Chapter Text

It’s been a few days since newlywed Gu Wei discovered the truth about his Uncle. He’s stretched out on the sofa, a blanket covering his legs. He’s looking through the photo album Uncle Jiang Feng made him. His eyes grow heavy and his head bobs slightly. His husband, Chen Yu, has barely been gone for an hour. Yet he already misses him and hopes he returns quickly. He leans his head back and closes his eyes.

Chen Yu still feels uneasy leaving Gu Wei alone, but they needed groceries. He knows Gu Wei is still struggling with the knowledge that his Uncle is the head of the local Triad. He told him to stay home and relax and he intentionally left the special photo album beside the sofa. He smiles politely as Mr. Su rushes to hold the door for him.

“Thank you Mr. Su. How are you feeling today, the sniffles better?” Chen Yu asks the older gentleman, heading toward the elevator.

“Yes, thank you Sir. Let me push the button for you.” Mr. Su can see it’s going to be difficult for Chen Yu to hit the button.

“Thanks again and remember, you can just call me Yu.” Chen Yu grins and steps into the elevator.

“I’ll try… Yu.” Mr. Su blushes and bows as the doors closes.

Chen Yu’s arms are loaded with groceries and he hopes Gu Wei received his text. He sent it from the truck, just before entering the building. The elevator doors open on their floor and he doesn’t see the apartment door open for him. He grins, shakes his head, and puts a couple of the bags down. He digs his keys from his pocket and unlocks the door. As he carts all the groceries inside, he see’s Gu Wei sleeping on the sofa. His heart flutters at the mere sight of his husband. He sighs and begins to quietly put away the groceries. Once finished, he turns toward the sofa and Gu Wei. He notices the album open on his chest and smiles as he removes it and places it on the coffee table.

“Lao gong, let’s have lunch.” Chen Yu calls in a soft voice, brushing Gu Wei’s bangs aside.

When he doesn’t stir at all, Chen Yu shakes his head and returns to the kitchen. He begins making the spicy stir fry he recently learned. He frequently glances toward Gu Wei’s sleeping figure. Once he’s finished preparing their lunch, he sets the table. He plates them each a serving and pours them each a glass of tea. He grins looking down at Gu Wei’s sleeping figure and kneels beside the sofa.

“Lao gong, lunch is ready.” Chen Yu smirks at the furrowed brows and pout on Gu Wei’s face. “Come on baobei, come eat with me.” He whispers sweetly into his ear.

He notices the subtle change in Gu Wei’s breathing and knows he’s awake. Gu Wei is intentionally ignoring him, it’s a battle of wills. He smirks and slides his hand beneath the blanket, but he groans when he touches a bare thigh. He’d forgotten that his husband was wearing his favorite pajamas, an oversized sweatshirt and his briefs. He starts to withdraw his hand, but it’s grabbed firmly and placed on Gu Wei’s groin.

“Lao gong, you should always finish what you start.” Gu Wei smiles at him, dimples showing and eyes sparkling. He bites his lip and moans, Chen Yu’s hand has slid inside his briefs and is stroking him gently.

“I’ll always finish what we start lao gong. Lunch is going to get cold, but my husband wants my attention.” Chen Yu’s voice is low and sexy near his ear and Gu Wei moans again at the sound.

“Stop teasing me.” Gu Wei whines, sitting up and caging Chen Yu between his legs. “You know what I want.” He nips at Chen Yu’s lips twice before kissing him softly.

Gu Wei’s hands slip beneath Chen Yu’s shirt and caress his chest and abs, before raising the shirt over his head. He licks his lips, as he see’s the top of that sexy tattoo peeking out above his jeans. He lets out a soft whimper, Chen Yu’s hands sliding under his sweatshirt and creeping up his back. He’s suddenly desperate to feel Chen Yu’s skin against his own and he wrenches the sweatshirt over his own head. He pulls Chen Yu close with his left hand and kisses him hungrily, while his right gets to work on releasing that impressive erection from his jeans. In frustration, he uses both hands to yank down the jeans and boxers and Chen Yu chuckles softly against his lips.

“Mmm, you want me that bad lao gong?” Chen Yu teases, rising from his knees and pulling Gu Wei with him. His jeans and boxers drop down around his knees and he turns to sit on the sofa. “No, just stand there for a minute.” He says seeing Gu Wei begin to straddle him.

“Huh?” Gu Wei is pouting and rock hard. He looks down questioningly, just as Chen Yu lowers his briefs and leans forward to lick along his shaft. “Ohh Yu’er, you’re not playing fair. I want… I need you. Shit!” He cries out, Chen Yu’s mouth beginning to glide up and down his shaft.

Chen Yu grins up at him, his mouth full of Gu Wei. His tongue slides from side to side, caressing before it’s fitted up beneath the shaft. He sucks hard and Gu Wei’s knees wobble on a low moan. Chen Yu pulls back and looks up into glassy eyes, licking his lips. Gu Wei pushes his shoulders back against the sofa and straddles him, grinning as he slides down onto Chen Yu’s hardened shaft.

“Ahh, yes. Just… what I wanted.” Gu Wei smiles at him and begins to roll his hips, thrusting up and down simultaneously.

“Mmm, I’ve got no complaints baobei.” Chen Yu grins, his hands sliding up Gu Wei’s back. He loves how Gu Wei is taking his time right now. “I wish we could stay like this… all afternoon.” His mouth goes to that favorite nook at the side of Gu Wei’s neck.

“Mmm… why… ahhh, why can’t we?” Gu Wei asks, tilting his head to give him better access.

“Family dinner, remember?” Chen Yu groans into his ear, then takes a soft bite.

“Oh shit!” His hips abruptly stop and Chen Yu growls. “That’s tonight? Jiejie, Gege, and Uncle Jiang are coming here!” Gu Wei’s eyes widen and his hands dig into Chen Yu’s shoulders, as he’s rammed into. He grins. “We’ve got more than five hours before they get here. Plenty of time.”

Chen Yu’s eyes flash and his hands knead the flesh on Gu Wei’s ass. A long, low moan escapes his throat, as Gu Wei’s hips resume their motions. He leans back into the sofa and brings Gu Wei with him, licking and sucking at his collarbone. Gu Wei’s soft moans and pants in his ear are driving him insane and his hips thrust upwards mercilessly.

“Ahhh, slow… slower lao gong.” Gu Wei chides, his hips grinding hard against Chen Yu.

“I don’t think I can stand anymore slow and tender baobei, you know what I want.” Chen Yu’s smirk has Gu Wei’s hardened shaft twitching between them.

“I know.” He grins down at Chen Yu, braces his hands on the back of the sofa, caging Chen Yu between them. “I know exactly what you want baobei.”

Gu Wei’s hips rock and thrust at a dizzying pace, his head falls back on a cry of Chen Yu’s name. He leans forward to suck on those pouty lips, before his tongue dives inside Chen Yu’s mouth and turns the kiss to liquid fire. He moans as Chen Yu’s left hand caresses his tattooed ass, while the right slides up his back to rub his shoulder blade. His back hunches up and his body convulses with the force of his own release. He tenderly kisses Chen Yu’s lips and rocks his hips several more times, then collapses finally feeling Chen Yu’s release shoot inside him.

“Oh shit.” Chen Yu kisses his cheek and then his forehead. “I’ve got the sexiest husband.” He plants a sweet and lingering kiss on Gu Wei’s lips. “We should heat up lunch and then clean up. Ourselves and the apartment.” He grins, placing one last kiss on Gu Wei’s shoulder.

“Mmhm, but I think I have the sexiest husband.” He whispers and wiggles his ass, before sliding off Chen Yu’s lap.

“You’re so naughty!” Chen Yu groans, reaching out to swat his ass.

“Mm, but you love it.” And he can’t argue with him or that beautiful smile.

                       *   *   *

A few hours later, after showering and cleaning up the apartment, Chen Yu is in the kitchen working on making a tray of appetizers. Gu Wei has just slid a lobster egg foo young into the oven and now he’s enjoying the view. Chen Yu is in front of him at the island hand rolling veggie sushi appetizers. He’s wearing a pair of very tight black jeans and a black button down shirt, tucked in. Gu Wei can’t stop staring at his ass and his hands begin to itch with a need to touch him.

Chen Yu begins rolling out the final sushi roll, just as a pair of long slender hands glide across his ass. He chuckles softly and continues with his work, but gasps as one of those hands slides around to cup him. He groans his disappointment when both hands leave his body, but he inhales sharply glancing down. Gu Wei is kneeling between him and the counter, his hands already working to lower Chen Yu’s jeans.

“Ohh, lao gong… we don’t…” Chen Yu’s mouth gapes open on a silent moan. Gu Wei’s mouth around him, still lowering his jeans and boxers. “Shit! They’ll be here in about an hour, we can’t…” He moans again, two of Gu Wei’s fingers sliding inside him. “Oh no, don’t stop now. Ahhh, lao gong!”

Gu Wei chuckles, letting Chen Yu’s shaft slip from his lips. He rises to his feet, pushing his husband back against the fridge. He lowers his own jeans and briefs and raises Chen Yu’s legs with a devilish grin. He presses Chen Yu’s legs up against his chest and glides inside him on a strangled moan.

“Ugh, shit. It’s only been a few days, you’re so tight.” He teases into Chen Yu’s ear, before sucking on it.

“Mmmm, move! Please lao gong, move!” Chen Yu whimpers, clinging to his shoulders and trying to piston his hips. He cries out in pleasure as Gu Wei begins to thrust vigorously into him. “Ahhh, yes!”

Chen Yu moans, clinging to Gu Wei desperately. He moves Gu Wei’s collar aside to suck on his neck and throat, moaning and whimpering in ecstasy. Gu Wei’s thrusts suddenly become more forceful and Chen Yu cries out, before biting down on Gu Wei’s shoulder as his orgasm crashes into him. He feels Gu Wei’s release a second later and they stand panting and trembling in each other’s arms.

“Mmm, I don’t know what came over you, but I really enjoyed it.” Chen Yu teases and kisses Gu Wei’s cheek, regaining feeling in his legs. As he lowers his legs to the floor, he feels Gu Wei twitch inside him and he groans. “We don’t have…” But he’s cutoff, as Gu Wei spins him around and bends him over the counter.

“I want more.” He growls and Chen Yu grins over his shoulder, growing hard again at the lust he see’s in his husband’s eyes.

“Then hurry lao gong!” He slams himself back onto Gu Wei’s growing erection and cries out, involuntarily clenching his inner walls at the invasion.

He hears another growl from behind him and feels Gu Wei grow painfully hard within him. He grips the edge of the counter and meets each violent thrust. He shivers, as he feels those long slender fingers wrap around his shaft and begin to stroke him. He tosses his head back, feeling Gu Wei’s other hand pinch and play with one of his nipples. He’s so close to the edge, he clenches his walls once more, feeling his own release near.

Gu Wei moans as he feels Chen Yu’s release coat his hand and his inner walls clench around him, milking him dry. He cries out with one final, deep thrust and joins in Chen Yu’s trembling orgasm. He slumps across Chen Yu’s back and chuckles softly when he hears him groan.

“I need to wash up again, but I can’t feel my legs. How long until they get here?” Chen Yu asks beneath him, still trying to catch his breath.

“Hmm.”  He looks back at the clock on the stove. “Just over half an hour baobei. You okay? I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist your ass in those jeans.” He growls low into Chen Yu’s ear.

“I never want you to be able to resist me.” He smirks over his shoulder as Gu Wei straightens. He gasps when he’s unceremoniously lifted over Gu Wei’s shoulder. “What are you doing?” He squeals with laughter and smacks the bare ass just below his head.

“Hey! Don’t be naughty, we’re out of time now.” Gu Wei says, reaching up to slap Chen Yu’s bare ass before sitting him on his feet in the bathroom.

He begins to gently wash Chen Yu’s stomach and shaft, but his hands are swatted away. Chen Yu blushes and shakes his head, turning away.

“I think I should wash myself lao gong. Hurry and wash up too.” Chen Yu’s ears are red and he’s already growing hard from Gu Wei’s gentle touch.

“I’ll let you off this time.” Gu Wei warns behind him, hurrying to clean himself and escape the room. He knows it wouldn’t take much for them to be lost in each other again.

“Thank you baobei. I’ll make it up to you later.” Chen Yu promises as Gu Wei grins and exits the bathroom.

Gu Wei returns a few minutes later, just as Chen Yu is pulling up his jeans and tucking in his shirt. He leans in the doorway, enjoying the view. He pushes away from the door and crosses to Chen Yu, sliding his arms around him. He rests his chin on his shoulder and pouts at their reflection.

“Are you okay? Was I to rough?” Gu Wei asks earnestly, genuinely concerned.

“I’m fine baobei. You were… enthusiastic. I really enjoyed it.” He smiles into the mirror and pats Gu Wei’s hands that are on his stomach. He turns his head and kisses Gu Wei’s cheek. “Let’s go, they’ll be here soon.”

“Hmm.” Gu Wei pouts again and takes a nip at the side of his neck, before turning to escape.

“Lao gong!” Chen Yu calls after him chuckling.

Just as they enter the kitchen giggling and groping one another, there’s a knock on the door. Gu Wei groans and heads for the door, grinning over his shoulder. He opens the door and bursts into a fit of laughter. Chen Yu hurries over to see what’s wrong. What he see’s is Uncle Feng standing to one side, a bouquet in one hand and a bottle of wine in the other. He’s smirking at a very nervous Wu Zhen Feng, who instinctively places himself between his new bride and the Triad leader.

“How long are you all planning on standing there?” Chen Yu shakes his head and pulls Xiao Lin into his arms. “Jiejie, you’re positively glowing! How are you feeling now that you’re in your second trimester?” He leads her into the kitchen and waves the others to follow.

“I’m good A’Yu! The morning sickness has mostly passed and I’m feeling her move more already.” Xiao Lin beams at him,  taking a seat on a barstool and glancing at her husband. “Lao gong, stop being weird. Like A’Yu said, whatever else Uncle Feng is, he’s family first.” She bows her head to the older man. “Nice to see you again Sir.”

“Thank you young lady. It’s a pleasure to see you all again as well.” Uncle Feng smiles warmly and passes the flowers to Gu Wei. “I hear it’s alright for a pregnant woman to indulge in a single glass of wine a night.” He winks at Xiao Lin as he hands off the bottle to Chen Yu.

“That’s true. It’s believed an occasional glass of wine, not nightly Uncle Jiang, can actually benefit the mother. It can reduce the risk of high blood pressure and help her sleep.” Gu Wei tells them, grinning and winking at Xiao Lin. “One glass jiejie.”

“Yay!” She giggles and snuggles into Wu Zhen Feng, as he takes his usual barstool beside her and rubs her back. “Oh! I’m sorry Uncle Feng, we’re so used to sitting here and chatting with A’Yu and A’Wei. But we should move to the living room or dining table. There’s only two barstools here.”

“Let’s head into the living room. Dinner will be ready in about twenty minutes or so. Yu’er made vegetarian sushi appetizers.” Gu Wei informs them, picking up the tray and heading into the living room.

He sets the tray on the coffee table beside a set of chopsticks and several small plates. He heads back into the kitchen to help Chen Yu with the wine and glasses. When they return, he’s pleasantly surprised to see Wu Zhen Feng and Xiao Lin seated on the loveseat. Xiao Lin is leaning towards the sofa and looking at photos on Uncle Feng’s phone. All three of them look up with smiles on their faces and he’s pretty sure they are looking at his embarrassing childhood photos. He smiles, feeling Chen Yu’s hand clasp his and he sighs happily. This is my family, he thinks proudly.

“Uncle Jiang, I hope you’re not showing embarrassing baby photos.” Gu Wei groans, sitting beside his Uncle with Chen Yu right beside him.

“Hmm, I don’t think I have any of those on my phone.” Uncle Feng winks at him. “Next time I’ll bring them with me.” He whispers to Xiao Lin, who giggles.

Gu Wei suddenly looks far off and puzzled and Chen Yu rubs his large hand down his back. He’s worried about his husband and if he can truly accept what his Uncle is, now that he knows the truth. Gu Wei snaps back, as Chen Yu’s hand gently strokes his neck. He smiles at him and turns to his Uncle.

“Uncle Jiang, now that I know the truth about you and the Triad, I have a… strange question.” Gu Wei glances back at Chen Yu and blushes.

“Go ahead A’Wei, I’ll answer as best I can.” Uncle Feng says solemnly. He takes a deep breath, waiting for the inescapable question.

“So, Zimo ge…” Gu Wei clears his throat. “What’s your real relationship Uncle?”

“He’s my bodyguard. He was your Father’s best friend and personal bodyguard.” Uncle Feng’s brows furrow. “Wait, why do you ask?”

“Ahh, uh well… that’s what I figured, now that I know the truth.” Gu Wei says nervously, squirming away from his Uncle and pressing closer to his husband.

“A’Wei? Did you think we…” Uncle Feng bursts into a fit of laughter.

“Well, he was always around. He hovered over you! You never dated anyone, that I know of… so I just wondered.” Gu Wei blushes and bows his head. He grins at Chen Yu, still stroking a comforting hand on his neck and softly chuckling.

“Hmm, when you put it that way, I suppose I can see why you wondered. I never dated anyone seriously, you’re right. I do have a… lady friend I see whenever we’re both free, but you and the Triad were more important to me than a relationship.” Uncle Feng says, patting Gu Wei’s knee and smiling.

“Well Uncle, you’re not getting any younger.” Gu Wei teases, laughing at the wide eyed expression on his Uncle’s face. “The Triad seems stable these days and so am I. I have a career I adore and a husband…” He grins at Chen Yu, taking his hand. “A husband who loves me completely and gives me everything.” He turns back to his Uncle. “I want you to have that too.” He clears his throat, a mischievous grin on his face. “So, what’s this lady friend like?”

Uncle Feng grins and shakes his head, while the others try to contain their laughter. The evening is spent chatting and laughing. All to soon, Xiao Lin’s eyes begin to droop and Chen Yu tells Wu Zhen Feng to take her home.

“Thanks for dinner boys.” A sleepy Xiao Lin says, hugging Chen Yu and Gu Wei at the door. “It was a real pleasure getting to know you Uncle Feng.” She smiles and hugs the shocked older man.

“The pleasure was mine. I hope we can do this again soon.” Uncle Feng shakes Wu Zhen Feng’s hand and strokes his own neck as the pair leave. “I should probably be going myself. I’ll just call a taxi, you know I haven’t driven myself in over fifteen years.” He sighs, shaking his head.

“Uhmm, is it safe for you to take a taxi Uncle? Why not call Zimo ge?” Gu Wei asks, nervously twisting his fingers.

“I’ll be fine. Call me when you have time.” Uncle Feng says to Gu Wei, hugging him tightly. “And you, young man.” He says sternly to Chen Yu, before wrapping his arms around him. “Take care of my nephew and yourself, you hear?” He grins at both men.

“I will Sir.” Chen Yu smiles and drapes an arm around Gu Wei’s shoulders as they wave to Uncle Feng. “Don’t be a stranger… Uncle.”

The older man stops in his tracks and smiles back at him. He nods his head and makes his way to the elevator.

Chen Yu closes the door and turns to see Gu Wei smiling beautifully at him. He reaches out and entwines their hands together, pulling Gu Wei’s lips to his for a kiss. Then his eyes scan the aftermath of the family dinner and he groans. Gu Wei laughs, tugging him towards the kitchen to begin cleaning up.

                       *   *   *

Forty five minutes later and the pair are just finishing cleaning up. Gu Wei tosses the sponge into the sink and rolls his neck. He grins and sighs, Chen Yu’s arms coming around him. He feels a kiss on his neck and he tilts his head, giving Chen Yu better access to his favorite spot. Just as Chen Yu’s hands glide up his body beneath his shirt, he hears his cell phone ringing.

“Ugh. Ignore it lao gong.” Chen Yu whines into his ear, one hand stroking the bulge in his jeans.

“Mmm, I want to, but that’s the hospital’s emergency ringtone.” He turns in Chen Yu’s arms, quickly kissing his cheek before pulling away. He grins at the groan he hears behind him.

“Hello, this is Dr. Gu.” He listens to the caller and his face pales. He turns to Chen Yu, his hand shaking. “I’ll… I’ll be right there.”

“Baobei!” Chen Yu lurches forward to catch a wobbling Gu Wei. “What’s wrong? What happened?” He pulls him close and searches his eyes, he can see fear in them.

“Hospital, we need to to get to the hospital.” Gu Wei’s knees buckle and Chen Yu scoops him up into his arms. “Uncle Jiang has been shot.” He manages to croak out on a sob.
