The world is overrun with ferals, mindless, notorious beings that stalk the cities and crawl into small villages. They're a threat, a large one at that, and Jay---Well, Jay doesn't give a shit. One would reckon that he should. That he's human and as un-presented as he is on top of that, there were many reasons to be worried.
Thing is, no one's ever given him a reason to be worried. He's him. That is, until he reaches the Academy, an infamous school known for graduating full packs: werewolves, vampires, magics---whatever, all in the efforts of depleting the feral population. They want hunters, trained killers, and Jay plans on coming out as just that. Alone; A pack all in himself.
In hindsight, maybe this is truly where he should've started to worry.
