Roy Harper had struggled a little at first after having to fake his death and leave the city he'd lived in his entire life, but he'd bounced back and a few years later was doing very well. Met a great guy, said guy's family of vigilantes set him up with a great undercover gig in the FBI. The only thing that could possibly screw it up was someone from his old life walking in - especially if it was someone who was a great liar if and only if they had a fair amount of time to prepare a lie.
