sister andrea will forever be iconic but there’s something about the shakir siblings that just really speaks to me (especially karima, what an absolute queen). love their bickering and teasing and low key competition, and love how their mom is so entwined with their lives. she’s so interesting too, which isn’t surprising, seeing who her kids are lmao i’m glad this series was allowed to have four seasons and i’m content with the finale but wouldn’t mind more because i’m a greedy slut lol honestly the only flaw was s1 and even that is nitpicking like of the trio ben just...kinda took a backseat but the following seasons are just banger after banger, just like this fic. yeah this roadtrip could easily be an ep and even a gorgeous finishing touch to the series
