Dazai sat against the bed frame, their bed frame, brunette hair curled into a nest desperately awaiting a weaving that would never return. Dragging his pale fingers through the nest as he once did. Though he had managed to live, live for him, without the one he longed for he’d only sit waiting.
Waiting,,.

Chest pressed against chest, palm against palm, Tomioka awoke with sloppy brunette hair sprawled against him and a cold sensation. Gently embracing the head that laid rest on his chest, stroking through the locks that had revolted through the night. With one serious case of bed heads and one filled with passion and possibly denial among one party.
Dazai mumbled into the chest, protesting against movement from his warm pillow –the pillow to which shifted uncomfortably trying to break free from the greedy cat-like human who desperately clings to the leisure that was brought along with Giyu. Two in one deal –
The bandaged that once scattered the surface of his skin laid rest in cabinets and skin that had finally been given the opportunity to not suffer from internal asphyxiation. Blanket hogged by the figure that sprawled his long lanky limbs across the bed surface.
“ ‘Samu ” mumbled the sleep deprived ravenette who displayed a face of discomfort, not that Dazai cared.
The mumbling sack of bandages only gripped tighter, feeling the once growing sensation disappear as his eyes gleaned up at the still pillow. The cotton pillow.
Dazai was twenty-six though Giyu was still twenty-five
Dazai combed his fingers through his hair, eyes glazed from the long slumber though he’d have to prepare for one much longer one of eternity

There Dazai laid, gripping the cold hand of his past and forever long lover.
“ Happy Birthday, my raven “

Grave to grave, hand to hand as they walked across the gates, separated by the one holy force Dazai could never bypass. Eyes longing for what he could never obtain, Dazai waved goodbye to what was and would never be his as he walked towards the eternal flames
He’d miss the early sessions of slumber, without his raven comb Dazai would suffice with his everlasting suffering – one fit for the demon prodigy –
