Summary
Sakura goes to the hospital to check on Tsunade after her belly bulges forth with multiple children. From a gifted bottle of sake, but whatever she goes the pinkette is remind of protruding domes and ripe round bellies. She can’t seem to get pregnancy out of her mind. Why..why can’t she focus on anything else but the fertile curves.
