Izuku Midoriya is 6 years old with no quirk still, the doctors say he will get one just that it might need certain activation requirements. Kids at school are starting to think he lied about being a late bloomer and Kacchan is slowly starting to believe them. On this specific day, 4 months and 21 days aways from his 7th birthday, some group of kids wait till Kacchan is away from Izuku to start bullying him. This event happened on the side of the school, no one really goes too after Kacchan when back inside to grab something he forgot.
"Hey there useless, how are you doing?" One unusually tall boy says.
"Yea, how's your quirk coming along? Still non-existent?" The boy with black fingers joined in.
"What do you guys mean? Of course~ he has a Quirk. The doctors say so, so it has to be right. It's not like they could be wrong or useless could have just lied, simple as that." The one with curly pitch black hair says.
"Oooooo~ is Turikun and his friends finally gonna put that dumb kid in his place?" One of the two girls that followed the group spoke up.
"I don't know Toruchan, is he?" The other follower said.
Izuku just tried to shrink in on himself the best he could. This isn't the first time this happened but no one really got too physically besides throwing stuff at him. They only ever threw things because someone made a rumor that his non-existent quirk could spread like a disease, so no one wanted to touch him.
Turikun, the kid with pitch black hair, decided to step closer. This made Izuku curl in more and he put hands around the back of his head. "Oh look at this scaredy-cat, all in a ball. Maybe that's his quirk?" Truikun crouched down to Izuku's height. "He even got his eyes closed tight too." He stood up and looked down to Izuku. "Hey guys, we should go show him different ways to get his quirk."
The others agreed, even though they don't know what he's talking about. It's unfair how a butch of 8 year olds (close to 9 years now) gang up on a 6 year old. With them being stronger, it was easy for Turikun to grab a fist full of Izuku's white hair and start pulling him a little ways into the small woods area around the school.
"Ouch! Stop, stop it Turi! I-i know you can't get my quirk to work" Izuku tried to fight back a little but the older boy didn't let up. "Stop!" The other groupies followed behind and made sure Izuku couldn't get away. "Stop it!"
No matter how much he yelled the other boy did stop till they got to a little clearing around a tree. "S-stop Turi!" Turikun pushed Izuku up against the tree as the others started to circle them.
"I know the best way to find your quirk. Some scientists even say this could work for everyone but people say it's going too far." Turikun finally let go of Izuku's hair as the young boy started to form tears in his eyes. "Do you know what I'm talking about?"
Izuku has read of a lot of different ways to activate a quirk but at the moment can't remember any off the top of his head. All the ones he remembers at the moment were trying things your parents did that activates their quirk. "You're not even gonna talk anymore?" The overly tall boy said.
"Yea, it's not nice to ignore someone?" Turikun stretched a bit then moved back when he was in the circle blocking Izuku's escape. "The best way to awaken someone's quirk is 'putting the test subject in a life or death situation' or just make you think it's life or death." Turikun smirked as he picked up a pebble.
"Don't you want to try it out?" Turikun said as he wound his hand back to throw the pebble at Izuku. "Stop" it hit Izuku's arm. The others also began to grab their own pebbles/rocks. "stop" one hit Izuku's leg. "stop it" I couple hit Izuku's side. "STop" one semi big one hit Izuku in the knee. "It Hurts STOP!" A few giggles and chuckling here and there plus a few more pebbles thrown. Then a particularly big rock hit the side of Izuku's head.
"Oh! Look, I got white to turn red. Maybe he has a hair changing quirk" a few laughs were shared as a couple more rocks hit Izuku. Suddenly Izuku let out a loud scream and the small bit of his hair that was red from blood suddenly spread. Everyone stopped moving over the new development.
"Oh wow, his hair actually changed colors" the boy with balck fingers pointed at Izuku. "Ouch what th-" he pulled his hand back. "Fuck" he held his arm close to his body.
"Hey dude, you good." The extremely tall boy tried to turn to his friend but stopped. "Ouch the fuck" he stopped moving a looked down toward his side. "Fucking ouch" he quickly held he side "shit why does that hurt" the boys face was full of confusion.
"Okay, what the fu-" as soon as turikun turned his head he grabbed the back of his neck and took a sharp inhale "f-fuck"
The two girls that were also along for the ride started the move but with every movement they made pain filled gasps.
Soon everyone but Izuku looked to be in pain on varying levels. One boy was lying on the ground not moving. Another boy was just clutching his stomach trying not to move. The two girls were hugging each other on the ground quietly crying. Turikun was staring daggers at Izuku while trying to keep completely still. Izuku was curled in on himself, shaking and crying, holding the bloody spot on his head with his eyes screwed shut.

Izuku doesn't know how much time has passed but he can hear someone yelling. He thinks they're yelling his name but then they go away. Some time passes again and he can hear around him better than before. It sounds like there's police cars nearby and a bunch of people talking. He can kinda make out what they're saying. "Another quirk activation accident?"
"Yea… about the kid being bullied…..it was self defense."
"Well it wouldn't matter if it was self defense because it was just activated for the first time he can't control it."
"We just gotta wait till that one hero comes in."
"Which one?"
"Eraserhead? Or something close to that. I think he can turn off quirks so he's needed so we can safely grab the other kids."
"Oh well that makes sense."
Izuku just sat there curled up wishing for his mom or Kacchan to be there. Maybe someone will come help him soon.

Aizawa Shouta came up to the scene where he was called to turn off a quirk. He saw a kid with spiky blond hair yelling at the forest being restrained by a female that looked exactly like him (probably his mother). Other, what he assumes to be, parents standing by some cops crying or angry at them about not being able to see their kids yet.
The cops have put up a small barrier to the entrance of the small woods. Aizawa walks up to the line and as normal gets told to go away because civilians aren't allowed in the area ahead. Aizawa shows his Hero ID, some get shocked, some say he's lying, someone takes it to verify it's real, turns out to be real, they say sorry, they let him in. The normal business really.
Aizawa slowly walked through the trees to a small clearing there he see 1 kid curled up under a tree, 4 kids on the ground (either crying or just not moving at all), and the last kid was just staring daggers at the one under the tree. He walked up to a hero close by. "So, no one is moving but also no one is going for the kids so I'm guessing his quirk has an area effect."
"Yes, we had someone try and grab the kids but when they moved closer they stated it felt like they were punched, then stabbed. They were trying to get out to see if they physically got hurt and when they reached the outside of the area, they collapsed from the pain. They weren't injured at all, so we are thinking it's Psychological." The pro hero states calmly.
Aizawa nodded along then decided it was time to get to work. He walked till he felt like someone pinched his arm and then backed up a little. "Everyone get ready to get the kids. I don't really want to have severe dry eye after this." Every hero nearby got into position. "Leave the one by the tree alone. I don't know if his quirk will activate after I drop mine."
Aizawa then activated his quirk. He noticed that the boy's hair turned white while a patch of it was still red. With the kid's hair white now he can tell that it's actually blood and it seems to be coming from a head wound. Everyone got the kids away and to an ambulance, the only 1 left was the boy by the tree.
He let his quirk fall so he can get some eye drops in them real quick. The kid's hair went back to red and hid the blood splotch very well. Aizawa readied himself to walk a little way into the area then activate his quirk so he can use a little bit longer to try and get the kid to turn off his quirk.
Aizawa walked about 4 steps in before he activated his quirk. As soon as the pain effect area was down he ran over to the kid. He slowed down and crouched in front of him and talked calmly. "Hey kid, I am here to help you with your quirk, think you can turn it off yourself?"
He didn't get a response so he lightly touched his shoulder. This got the kid a yelp and shaking, mostly from fear, and curling more tightly in on himself. "Kid, do you hear me? I'm here to help, everything is fine now."

Someone just touched Izuku's shoulder and this scared him. No one should be able to move, no movement is allowed right now. No one can move, if they can't move then they can hurt him. "Kid...here to help...fine now"
The person that touched him talked again. He said he's here to help but he shouldn't be able to move. Izuku doesn't know why no one shouldn't be able to move, but they shouldn't be able to right now. "Y-y-you sho-s-should't be be able to m-move."
It's a bit hard to tell where the guy, that shouldn't be able to move right now, is with his eyes closed but he's still close by. That person should be able to hear him.

Aizawa thought the kid was doing this unconsciously but apparently not. He knew that Aizawa shouldn't have been able to get close to him, so he is purposefully trying to make sure no one can move without being hurt. Maybe the kids just trying to make sure he doesn't get hurt, with that injury on his head it would make sense that one or more of those kids where hurting him.
"I'm able to walk up to you because of my quirk. It can cancel out yours so, your quirk is turned off right now till I blink." Aizawa waits to see if kid would respond.
"I-if I s-st-stop my q-quirk they-y will h-hurt me ag-again." Aizawa just noticed the kid cry and shaking a bit harder. What were those other kids doing to him to make him act like this. Aizawa went stiff then blinked a couple of time so he could my his eyes a little wet again. He then erased the doy quirk again.
"Those kids are already gone. No one will hurt you now. Hero's are on the scene and im one of them. My name is Eraserhead." The kid stopped shaking after a bit and came out of his ball a bit to look Aizawa in the eyes. The kids eyes looked black right now but Aizawa doesn't know if those change color too.
"Th-they're gon-one?" The kid looked so hopeful and scared.
"Yes they are gone now. Can you try and turn off your quirk by yourself when I let mine fall." Aizawa looked down as this absolute terrified kid and he slowly nodded his head.
"Good I'm letting it fall now." As Aizawa said the last of his sentence his hair falls down. Aizawa moved a bit and felt a little pain so stopped till the kid turn his off as well. It looks at thought the kids eyes are green right now, a deep jade green.
The kid looked to struggle for a bit before asking a question. "H-how do I turn i-it off?"

Izuku didn't know how to shut of his quirk. He just wants things to stop moving. "Well, what are you thinking about when you use your quirk?"
Eraserhead looks down to Izuku waiting patiently. "W-well….I..I j-just want th-thing to st-stop moving." If things didn't move, Izuku won't get hurt.
Eraserhead gave a soft smile. "Then just think of letting things move. Start there and if that doesn't work we'll trying something else."
That sounds easy enough to Izuku. Just let things move and things will move. Izuku focus on letting things, people, move and is wasn't doing anything. Well not one moves like at a red light….maybe picture a green light for...go? It took a couple seconds but he th-
"Oh, your hair turned green and now your eyes are red." Eraserhead remarks…...what?

"What?" The kid asked with a confused face.
"Your hair was red and your eyes were green when using your quirk. Now it's green hair and red eyes." Aizawa moved his arms a bit to make 100% certain that he wouldn't get hurt moving. The kid's just sitting with his knees to his chest now staring at him.
Aizawa wonders what's going th- "OMGIGOTMYQIURCKITFINALLYCAMEINICANTBELIVEITOMGICANTWAITTILLITELLKACCHANABOUTITHELLBESOHAPPYANDMOMWILLBESOPROUDNADMAYBETHEKIDSWILLSTOPPICKINGONMENOWSOICANPLAYGAMESWITHOTHERKIDAGAINICANTWAITOTPLAYWITHKIDSMYAGEAGAIN!!!" uogh oh wow ok. That was a whole bunch of word vomit.
The kid looked absolutely awestruck with his new quirk appearance and….wait "Kid did you just say other kids bullied you because your quirk didn't come in on time?" This stopped the boys rambling dead in its tracks.
"I said that out loud, didn't I?" Aizawa raised an unimpressed eyebrow.
"Yes you did…..come on we need to get you to the paramedic to check that head of yours and." It's only now that Aizawa noticed all the other scrapes and bruises forming "and other injuries that you sustained."
The kid tried to stand up but automatically failed. "Careful kid, here let me carry you back ok. It's a bit away and the ground is uneven." The boy blushed a bit but reluctantly agreed and Aizawa picked him and slowly began to go back out the woods.
"So what's your name kid?" Aizawa looked over at the boy. He sputters for a bit until he finally gets out what he wanted to say. "Midoriya..Midoriya Izuku."
"Well Izuku let's get you to the ambulance plus tell your mother and a few others about the bullies that hurt you right now."
"Oh I hoped you forgot about that." Midoriya looked down to the ground.
"Not forgotten, just put it off till I needed it." Aizawa finally exited the small woods with Midoriya in tow and got an ear full of loud crying and yelling.
"Sorry my mom and aunt can be loud sometimes." Midoriya must have noticed my discomfort from the noise, kids observant.
"It's ok. Let's just get you over to the ambulance and get you checked out." As Aizawa walked over to the ambulance, Midoriya stiffened up and suddenly it hurt to move again. Aizawa quickly glanced at Midoriya and yup his hair was red. He turned on his quirk quickly hoping not many people got hurt. "Oh so-sorry"
Aizawa looked around for he knew Midoriya stopped his quirk and to his surprise no one was hunched over in pain. "Did….did you only stop me this time?" Aizawa looked at Midoriya.
"S-sorry...i...I don't l-like doctors...s-so I wanted a re-red light. I wanted y-you to stop." So midoriya could change his area of effect, that's good to know.
"Can I go walk over to the paramedics now. You need to get checked up on. Now." Aizawa left no room for argument as he slowly walked forward again.
"AAAGGGHHH there's that monster that hurt my baby!!!" A lady near the paramedics still yelled out and pointed to Midoriya in his arms. At this Midoriya tensed up and Aizawa quickly went to comfort him, not wanting to see how big the affected area could be under more stress.
"That little DEMON hurt my precious Turi an-" "Ma'am you need to stop this and move away from the ambulance so the victim and hero can get through."
"Victim. VICTIM! THE VICTIM IS MY BABY BOY THAT GOT HURT FROM THAT VILLAIN!!!" Aizawa glared at the woman still screaming at the top of his lungs about a kid that didn't know how to use his quirk the first time it appeared because her kid hurt him in to activation.
Soon other heroes and paramedics moved the yelling lady back behind the police tap. Aizawa also noticed the spiky blond hair woman and her kid heading toward that awful parent. He will look the other way if anything happens but it looks like someone with dirty blond spiky hair might stop them.
A woman with semi long green hair was walking up to where they were sitting getting Midoriya checked out. The lady had dried tear stains on her face and now that he looks this is probably Midoriya's mom. He looks like a mini version of her with red eyes and fluffy curly hair. "Hello Ms.Midoriya, your son has got a little hold on his quirk but I'm most likely going to stay nearby just in case something happens."
"Thank you so much." "You can just call me Eraserhead right now." "Thank you Eraserhead so much for helping my son with his quirk." She bowed down to him.
"Don't worry about it. I get called to these types of things all the time. It looks as though it's a Quirk that will make your brain think you're hurt when you're not. It will only be in effect when Izuku's hair turns red." Aizawa stated plainly and to the point. He wanted to go home after giving her his number just in case something like this happens again because of the unknown area it can affect.
"But still, thank you so much." Ms.Midoriya bowed. Aizawa sighed lightly as he pulled out his card. "Here's my card. It was my number and time that I'll most likely answer the phone quicker than normal. If he has another panic attack or if something happens to him, he might unconsciously use his quirk and we still don't know how big of an area it can affect."
She bowed for the third time now. "Thank you so much Eraserhead. For everything."
"No need to thank me, it's illogical. If another incident happens, call that number or if Midoriya can't use his quirk correctly, I know Quirk counselors that work with quirks like his all the time." Aizawa noticed the check up Midoriya was having just wrapped up. "It looks like everything is in order and Midoriya just got done with his check up. I'm going to go do paperwork now. Have a nice day." With that Aizawa left and Inko Midoriya went over to dout on her son.

It Has been a few years since that accident happened. Izuku has changed schools, same with Kacchan, the kids at his new school heard what happened and a lot called him a villain, Kacchan would beat them up, and finally he made a whole review on his own quirk.
Quirk: Red light/Green light
Owner: Izuku Midoriya (me!)
Eye color: black (naturally)/ red or green (quirk on)
Hair color: white (naturally)/ red or green (quirk on)
Description: (its abbreviation will be RnG for now) RnG is what it sounds like, an extreme game of red light, green light. This quirk is always on and the owner has no way of turning it off without Eraserheads help (to my knowledge). The hair color will indicate when you can walk and the eye color will change to the opposite of what is indicated. This is most likely just to aid in confusing enemies. So green hair, red eyes = green light/go. Red hair, green eyes = red light/stop. If the quirk is turned off the hair will be white and eye color will look black. When Red and moving in an area of effect (about 20 feet naturally but if I constraint it can shrink to I think 1 foot or grow to I think 34 feet) it will give, what I can only describe as, mental damage. As long as someone's head is in the area they will feel "pain" in any body part. The pain will add up if the person continues to move till it becomes unbearable (I have not had someone pass out from pain yet but I don't really want to do that). The pain will precise a little after exiting the area of effect but it will usually just be discomfort, nothing that will ever feel worse than stubbing your toe for a quick bit.
No one can move when red but the owner can move around, this will exhaust them two times faster though. The area of effect follows the middle point which is the owner serving as said point. Exhaustion is normal for the user because it uses up so much energy.
Ways to combat the quirk: when red, don't move at all the best you can. You can move your eyes and breathe. (As long as this movement is necessary for survival it won't hurt you) lay on the ground or sit down. Be ready for when color change happens.
Having a long range weapon would also help if someone doesn't mind the "pain" they will feel. This will help exhaust the owner more and maybe help you move out of the area of effect faster.
Ways to use quirk: holding red till someone comes to help take out the enemy.
Switch fast enough to confuse the enemy till in range and take out.
Make the area effect smaller on purpose to save energy and make others stop when not in range because if they are smart they will stop just in case they are in the effect zone.
Make area effects bigger to stop groups and have someone with captur weapons get them from a distance.

This has helped Izuku get better in both analyses and asking people for help. (He asked if he missed something because he needs outside info on himself sometimes or you just need a different viewpoint) It's the day of the entrance exam and no one knows who's going to pass. For Izuku he will have to work harder after the entrance exam to be noticed and moved forward because robots don't have brains.
