“Anyways, I know you are there, and that you've been taking my things, the things I've been leaving for you.” He cleared his throat, suddenly embarrassed. “I just want to talk to you, nothing more. I want to know. Then I can leave you alone if you want… So please, show yourself.” The pleading tone he used made him cringe, what had he become?
The silence was brutal, only the birds singing in the distance could be heard, his morale becoming smaller by the second. He sat again, and then he realized something, his voice shaking. “I bet you can't even understand me, right?” He covered his face with his hands, frustrated.
As he was about to quickly grab his things and storm out of there, never to come back again, he heard a splash to his right. He whipped his head to look. He saw nothing, just moving water. He'd finally lost it, he was probably imagining it.
“Yes, weirdly I can understand you.”

With the grace of a raccoon rummaging through the trash in the early hours of the morning, he snags a chocolate bar and—Minho swears to god—coughs dramatically as he shoves it into his pocket.
Minho loses it.
He claps a hand over his mouth, shoulders shaking as he watches him fumble his way through the worst attempt at theft he’s ever seen. If the place had actual security, he would’ve been caught five minutes ago.
Still laughing under his breath, Minho pushes himself up from his chair and heads toward the back of the store. He has to see this guy’s face when he gets caught. He finds him by the refrigerators, the harsh lighting making his face look pale.
Minho steps in front of him, cutting off his path.
The guy blinks up at him, startled. “…Uh, hey?”
Minho crosses his arms, tilting his head slightly. “So, were you planning on paying for that chocolate, or should I start drafting your prison memoir?”

Summary
Minho was thirty-six years old, and one of the hottest guys Jisung had ever seen in his life. He was older, attractive, and had a pretty great sense of humor. It was crazy that he didn’t have a girlfriend or something. Jisung had asked him once why he was single, but Minho had dodged the question.
And maybe, just maybe, Jisung had the tiniest little crush on him, even though he knew it would never go anywhere. Having a silly crush on his older brother’s friend was embarrassing, because he knew Minho only saw him as Chan’s younger brother.
