The year was going alright, Katsuki loved getting to live with his loving boyfriend which followed his passion, and Katsuki himself followed his dream to be a hero. But then their class was getting attacked by villains a lot and they were to be put into the dorms. Aizawa showed up at Katsuki’s listed address, he thought he would be meeting Bakugou’s parents as he had already gone to all the other students' homes before this, because Bakugou lived the furthest away, and they all still lived with his parents.
When he knocked on the door he was greeted by a 5’9 ¼ young adult with messy curly green hair with a black undertone and an undercut with many black ear piercings, a nose ring, and rings on his fingers as well as some visible tattoos. Aizawa was confused and he could see the green-haired guy was confused as well, so he finally spoke. “Is this Bakugou Katsuki’s residence?” he could see the greenettes expression change to a realization.
“Ohhh? You must be caterpil— I mean Aizawa sensei. Yes, this is Katsuki’s residence.” he spoke as he moved over to allow Aizawa entry into the apartment and Aizawa came in as offered. “Katsuki is in the shower let's give him a minute.”
'Was he about to call me a caterpillar? Definitely acquainted with Bakugou' Aizawa thinks as he sits on the couch.
Izuku sat on the love seat beside it before standing up once again “Oh yeah would you like some coffee or some tea?”
“Um.. Coffee would be nice.” Aizawa hesitated as Izuku went to the kitchen and prepared them both a cup of black coffee and returned with them.
“I didn’t put anything in the coffee, did you need something?”
“No, this is perfect. I prefer black.”
“Oh really? Same!”
The two chatted for a minute till Aizawa was too curious and had to ask “Where’s Bakuogou’s parents and I was wondering about your relation to him? Brothers? Cousins?”
Izuku suddenly choked a second on his coffee then gained composure and laughed a little “Sorry sorry! We're not relatives!” he laughed once more “His parents are at their home, I’m Katsuki’s partner.” he simply stated.
Aizawa had a big ‘ohhhhh’ expression as well as shock that Bakugou was in a relationship and living with them. “Did not expect this..”
“Which part?” Izuku asked with a chuckle.
Aizawa started “More than one thing actually. He’s the last student I’m seeing since he lives the furthest away, the others all still lived at home so I assumed he would as well. I also didn’t see him as the type to be in a serious enough relationship to live with them. You don’t look like relatives so that was just a long stretch.”
Izuku nodded as Aizawa finished. “That makes sense, sorry about the distance we decided to find somewhere equal distances from my job and his school. I understand why you didn’t think Kat was the type to be in a relationship but there's more to him than his angry shouting and–” Izuku gets cut off as someone enters into the living in baggy pants and a t-shirt with still-wet hair.
“Babeee I need coffee or some of your spec–” That’s when the freshly showered young adult realized his sensei was in the living room “the fuck..?”
Aizawa looked at Bakugou’s confused expression, who had just recently come from the shower evident from his wet hair. He could see it on his student's face, he had forgotten about him coming over for dorm approval. “Afternoon Problem Child. I see you forgot about me coming over to discuss the dorms.”
Bakugou clicked his tongue in annoyance before walking over to sit down, before Katsuki could respond in annoyance Izuku spoke up “It’s too late for you to have coffee I’ll make you the special tea” he kissed Katsuki’s cheek as he got up to go to the kitchen, not before hearing Bakugou’s thanks seeing Aizawa’s surprised at Katsuki’s expression of gratitude before leaving the room (the special tea he is making is chamomile lavender with cannabis stems and honey mixed in).
“The point of these visits is to make sure your parents approve you going into the dorms, so–” Aizawa is interrupted by Bakugou pulling out some papers, and setting them on the coffee table.
“These were the pages you passed out to be signed, I know that you were wanting to speak to my old man and hag but they're chill with it” Katsuki stated.
Aizawa was quite surprised by the lack of yelling from his student “Why didn’t you mention you didn’t live with your parents instead of letting me make this trip if they’re not here?” Aizawa asked.
“I do have a request,” Katsuki said.
“Which is?” Aizawa asked.
“Could I still be allowed to go off campus any free time to visit Izuku and stay at our apartment on the weekends, please?” Katsuki asked this with seriousness and sincerity.
Aizawa sighed, he didn’t expect a ‘please’ from the problem child. “I’ll have to talk to Nezu about it but I’m sure I can get that approved.” Aizawa could see Katsuki’s tension released.
Bakugou had a sigh of relief just as Izuku was now returning with Katsuki’s tea, sitting it down in front of him and sitting beside his boyfriend. “Did you ask yet babe?” Izuku asked.
“I just did, he will have to check with the rat but he thinks it will be approved,” Katsuki answered.
“Hope so.” Izuku smiles and then turns his attention to Aizawa also catching his attention “So how has Kat been in your class sens— Actually I was wondering if Eraserhead is okay, what you preferred?”
“Eraserhead or Aizawa is fine with me. Bakugou is top of his class in academics and hero course, he has an explosive personality he might want to work on dialing down if he really wants to grow.”
Izuku couldn’t help but chuckle, “Explosive personality is one word for it,” he goes to start to ruffle Katsuki’s hair as he says “he’s like an angry pomeranian.”
Katsuki was allowing the ruffle until Izuku’s comment so pulled his hand away telling him to “fuck off” as he rolled his eyes.
“Alright alright, sorry for the tease. But he isn’t wrong, you know. You need to control your anger with more than just me. Maybe you should start taking those gummies for stress relief at school as well.” Izuku had some concern in his voice which Katsuki noticed.
“It’s cool, you broccoli,” this time Katsuki ruffled Izuku’s hair. “I was thinking of maybe doing that as well, don't worry I’ll work on it.” Izuku nodded in response.
Aizawa was just baffled at Katsuki’s calm composer and lack of yelling since he came in and now the affectionate interaction with his student's partner shocked him a lot but he was starting to understand what kind of person his student Katsuki Bakugou is besides his yelling angrily tendencies. After taking that in, this persona was now accepted in Aizawa’s brain but he knew it would continue to surprise him for a while. “So I’m curious how this dynamic came to be. Not judging, I have no right being in a weird dynamic myself.” Aizawa asked.
“We’ve known each other since childhood, we’ve had some stuff happen between us but we managed to fix our friendship then we just started to have feelings for each other or we realized we had the feelings.. Whatever.. But now we're here.” Katsuki flatley stated until the last part looking over to Izuku who hummed in agreeance.
“Hmm. I see, well you two seem like a good couple. You mentioned having a job —” Aizawa started to speak until he realized he didn’t know the boy's name.
“Oh shit I’m sorry I never said my name, that's so rude– I’m Izuku Midoriya. And yes I have a job, what of it?” Izuku intervened hurriedly.
“Midoriya got it. Well, I was curious as to where you work?” Aizawa asked
“Oh, I work at a tattoo and piercing parlor called Black Gallary Ink and Piercers” he answered.
“Ah, I see, guessing that's where you and Bakugou got your ear piercings and you got tattoos and nose pierced as well?” Aizawa says.
“Well most of mine I did myself when I was younger–” Izuku rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
“The dumbass decided it was a smart idea to pierce your own ears as a kid,” Katsuki added.
“Shut up Kat! The rest I got professionally done and I didn’t hear any complaints when I pierced your ears and tongue!” Izuku shouted, acting irritated.
“Because you're almost licensed for that now it’s not like your tattooing where you already have the artistic ability that’s shoving a needle through flesh not drawing on it!” Bakugou draped his head behind the couch when giving this response half yelling it.
“Wait, I only saw your few ear piercings, you also have a tongue piercing?” Aizawa intervened.
Bakugou lifted his head up, sticking his tongue out to show before draping it back once more and simply saying “Yup, the nerd convinced me to.”
“I’ve also given him a tattoo!” Izuku stated proudly.
“Didn’t expect that either, I’ve never seen it,” Aizawa responded.
Katsuki pulled the left side of the collar to show his collarbone and bit of shoulder revealing his dark red, green, and black floral tattoo. Aizawa looked at it in detail “Oh woah that’s very detailed, you are very talented Midoriya.” he said genuinely.
“Thank you, Eraserhead!” Izuku said happily.
Aizawa looked at his watch before speaking “I need to be heading out, I have someone to get home to as well. See you in class on Monday, problem child.” Aizawa says before heading out.
That night Izuku and Katsuki gamed on Izuku’s Twitch game where he’s known as “Broccoli Boy” the viewers are aware he lives with his boyfriend that joins streams occasionally and just like how Izuku hasn’t given his name, neither has Katsuki. The viewers would call him “Broccoli’s Hubby/Boyfriend” until Katsuki got annoyed of that and told them to call him “King Explosion Murder” they chat digressed and started calling him “Boom Boom Boy” instead to his annoyance.
Izuku has been a streamer for almost a year now and isn’t famous but he is very popular, the viewers often nag for a boyfriend's face reveal because while Izuku has shown his from the start he doesn’t show Katsuki’s face ever.
When Katsuki had a class on Monday, Aizawa told him that Nezu permitted him to go to his apartment with Izuku on the weekends and can go visit him during the week just has to text Aizawa ahead of time to let him know. The class was told they would have the rest of the week to get settled into their dorm rooms.
After class 1-A was settled in their rooms Mina tried doing a dorm contest but Bakugou refused to show his dorm to the rest of the class which annoyed them. He didn’t want them to see all his pictures of him and Izuku and ask questions or make fun of him because in some of the pictures he looked quite soft. Almost every day after class Katsuki would leave campus to meet up with Izuku at his job until he was off work and they spent time together either skating, gaming or Katsuki did homework, they always smoke during, before, and/or after these activities.
However the class never knew where he was going, on the weekends they assumed Katsuki was going to his parent's house but they weren’t sure.
After two months of Bakugou always blowing off his class when they tried to hang out with him, he seemed more closed off since they got dorms and their class was suspicious and wanted to know what was up with Bakugou and where he was going. Iida would often try to stop him before he left campus every time stating he isn’t supposed to but Bakugou always responds with a “fuck off” before just walking out. Specifically, Kirishima, Mina, Sero, Uraraka, Iida, and Todoroki wanted to know what Bakugou was always up to and Denki, Hitoshi, and Tsuyu kinda just tagged
