“Misa… This is way too short. I told you, you’re almost five sizes smaller than me. This looks like a belt.”
Light protested, her face flaming red as she tugged at the hem of the pink mini skirt that Misa had dressed her in, barely covering her thighs. She looked at her reflection in the mirror.
Misa, clapped her hands together. “No, no, Light! It’s perfect! Your height makes it even better, you look like a supermodel!
Standing side by side in the mirror, the contrast between them was striking. Misa’s petite frame highlighted her short stature, allowing her to effortlessly own the mini skirt. Her legs, though not long, perfectly suited to the form-hugging skirts that accentuated her figure.
Light, on the other hand, towered over Misa with a tall, curvy figure. The skirt barely managed to cover her, riding up to dangerously expose her underwear. Her face flushed with embarrassment as she tried to tug the fabric into place, each pull betraying her struggle to tame the rebellious garment.
“…You’re the model, not me, I look like a stripper. Just, let me change back.”
“No, no, no, you promised me a date, Light!” Misa said, playfully slapping Light’s hand away from the skirt. “You have to try this on. You look amazing in everything, don’t be so shy!”
“I don’t know how playing dress-up is considered a date” Light mumbled.
Misa giggled, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “No no, you got it wrong- I’m dressing you up for the date”
“First off, we’re not going anywhere outside as a “date” when we go out somewhere, it’s just a hangout. Do you get it? And there’s no way i’m wearing anything out of your wardrobe”
Misa pouted, her eyes still gleaming with excitement. “But why not? You’re so pretty, Light. And everyone would love to see you in something more... lively!”
“Misa, I’m not you. Its not appropriate for me to show this much skin, and I definitely can’t pull it off like you do. Besides, I have my own style.” Light said firmly.
Misa’s face fell, but only for a moment. Then she bounced back with a new idea. “Okay, how about I dress you up for myself then, we can do a photoshoot!”
Her eyes searched the room and landed on a camera sitting on her nightstand. “I’ll be your photographer, and we can capture your fabulous looks without anyone else seeing them. It’ll be just for fun!”
“Uh…Okay, Misa, you promise that no one else sees them?”
Misa held out her pinky finger, grinning. “Pinky promise!”
With a sigh, Light tentatively hooked her own pinky around Misa’s.
“From where I’m standing, those legs are looking pretty nice and clear without that long pesky school skirt in the way, I think you should let this chick dress you up more” Ryuk teased, his mouth curling into a smug grin.
“See? Even your Shinigami likes your look!”
Misa exclaimed, her enthusiasm not waning despite Light’s obvious discomfort. Light shot a glare at Ryuk, who was floating just behind Misa, his eyes unabashedly taking in the view.
“I wouldn’t take that as a good thing, Misa,” Light retorted.
Misa held up a tiny top that looked like it was made for a doll. The fabric was a scandalously small piece of lace that barely covered a handful. The color was a bold, hot pink.
She watched as Misa’s expression grew more and more hopeful, the corners of her mouth turning up in an eager smile.
“…No”
Misa pouted, her bottom lip sticking out as she held the tiny top against Light’s chest. The fabric was so small it looked like it would barely cover her nipples. Light stared at it in horror, her cheeks burning.
“Come on, Light! Just try it on. I want to see how it looks on you. We’re both girls,” Misa pleaded, her eyes wide and innocent.
“You know that doesn’t mean anything when you begged me to make me you my girlfriend, right?” Light said, trying to keep her voice steady.
Misa wouldn’t give up. “Oh, come on, Light. It’s just for fun! Put it on!”
…
“Do you just want to see my chest?” Light snapped, her voice tinged with annoyance. She felt a sense of violation at the very thought of Misa seeing her naked body, the thought made her nervous.
Misa giggled. “Well, not just see. I want to measure you, so we can get the perfect top for you!” She produced held up the tape to Light’s face, the plastic end tickling Light’s cheek.
“…Right…You know I still think it’s really weird, you’re a girl and i’m one too... I’m not used to this kind of thing, okay?” Light’s voice trembled as she took a step back, trying to put more distance between herself and the tiny top.
“Wow, for being Kira, you sure are shy, Light,” Misa said. “It’s okay if you’re scared, I’ll give you a looser shirt—.”
Her words were cut off by a sudden flash of anger that crossed Light’s face. In one swift motion, she grabbed the hem of her school shirt and pulled it over her head, revealing her white, lacy bra.
Misa’s eyes widened, her cheeks flushing a deeper shade of pink as she took in the sight of Light’s bare skin. The room fell silent except for a couple seconds.
“I’m not scared, Misa,” Light said, her voice firm and steady. yet she still looked away from the smaller girl’s face, clearly embarrassed. “I’m just not used to someone else seeing me like this, especially not to a girl who’s…into other girls.”
Misa’s blush deepened, and she averted her gaze, playing with the hem of her own skirt. “I’m sorry, Light, I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable. I just wanted to help you look pretty—for the photoshoot, I mean. Just for fun. It’s not like I—I mean—I don’t want to do anything you don’t like. I just thought it would be a fun thing to do together.”
Misa’s cheeks were a darker shade of pink now, her eyes glancing everywhere but at Light’s face. “Can I do your makeup first?”
She says, while not even taking a glance at her face. Her boobs are much bigger than she thought, how could she not look?
“Fine,” Light conceded, still feeling the heat from her own embarrassment. She sat down on the bed.
“Lay on your back, Light” Misa instructed, her eyes focused on her new canvas. She had pulled out an array of her palettes and other equipment from her vanity, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
Reluctantly, Light complied, lying on her back on the bed. The softness of the mattress was nice.
“How are you even going to do my make-up like this?”
Misa giggled, her eyes full of excitement as she sat down lightly on Light’s stomach. The weight was almost imperceptible, making Light feel even more self-conscious about her own size. The sensation of Misa’s ass on her bare abdomen was very intimate, and she could feel the heat from Misa’s body through the thin fabric of the skirt.
“Misa—?”
Misa leaned in, her makeup brushes and palette at the ready. Her face was just inches from Light’s, their eyes locked for a second before Light closes her eyes. The warmth of Misa’s fingers tickled Light’s face as she began to apply foundation, her delicate hands surprisingly firm and steady. The feeling was strange, but not unpleasant.
As Misa’s nimble fingers danced across her face, Light couldn’t help but feel a tingle of…excitement…? Nervousness?
The gentle touch of the makeup brush gliding over her skin was soothing, almost hypnotizing. Light’s eyes grew heavy as she opened her eyes and focused on Misa’s face.
Misa’s eyes locked onto the delicate strokes of color being painted onto Light’s features. The room felt smaller, the air denser, as if the two of them were the only ones who existed in this moment.
Misa’s eyes searched hers, looking for any sign of discomfort, but all she saw was curiosity and a slight smile on her face. Her finger hovered just above Light’s cheekbone, tracing the line of her jaw before she leaned in closer. Her touch was light, almost like a whisper against her skin.
Misa’s gaze grew more intense as she traced the line of Light’s nose, her finger lingering at the tip before moving to the apple of her cheek. Light felt her heart race in her chest, the warmth of Misa’s breath on her skin sending a shiver down her spine. Her eyes remained closed, lost in the sensation of being touched so gently.
The room grew quieter, the only sound the soft rustle of Misa’s skirt as she moved closer. Light’s nerves began to fray. She didn’t dare move, afraid to break the delicate spell that seemed to have woven itself around them.
Misa’s eyes searched hers, looking for permission or perhaps just reassurance. Light’s heart pounded in her ears, her breath shallow. Without a word, she gave Misa the slightest nod, and Misa took it as her cue.
Misa leaned in, her eyes fluttering shut, and pressed her lips to Light’s. The kiss was soft and tentative, as if she were afraid Light would pull away. But Light didn’t move, didn’t protest.
Misa’s kiss grew bolder, her tongue darting out to trace the seam of Light’s lips. The tension in the room was palpable, a tangible force that seemed to hold them both in place. Light’s eyes remained closed, her breathing shallow and quick.
Her hands, which had been clenched tightly in the bed sheets, slid up to Misa’s hips, gripping the fabric of the mini skirt. She could feel the heat from Misa’s body, the softness of her skin against her palms. The touch was electric, sending a jolt through Light’s body that made her gasp.
Misa’s kiss grew more urgent, her hands moving to cup Light’s face, her thumbs brushing against the soft skin of her cheeks. The sensation was overwhelming, and Light found herself responding, her body arching slightly to press closer to Misa’s.
Their kiss deepened, tongues meeting in a dance of exploration and desire. Light’s hands slid up to Misa’s hips, her thumbs digging into the flesh as she held her closer. The fabric of the mini skirt was rough against her palms, a stark contrast to the smoothness of Misa’s skin beneath it.
As their breath grew shallower, the kiss grew more urgent, their chests rising and falling rapidly. Misa’s weight on her stomach became a delicious pressure, a reminder of the intimacy of their position. Light’s heart raced, her body responding to the unfamiliar sensations.
Finally, with a gasp, they broke apart, both of them breathless. Light’s eyes snapped open, meeting Misa’s. They stared at each other for a moment. The room was silent, filled only with the sound of their panting.
“Wow, that was hot, do it again! This time topless!”
The sudden intrusion of Ryuk’s deep, amused voice shattered the intimate moment like a sledgehammer through a chandelier. Light’s eyes widened in shock and embarrassment, her cheeks burning.
She hastily pushed Misa away and sat up, her hands flying to cover her chest. Misa, equally surprised, looked down at herself, then back at Light, her own cheeks a matching shade of red.
“Uh…I should be going now anyway—It’s pretty late, Misa” Light quickly collected herself and looked for her clothes scattered around the room.
Misa shot an annoyed glare at the floating Shinigami. “Couldn’t you keep your mouth shut for one second?” she hissed under her breath.
“I get jealous” Ryuk shrugged with a cheeky grin, floating closer to the two mortified girls.
Ignoring him, Light hastily grabbed her discarded school uniform from the floor and began to pull it back on, her trembling hands struggling to button her shirt as Misa watched, a mix of regret and longing etched on her features.
“This never happened, okay?” Light whispered harshly, her voice shaking as she tugged her tie back into place. She avoided Misa’s gaze, focusing instead on the task of adjusting her shoes with trembling hands.
Misa nodded, her eyes cast down at the floor. “I’m sorry, Light. I didn’t mean for it to go that far. It just—I didn’t think you’d—I didn’t know—” she stuttered, her cheeks burning with embarrassment.
The door to the bedroom clicked shut behind them, leaving Misa alone with her thoughts.
Frustrated, Misa glanced up at her own Shinigami, as she then screams in her pillow.
