David's definitely in control at MQ. He's running the show like he always has - and the place is a mad house - so of course there's ups and downs, but in the end, he knows exactly what to back and where to stand his ground. So when it comes to hiring, he's gonna go for the people that serve him best. With Brad out the picture working for Dana, there's very few that can fill those shoes.
Only, he hadn't quite expected the reaction that came with his decision.

Summary
David makes up the insane theory that Kate must be Brad's ex-girlfriend in an effort to figure out why Brad is acting so weird.
It makes sense to him by all accounts - the why he freaked out about Zack meeting his coworkers (he obviously knows all about Kate and Brad's old relationship), and why Jo suddenly seems to be treating Brad as weaker than usual (how can you be a shark when you have gave into a temptation such as a woman?).
His theory gets stuck, though, when he can't figure out just what happened between Brad and Kate that's making him act this way. And of course, that means he has to snoop...
or; david's an idiot who wants to know everything (about brad) and it backfires. badly.

And then he spots her. And she feels like she isn’t there at all, that he is looking right through her, and like there’s this nothing of everything in between them that won’t let her look away, even though she’s aware he’s barely there.
And she holds her. He grasps her against the reckless noise and holds her. He cries and wails like a child, and prays, and breaks down, not at all angry, just sad. He lets go of it all, into her shoulder, and they collapse together, wondering what it all is, and what it all was, and why it all isn’t, why it never was. She rocks his weeping figure breathlessly, and a hundred miles away, she is crying as well, herself outside of herself, watching his world break down around her again and again. And she doesn’t know how to stop it.
or; The Doctor is stuck unconscious. Yaz goes inside of her head to try and wake her up, and, for the first time, sees The Doctor.

and what better way to crush MQ from the inside out than to get cozy with the executive producer? The soy boy beta cuck of an executive producer, sure, but an executive nonetheless. The way Brad saw it, Brittlesbee was practically falling over him already.

Summary
Brad gets sick. Naturally, David takes it upon himself to help his coworker out, but Brad Bakshi does not ask for help, nor does he accept it easily. But David is different. Unfortunately, David Brittlesbee is also incredibly arachnophobic, and Brad has lots of pets that give him panic attacks.
in other words: brad gets sick, has a mild crisis over it because he hates being sick, and david learns far more about brad than he was comfortable knowing. namely, about the presence of arachnids in the same apartment that brad sleeps in. but david stays anyway, because he cares about brad, so brad helps him overcome his arachnophobia in return (because really, it would suck a lot if david never came over to his apartment again. david's the only person brad actually likes. not that anyone ever has to know.)

Summary
These are a bunch of smaller ideas about Brad actually being Abed, and Greendale people crossing over into his Mythic Quest life. The chapters are pretty short, but there will be more. The first chapter is kind of bad, but it does get better.
