Summary
Xie Lian's expression softens, and he lays Hua Cheng's hand above his heart. "You've been through so much, San Lang, taken on so much for others. For me," he says meaningfully. "Won't you let me take care of you?"
The notion that Hua Cheng would ever require recompense for his devotion is unthinkable. His Highness is His Highness; of course Hua Cheng would take on anything for him. But Xie Lian asks the question so gently, so imploringly. How can Hua Cheng deny him when he can feel the steady thump of his god's heart beneath his palm?
Or: Hualian decide to try out the memory-eating monster on Hua Cheng, but his younger self is less accustomed to affection than expected.

Summary
Tian Ci ascended at the age of 22 while he was asleep at his desk, mouth wide open and drooling on his scrolls. Amidst the trying task of getting acquainted with the ins and outs of the heavenly realm, Tian Ci found himself in a beautiful wildflower garden when he noticed something was very, very wrong.
Lying idly under a maple tree was a teenage boy in a red tunic, an arm under his head as he held another outstretched to the sky, a small silver butterfly perched on his fingertip.
A teenage boy that was definitely, undeniably, a hundred and ten percent a certified ghost.

If anyone should be embarrassed about anything, it should be Hua Cheng; to be so thoroughly unmasked as someone who is full of soft, intimate feelings about just about everything Xie Lian does. It is very, very cute.
