Summary
Darcy, despite all of the warnings her mother had ever given her, looked at her Timer as a comfortable promise. Sometime after Puente Antiguo, it had finally stopped being pale and blurry, which Darcy took as a good sign. Then being a witness to the near destruction of the planet a few times, it was a day to downright look forward to.

Summary
Steve likes to think of himself as a fairly easygoing captain. His work at the Avengers Facility was tough, especially when he has to interject between enhanced persons. Running the facility with minimal mishaps took quite a bit of his time, but his efforts seem worth it when he’d feel the united purpose that everyone seemed to carry. While he didn't necessarily have direct authority over the Science division, he assumes a certain amount of professionalism would exist there. But that was before.

Summary
Thor was gone, and Jane was inconsolable. Darcy had been willing to help her best friend in any way that she could, up to and including building wormholes to travel to Asgard. Unfortunately, Jane's wormhole experiment didn't exactly turn out the way that Jane, or Darcy, had expected.
Trapped in what appears to be 1940s New York City, Darcy is helped by a good Samaritan named Mrs. Rogers who offers her a place to stay. As Darcy becomes closer to Steve, Mrs. Rogers' son, she can't help but worry about what will happen if she somehow makes it back to her own time/world.
