Summary
Tom Riddle is a frightening coil of darkness, cruelty, and greatness, and changing him is Harry’s only hope for saving people he loves. Going back in time, he takes Tom from the orphanage, but his optimism shatters with every year they spend together.
Tom still longs for darkness. Tom stifles him in his possessiveness. Tom is fixated on him to the point of destroying the world just to keep him.
But Harry loves him. And the future changes.

Holy shit, I’m obsessed with this fic. Harry raising Tom squicked me out a little at first, but I kept seeing this getting recommended on Reddit threads so I decided to give it a shot. And my God it did not disappoint. Tom’s obsession with Harry and possessiveness over him is both fascinating and terrifying. And Harry, poor, good hearted Harry, was *so* woefully underprepared for Tom’s crazy ass. 10/10 fic, I loved it!
