Summary
There’s a storm brewing, and there’s blood on Jason’s knuckles, and his mouth tastes like dirt and mud and worms and decay.
These days are always the worst ones. So for once, he does the sensible thing, and heads home.
Only there is a body.
There is a body lying on the ground underneath the dirty fire escape. It’s not moving. The rain, rapidly increasing in volume, is running down the street and bringing streaks of dark red that can’t be anything but blood.

Summary
It started out as a club of ten, composed of five old ladies, two middle-aged women, one mid-20s married couple, and one Jason Peter Todd. The married couple had a fight during the first meeting, didn't talk during the second, and then never came again. One of the old ladies broke her hip and didn't return, either. That left the old lady quartet, the possible lesbian couple, and Jason to meet every Friday night, discussing the book of the month.
He loved it.
Jason joins a book club. This leads to more drama than expected.

Summary
Jason is so scared of the Joker that he can’t breathe when he thinks about him, can barely even stand, so he takes his former moniker of Red Hood and wears his face until his heart stops pounding.
Guns remind him of his father, make him so sad and angry that he wants to die, so he carries those too. Explosions terrify him, so he plays with bombs, plants one in his helmet right where it will kill him if he goes off.
