The idea behind this (that I might come back to later):
Uchiha have the hots for capability. To break someone’s nose, you have to be strong and fast, especially due to the Sharingan. Usually, when someone manages the feat, it’s because the Uchiha in question has (subconsciously) let them. A sure sign they wanted the attention (since a fight grants you undivided attention). A broken nose is to be the last blood spilt by the pair, all sins washed away. -
