Summary
The soldier’s memories are fleeting. They disappear before he can grasp them. But something about the scent on the wind, the strange decorations, the images of a blond boy at the foot of a tree… they reach inside the soldier and poke at places left so long untouched. At a warmth he can barely fathom. At a man he sees in his dreams. In his nightmares.
A man he needs to find.
To protect.
