Izuku might have gone but it was possible that the omega began looking for the kitchen, probably hungry after nearly a week with only snacks and water to tide him over.
Sure enough, Izuku was in the kitchen, hovering over the stove. Shouta could see Nemuri, Oboro, Hizashi, Snipe and Hawks sitting at the counter, watching his omega cook, each of them talking to him and getting to know him.
He watched as Izuku easily answered their questions before plating up 7 servings, grinning brightly at Shouta who was still standing there. “Good morning, Shouta. Come and eat.” Izuku chirped.
He startled, not having realized that Izuku had noticed his presence. No one else did it seems, each of his packmates staring at him with wide eyes. Shouta snorted, “No one has ever clocked me like that before.” He stated, pulling up a seat next to the greenette.
Izuku snorted, “I knew the minute you woke up. Must be the bond.” Shouta frowned, confused at the omega’s words. “I don’t understand. How is that possible?” Izuku shrugged, “Not sure but it’s not really a bad thing. Just means I’ll be able to find you no matter what. Can’t you sense me?”
Shouta shook his head, “The kitchen was the first place I thought about checking. It was the most logical answer to where you might have gone since we haven’t really eaten proper meals all week.”
Izuku nodded, “I see. Well, no use worrying about it right now. We should eat and probably grab a few more of my things from the house.” Shouta grinned, “That’s right. You are moving in with us now.”
The others that had been sitting there, watching the two of them talk all cheered happily, grinning brightly at the newest couple. Nemuri giggled, “That’s awesome, you two! Just wait until Granny Chiyo finds out!”
Shouta scowled, “She needs to check on Izuku’s health when she gets back tomorrow.” Hizashi sighed, “You must not have looked at your phone yet. She got called to heal a few heroes that got injured yesterday. She probably won’t be back for another 2 days if not more.”
Izuku paused, “Are you guys talking about Recovery Girl?” Hizashi grinned, “Yep. She’s our honorary Grandma! She takes care of us like one, though she likes to beat people up with her cane when they’ve been stupid, but she’s good to us.”
The greenette tilted his head, “But… she’s a hero? I mean I know you are too, but is that the same kind of situation?” Snipe guffawed, the beads in his dark purple dreadlocks jingling as he laughed. “Yeah. It’s something like that. Granny is a bit…protective shall we say? Especially of the people she’s claimed as hers.”
Izuku snorted, “Soooo, like Shouta. Good to know. My mentor is the same way. He’s gone a bit feral when people have hurt the ones he deems his; last time is something that actually terrified me. He ended up telling me that one of his pups got killed and the rest of his pups left and haven’t contacted him even though he’s been watching them from afar to keep them safe.”
He watched as Shouta, Nemuri, Hizashi and Oboro exchanged looks of fear. “What?” He asked them. Shouta swallowed hard, “Your mentor, he wouldn’t happen to be…rat shaped, would he?”
Izuku snorted, “Stoat, but yes.” He paused, a forkful of food halfway to his mouth before his eyes went wide. “Oh shit. Oboro, you’re the pup he lost. Holy fucking shit, kami almighty!” He set down his fork, “Does he even know you’re alive!?”
Oboro shrugged, “I’m not really sure. I haven’t really left the pack house in a few years. We’ve protected the place and our systems from being hacked using all of the tricks that Nedzu-pa showed us when we were still in school so it's possible he doesn’t know.”
“Fucking hell.” Izuku swore. Shouta held up his hand, “Were you already Nedzu’s student when Oboro had his accident?” Izuku hummed, counting on his fingers. “Well, I started learning from him when I was 15 so… no? You guys should have been 25 at the time.”
“Then how did you see Nedzu go feral?” Nemuri asked. Izuku sighed, “I was nearly killed a few years into being his student. I was out walking and some other villain popped up, tried to suffocate me and steal my body. A hero, I won’t say which one, saved me but didn’t get me help before trying to jump away. Stupidly, I grabbed onto him, being pulled along for the ride before he landed on the roof of a high rise. He scolded me before jumping again, leaving me there with sludge in my lungs.”
He chuckled, “I passed out on the roof; I couldn’t breathe. Nedzu tracked my phone after I didn’t show up for our meeting and found me, getting me medical help. He was very pissed off when I told him what happened and nearly went and destroyed the hero before I stopped him. I’ve never seen him like that so I asked him why he was so angry and that’s when he told me about Oboro, though he didn’t mention any names. I have a feeling he knows you all are villains, though.”
Oboro sighed, “We stayed away because we didn’t want him to be forced to choose between us and his school. He’s the only one protecting those kids from being killed in the line of duty and we didn’t want him to leave them alone.”
Izuku hissed, “You do realize… no, nevermind. I’ll let him tell you himself. Just know, he’s going to be pissed.” A phone beeped just then, the tone ominous and dark yet upbeat and Izuku froze, shaking.
“Fuck. Nevermind. He’s pissed.”
The greenette shook as he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket, glancing warily at it. “He’s, uh. He’s here?” Shouta swore, turning to look at all the vents and openings. The room was tensely silent, each of them that knew the Intelligence Creature looking around.
Unfortunately, no one guessed that he’d simply walk right in, thumping his foot angrily as he stared at the group.
“Oboro Shirakumo!”
The bluenette squeaked, jumping as he turned in his chair. “H-h-Hi Nedzu-pa! Fancy seeing you here.” Nedzu leaped, landing on the counter. “Don’t even think about it Oboro Shirakumo! You should have told me you were still alive even if you thought I would have to make that decision! All 4 of you should have told me!”
Oboro wilted, “I’m sorry, Nedzu-pa. We didn’t want you to have to decide between us and your students. They need you.” Nedzu grumbled, “You four needed me too. If Chiyo and Hizashi can be part of both sides, then I can too. None of you should have had to make that decision, but what’s done is done.” He quickly turned to Izuku and Shouta. “Don’t think I forgot about you two either!”
He grinned, baring all of his teeth. “Now. Introduce me to my grand-pup!”

Izuku giggled as he watched a couple and their pup racing each other away from the park. He loved seeing happy families playing together. It was growing dark, a storm on its way, but that didn’t stop the greenette from wandering through the park on his way back to the packhouse.
Shouta had offered to drive him to his quirk assessment meeting, but Izuku had waved it away, thinking it wouldn’t be very long. He was only going to get preliminary information on a possible new client. Sometimes for the poorer kind of clientele he would meet them and learn basics before quoting them a price.
He’d been at the park nearly an hour past their meeting time before checking his email, sighing when he found one from the client that had been sent just before their meeting that stated the client had to reschedule as their job called them in for an extra shift.
Izuku stopped, turning around as he heard a shuffle of feet behind him only to find nothing there. He sighed; his mind must be playing tricks on him. He’d been feeling like he was being watched all morning and most of the afternoon while he was out of the packhouse, and he couldn’t tell if it was friend or foe.
Another shuffle had him tensing and he began to walk quicker, attempting to move past the abandoned playground and onto the street before he stopped, his name being called.
“Izuku!”
He turned, growling when he found Bakugo coming towards him. “I thought I told you to stop calling me by my first name. It’s Midoriya to you!” The blonde smirked, “Yeah well, mates should be calling each other by their first names.”
Izuku hissed, “Again, I am not your mate nor will I ever be your mate! Why won’t you get that through your thick alpha brain?!” He moved to turn, stopping with a jerk as a hand gripped the collar of his hoodie.
Bakugo hissed, “You’re mated?!” Izuku tugged the black fabric back towards his body, ripping it from Bakugo’s grip. “Yes. My alpha is someone I chose.” The blonde growled, “Who is it? Was it that hobo? I bet you let him fuck you too.”
Izuku shook, anger filling him. “I don’t think that is any of your business. Now, excuse me but I’m pretty sure I filed a report on you already as well as a cease of contact order. Leave me alone or else.” He turned back around, already pulling his phone out of his pocket when he was slammed into.
He rolled down the small hill, breathless as the large alpha growled on top of him. Izuku squeaked as he was roughly yanked upwards, the popping of the hero’s quirk reaching his ears.
“You won’t have the chance. You’re mine and I’m going to prove it!” Bakugo swore. A flash of light heralded the alpha’s quirk as it sent pain lacing through his stomach. The smell of burnt flesh and cloth assaulted Izuku’s nose and he couldn’t help but fall to his knees.
“You’re fucking so called mate won’t want you after you lose your quirk! But don’t worry, I’ll take really good care of you.” Bakugo sneered. Izuku whimpered, looking up with his quirk active at the exact moment that the world went white.
Fire flew across his eyes, the pain nearly unbearable as one of Bakugo’s explosions burnt his eyes and face. He screamed, clutching his face as he fell backwards, hitting his head on something hard.
Dazed and confused, Izuku’s breath was heavy as silence returned. Nothing moved and the only scent he could find was his own burnt flesh and the storm on the way. He couldn’t smell Bakugo’s sweet sweat, nor could he hear shuffling that would tell Izuku that Bakugo was still there.
He needed to get back to the pack, to Shouta, but he didn’t know which way was up or down, forced to rely on only his own memory of the open grounds that he had been on before being attacked.
Izuku went to stand only to topple over as his head swam. He definitely had a concussion, and with him not being able to see anything, he knew he would be forced to feel around on the ground with his hands.
The green haired man began to crawl, working his way forward across the ground, feeling nothing but grass as he inched forward. He groaned as his stomach knotted, the pain severe and troubling. His omega keened, the sound making its way out of his open mouth and into the air.
His stomach burned, creating fresh pain with every movement he made, but Izuku couldn’t stop. He needed his alpha. He needed to be safe. His legs cramped, his body falling completely into the ground beneath him.
Izuku shuddered, breathing heavily before jolting as it began to rain. “Oh gr’t.” He grumbled. The rain made the ground muddy, which wouldn’t be good for his injuries as well as washing away any scents he might need to find himself even a hint of safety.
He needed to keep going, to do his best to make it to the road or at least the parking lot which would be the first place Shouta would check when he didn’t return home. Izuku kicked out with his legs only to scream with pain as they connected with a jagged surface. The snap and resulting pain made him fall to the ground, his face scrunching up as he tried to move his leg.
More pain came and Izuku screamed as he realized it was probably broken. He must have hit a rock, nothing else made sense. He laid there, praying to be found by his pack before gritting his teeth. He needed to keep going.
Izuku whimpered, forcing himself not to scream as he dragged his body behind him. His legs and hips were on fire, but the need for safety kept him going. He had to make it. He could only hope that he was going the right way, as he couldn't see anything.
His hand found open air as he pulled himself along, his chest smashing into stone as he fell forward. Pain gripped his chest as his lungs refused to pull in air.
He screamed, the sound broken and warbled, as it echoed through the silence.
Laying down, his hips raised by cold, hard steps, Izuku gasped, praying that someone safe found him.
His heart thundered in his chest as he struggled to breathe. Was this the end? Was Izuku going to die alone and in pain?
What would happen to Shouta when he was no longer around?

Shouta paced his office. Izuku should have returned home by now or at least called if his meeting was going to run late but the omega hadn’t done either and any attempts to reach him went unanswered, his phone ringing a few times before going to voicemail each time.
He growled as he stormed out, passing his pack in the kitchen. He startled them as he threw the door open, “Izuku isn’t home and he’s not answering his phone. It’s raining out and I’m worried.”
Nemuri stood, straightening her shirt. “Do you know where he was supposed to have his meeting?” Shouta nodded, “The field behind Takoba Park.” She nodded, looking at her mate and pack members. “Let’s go then.”
Shouta led the ground through the building and into the garage, grabbing one of the larger pack vehicles that would allow all of them to be seated inside as well as Izuku. He gripped the steering wheel tightly as he drove, glaring at the road even as Hizashi stared up at the dark clouds above them.
“It’s pouring really hard. Do you think he took shelter somewhere?” The blonde asked. Shouta huffed, “Possibly, but he should be answering his phone if that were the case and he’s not.” Nemuri pressed a hand to his arm, “It’ll be ok, Sho. We’ll find him.”
They pulled up at the park, each of them putting on their raincoats before climbing out of the van. “Come on guys. The meeting spot shouldn’t be too far over the hill.” Shouta growled, leading them towards the small park that was devoid in the face of the onslaught of rain.
They crested the hill quickly, Shouta hissing before running full force towards a figure in the middle of the field. Nemuri, Oboro, and Hizashi followed behind, trying their hardest not to lose their pack alpha and brother.
They stopped, Hizashi grimacing as he realized just what he was staring at. “Holy shit. That’s Ground Zero. What the fuck happened?” He asked. Shouta growled, “He’s been harassing Izuku for a few years. From what I understand, Izuku did some quirk counseling for him before he made it into UA and the blonde brat hasn’t left him alone since. Bakugo keeps insisting that Izuku is his mate and won’t stop even after Izuku told him to.”
Nemuri swore, looking around. “Whoever attacked him must have scared Izuku off.” Shouta shook his head, “He’s been turned to stone. That’s Izuku’s quirk. He does it by looking at them with it activated. Bakugo must have attacked him, and he used his quirk.”
Shouta looked around, pulling out his phone again and holding it up to his ear. Music sounded from their left and he swore as he reached the spot, finding Izuku’s cell phone, the trail of missed calls and texts clearly there, Shouta’s picture on the front screen.
“Fuck it all!” He growled, shoving the greenette’s phone into his pocket. He needed to find his omega and quickly. “Spread out and find him. Bakugo looks like he just used his quirk, so Izuku is probably injured somewhere in this weather.”
He turned without another word, moving steadily towards the other side of the field. Nemuri sighed, “Zashi, you go towards the park. Oboro, go towards the main road. I’ll head the other direction. Yell if you find him.” She watched as her mate and brother nodded, each of them moving off from their starting point before going in the opposite direction.
_______________
Oboro whimpered as he walked towards the main road. He had created a small, densely packed cloud to fly above him, keeping him somewhat dry and his sight clear as he kept his eyes peeled for the missing omega.
Izuku was a strong one, having lasted so long without a pack or even family and Oboro could only pray that he was found soon. There was no telling what the stupid so-called hero had done to him.
He was almost at the main road when something caught his eye, and he hurried over to it. A small skid mark creating a tear in the manicured grass. He hissed, turning each way. There was another one closer to the road, directly next to a large boulder. He raced over to it, skidding in the wet grass as he came around the other side.
Izuku wasn’t there, making him growl, but a second look at the rock showed a spot under a ledge that hadn’t been washed by the rain and his heart nearly stopped at the sight of red. Oboro sniffed the redness, his head coming up alert as he realized it was Izuku’s blood.
He looked around, finding even more water filled digs in the ground, each spaced apart in a way that he was sure was caused by the other omega crawling. He followed them, walking steadily towards the stairs leading down to the road only to hiss and scream for his pack at the sight below.
In the growing gully between the stairs and the road, was a severely injured greenette.
_____________________________
Shouta growled as he reached the statue of the explosion hero, his sister and brother just behind him. “I went all the way to the forest and didn’t find even a hint of him.” Shouta hissed.
Nemuri sighed, “Me neither. The rain has washed away all scents and I couldn’t really see anything in the downpour either.” A glance to the blonde said the same. Shouta snarled, swinging his fists at the statue.
“Fucking bitch!” He knocked the statue over, grinning ferally as the raised arm broke off. “I’m going to make sure he can never hurt anyone ever again!” He lifted the hero-shaped statue, flinging it off the hill where it broke into tiny pieces. “Izuku said that would kill someone under his quirk and honestly, I don’t care if the blasted hero is dead. He deserves it.” He growled, his dark eyes trained on the crumbling figures.
The three alphas watched as the bigger pieces broke apart, crumpling in on themselves until there was nothing but dirt left that was quickly turning into mud, leaving nothing left.
“We should find Oboro, he might have-“ Nemuri stopped as they heard the fourth member of their search party scream for them. She swore, racing down the hill towards her mate, leaving the other two behind.
They gasped as they crested the stairs, finding their two missing packmates at the bottom, one unconscious and on a well-crafted cloud. Oboro looked up at them, “He’s hurt badly!” He called, bringing the greenette back up the stairs.
Shouta’s heart clenched as he looked at his mate. Izuku’s face was blistered horribly, most of it centered around his eyes. Bubbles from the burns covered a good portion of his forehead and his beautiful green curls had been burnt away leaving lobster red skin in its wake. There was a similar burn on the omega’s stomach, skin and clothes blackened and torn.
Finally, Shouta looked at Izuku’s leg, hissing at the sight of it twisted and mangled, white bone sticking straight out.
“We need to get him back to the packhouse and call Granny. She’ll be able to help him.” Nemuri ordered, leading the group towards the parking lot and their van. Shouta nodded, following them. It was good that they had brought Oboro; his clouds would keep his omega sturdy and unable to be jolted as they moved. He didn’t need any more injuries.
They made it back to the car, Hizashi stopping Shouta with his hand up. “Give me the keys. I’ll drive while you stay in the back with him.” He ordered. Shouta nodded and they climbed in, with Nemuri in the back with her mate and Shouta, each of them working their best to check over the various burns.
“Nem,” Hizashi called back to them. “Call Chiyo and tell her what’s happened. Then call Nedzu. He’ll want to know as well.” Nemuri nodded, pulling out her phone. Shouta ignored her as he placed two fingers on the side of Izuku’s neck, sighing with relief at the feeling of a beating heart.
“He’s still alive but his pulse is weak and growing fainter as we speak.” He said, Nemuri nodding before relaying it to the healer. She hung up shortly after, “Granny was already headed to the Packhouse when I called. She’s got Nedzu with her. They will meet us there.”
Shouta sighed, looking out of the van windows. He could tell that they were almost back, but he still willed his blonde brother to go faster. He lightly brushed leftover curls aside, the wet strands sticking to his fingers. “Come on, Kitten. We’re almost there. You’re safe now. Please, omega. Stay alive for me. Please?” He whispered into Izuku’s ear.
They pulled up in front of the packhouse, throwing themselves through the doors and into the house, running towards the infirmary without even taking their shoes off. Chiyo stood waiting, her surgical table already cleaned and prepped for Izuku.
Oboro deposited the greenette, dissolving his cloud before slumping into his mate. He wasn’t used to holding his quirk for so long and the continuous concentration to keep one going and steady had exhausted him.
“Nem. You and Boro go get showered and dried off. Hizashi, you too.” Shouta ordered. They frowned, looking back at Izuku. He was happy they didn’t want to leave the newest member of their pack, but he wanted to make sure they didn’t get sick either.
He frowned as the older woman came up to him. “You too, Shouta boy. Izuku will be just fine with me until you’ve showered and gotten dressed.” Shouta sighed, knowing from experience that you didn’t argue with the healer, and he left, one last look at his mate before the door shut behind him.
___________________________________________
Izuku had severe burns across his face and torso, as well as a hand shaped burn on his wrist. All of which would unfortunately scar even with Chiyo’s quirk. He wouldn’t lose his sight though, something that Shouta had been glad for, even if it had been scary to see his mate so battered.
Chiyo had listened to Oboro’s story of the blood on the rock, and after finding small pebbles and tears on the greenette’s leg, had concluded that Izuku had probably flailed as he tried to crawl, hitting and breaking his leg on the rock before crawling even more.
Fortunately, the rain had done something good, washing away all the mud that had been pressed into his stomach and leg, leaving minimal chance of infection. Unfortunately, it had taken too long for Izuku to be found, and the rain had made the injured Izuku sick with a cold.
As Shouta glanced down at his mate while listening to the old woman proclaim his injuries, he could only stare as the final bit of information trickled into his ears, snapping his head up to look at her.
“He’s what?”
He couldn’t believe what he had heard. Chiyo huffed, tapping her cane on the floor again. “Just what I said, Shouta. Izuku’s pregnant.” Shouta stared at her, “I-what?” Chiyo growled, pointing the business end of her cane directly at him.
“I know you haven’t gone deaf, boy.” She glowered. “He’s pregnant, with your pup, I’d venture to guess.” Her nose twitched as she lowered her arm, agitated as she tapped the metal tip against the ground a few more times. “I’m rather surprised that the fetus isn’t more injured with how damaged his stomach was, but it seems we caught everything early enough and as long as we keep going with the medicines, the cold he got won’t do anything to the pup either.”
She sighed, “I’ll be back in a few hours to check on him but keep an eye out and let me know immediately if he wakes up. I don’t think he will since I had to use my quirk, but just in case.” She walked towards the door, stopping with it open. “And Shouta? I’m happy for you. You deserve a mate and pup of your own. Izuku will be very good for you.”
Shouta watched her leave, turning to face his mate. “A pup of my own.” He whispered, his alpha prancing about. He was going to be a dad.
__________________________
Izuku stared at the little white blob that was surrounded by black, his hand tightly gripped by Shouta’s as they both watched their pup kick. He grunted, his other hand moving slightly down as he spoke.
“I know it’s cold, pup.” He murmured. Chiyo smiled at the two new parents, moving the wand a little to the side before humming. “Well, that’s unexpected.” She muttered, startling the two.
Shouta turned, looking at her. “What is?” She pointed at the screen, “Look.” She moved the wand back, focusing on the pup they had been watching before moving it again. “Two. You’re having twins.”
The alpha stared at the screen, his eyes focused on the second tiny white bean. He paused as a tear rolled down his cheek, frowning as Izuku giggled. “What are you laughing about, Kitten?” He asked.
Izuku smirked, “I get to leave here and be able to tell the pack that not only are we having twins but I’ve seen something that almost no one else has ever seen.” Shouta snorted, wiping off his cheeks. “And what is that, my omega?”
The greenette smirked, “That the great Eraser can indeed cry.” Chiyo and Shouta laughed at his words. “I’m just going to get a few pictures for you both to share. I’ll be right back.” Chiyo offered, pausing the screen as it was showing both babies at the same time. She left the room, leaving the new parents alone.
Shouta cupped his hand around Izuku’s cheek, smiling softly as the green haired man nuzzled into the warmth. “I guess what they say isn’t true then.” He mumbled. Izuku looked up at him, humming questioningly.
“The villain Eraser doesn’t have a heart of stone.”
