“Whoa–” Jo says as Nirei shoves his arm off, doubling over, retching nothing. He covers his mouth. The world spins. He breathes through his mouth and Jo’s scent coats his tongue.
There’s silence, and then “How long have you been off your type blocker?”
He doesn’t answer.
Sakura and Suo flash to mind, entwined like braided ribbon.

Nirei makes the mistake of skipping his type blockers for a few days, and winds up in heat fever. Jo, being the good guy he is, helps him through it. That's all it is... until it's something more.

Summary
Madara didn’t want peace. It was only out of ridiculous sentiment for bygone times as to why he agreed to enter peace negotiations with the Senju. His former childhood friend, Senju Hashirama, has practically begged him to do so. It was never his intention to actually go through with it all.
That Hashirama had an Omega brother was something he would’ve never anticipated, but it changed everything. After all, every proper Alpha needed an Omega. So maybe there could be peace. For a price, of course.
