    Seeing no other choice, Yugi sells himself into slavery in order to keep his grandpa and himself from starving.
    His buyer turns out to be from the palace, and Yugi learns that he is supposed to provide companionship for the crown prince, in order to placate his worsening temper.
    While being scared at first, he's determined to do his best.
    All he wants to achieve by playing nice is to gain enough favour to be able to negotiate the price of his freedom. At least, that's his plan at first. He never expected to come to like the crown prince as much as he does. However, living in the harem isn't easy on Yugi, and eventually he will have to decide if the crown prince is worth staying despite the constant bullying from his fellow concubines, or if he should try to leave after all.
