The assistant director lays the stack of scripts down gingerly, perhaps almost reverently. Minho folds one hand over the other and hopes it will be enough to hide the slight tremor that he can already feel setting in. His eyes scan the front page, before returning back to the title. He blinks. He doesn’t quite know what he had been expecting, but this is not that.

Summary
Pressure at the foot of the bed makes the mattress dip, and Jisung experiences what can only be described as waking up into a dream. His brain, foggy with short-lived and restless sleep, registers a number of things that might not make total sense but are received as facts, regardless: there’s a hand tugging at the waistband of his underwear, a pair of knees bracketing his own, and the distinct smell of fire in the air.
In the darkness of his room, ruby red eyes trail up Jisung’s body before locking on his own.

Summary
Jisung moves to sit back, lost and discombobulated, but the hand that unexpectedly settles on the small of his back stops him in his tracks. Fingertips slip underneath the waistband of his sweatpants as the action throws him off-kilter, trapping him against the heat of Minho’s thigh.
When Minho speaks, he doesn’t even lift his gaze from his phone to look back at him. “Go on.”

Summary
Jisung won’t stop staring at him. Minho knows, because he can see him out of the corner of his eye, even as he stubbornly refuses to look back. Because he can sense the weight of his gaze pressing onto him, heavy and hot to the feel.
In theory, knowing that Jisung is back in the city has made the concept of stepping out of the house just a little intimidating. In practice, Minho finds he’s entirely unprepared to handle the fact that none of his senses seem willing to process anything but Jisung.
