Summary
In his late thirties Jaskier is given the teaching opportunity of a lifetime and takes it, but it means no winter in Kaer Morhen, no winter with all his beloved wolves. Geralt swore this was fine, but turned out the wolves were well used to Jaskier and they don't even make it the whole winter before the climb down the mountain to find their bard.
What they find is a very overworked and tired Jaskier and they all are determined to make him feel much much better.
