Summary
Through some freak accident of the universe, Dabi has been invited to compete on The Bachelorette. Have they actually seen his face? Surprisingly yes, and they still want him. For this season they apparently need a ‘bad boy’ to both balance out the hero contestant (why in hell is Hawks involved?) and to trash talk the show in interviews to appeal to audiences who don’t like the scripting. Getting sent on a vacation away from his annoying bandmates to complain and eat as much free food as he wants? Sold.

Damn, this was such a masterpiece wtf?! This was better than some actual published book! I swear. This was sooooo well written and while I normally have problems with staying focused on long fics, this was easy to read. It was so well structured and had me hooked! I feel like crack fics just do that; you have a lot of funny moments to read and relax with, but also have a plot that goes beyond that, hidden behind the jokes and all. I absolutely loved to see that - it could go from sappy or funny to angsty and "Oh gawd I'm scared", but at the same time the feeling of being scared never lingered too long, so it was a REALLY refreshing read. The idea of Dabihawks in Bachelorette is so funny to me and made me want to see it through. I loved the OC's and how the POV's switched multiple times: mostly Dabi, but also Hawks as well as the Todoroki family's side of things. The side relationships were reallyyy cute as well 🥹🩷 I LOVED THIS FIC WITH MY WHOLE HEART OMG🫶🫶
