Summary

1983. Gerard falls victim to that same killer, and not only walks away with his life, but with the inspiration to start a radio show dedicated to the man in the mask who saved him.
After ten long years, Frank is growing tired of his role as New York’s resident vigilante, and is more than ready to retire the act — until he discovers that the man who tried to kill him has escaped his life sentence and is now terrorizing his favorite late-night radio host live on air.
