"You don't look so good."
Matt frowned. All he wanted was coffee he got himself. He'd had plenty of concussions. Why was everyone acting like this one was any different?
"Because you shouldn't be collecting concussions like trophies."
His dad's reply made him realize he'd been thinking out loud.
Oops.
"Yeah, oops. And I meant it– you don't look great. Let's get you back to bed where you can rest so you don't make your head worse."
Matt's retort broke off when he stumbled, barely catching himself on the counter. His head was suddenly pounding, his vision going funny.
