Summary
A remix of FireFlyVal’s Words and Actions inspired by Pride and Prejudice.
Ash and Serena were once best friends, until time, hurt feelings, and one serious miscommunication left them standing on opposite sides of a divide neither of them knew how to cross. Years later, their friendship has curdled into bickering, sharp words, and carefully buried regret.
When they finally decide to confront the past and bury the hatchet, they begin to realize that life without each other has been harder than either of them wanted to admit. But with Serena carrying the expectations of a famous Performer and Ash living under the weight of his reputation as a powerful Trainer, pride may not be the only thing standing in their way.
After all these years, can they find their way back to each other, or have their own words and actions already done too much damage?
