Work Text:
his feet danced unconsciously, to the sound of the music his boyfriend had played, which could be heard in the small room of that apartment.
it was an apartment that they had worked hard to get, hours and hours working in the flower shop and other temporary jobs to get money.
little giggles were also heard, a slow dance could be observed, fingers intertwined, and hands on each other's shoulders, slowly dancing, just as their hearts burned.
it was not uncommon to see them dancing, commonly you could find herb and clover dancing in the kitchen, living room or other places, with sweet ballads clover would create and dedicate to his partner, always ending in affection, laughter, and probably kisses in between.
it had been a long day, herb and clover working in their beloved flower shop, which they had both undertaken together, full of people here and there requesting flowers for some special person or occasion, clover sighed wistfully at this, remembering their first date, where herb had made a bouquet of his favorite flowers just for him.
they both lay down on the bed, the sunlight fell on the floor of the room, peeking through the curtains, leaving a small illumination, he could feel the soft breathing of his partner, still awake.
resting his head on the white-haired man's chest, who gently stroked his locks of hair, occasionally forming figures on the other's back.
clover thought that when the night fell, and the sun went down, it was a special time, everything seemed to relax, forgetting the time, not needing words, he loved that.
and certainly, he loved herb, everything about him, his simplicity, his love of nature, his own beauty, and so on, he could spend hours just talking about how much he loved him.
smiling as he listens to his boyfriend's slow, sleepy breathing, clover leaves a small kiss in the other's hair.
he is utterly proud and grateful for what he has.
