Steve/Dean. They meet on Dean's bday when Sam picked Captain America giving a speech at his college over him. They meet at a bar some hour a way. They end up being short of pen pals, when Dean suddenly goes silent for a while, Steve starts calling up acquaintances. Learns of hunting, finds Dean at an old vamp nest. Dean's in the ICU for a while, nobody comes for him and Steve is pissed about it. Dean gets brought over to Steve's apartment in New York, to recover. He leaves soon after - sneaks. Comes back couple months later, Steve and him meet on coincidence, finally first kiss.
