“Kaiser, let us toast. The new world is coming. I think it is good that we welcome it properly,” he said, smiling, raising his cup. “Also... they say it is good luck to share food and drink sake under the cherry blossoms.”
“Luck... huh, as if we needed that...” Kaiser murmured, but also raised his cup.
It was a silent and light touch of their cups. They didn’t even have the right food, it was so silent around, few cherry trees, but Isagi had not felt such happiness in a long time.
