    Summary

Heaven was mostly stark white. Here on Earth, in the Garden, Aziraphale was used to blues, browns, and greens. Sky, dirt, grass. The vibrancy of Crawly’s hair was a shock. The closest point of comparison Aziraphale had were the occasional bursts of colour from the flowers dotting the landscape.

The apple, a stern voice inside his head supplied as an unhelpful reminder. Like the apple. Forbidden.

Over the course of six millennia, Aziraphale considers Crowley’s hair.

    Summary

The halo was pure angel, the ring of light something Crowley hadn’t seen since Aziraphale had almost declared war between Heaven and Hell to save the humans. (He had been sad to miss the spectacle, but this was a much more apt opportunity to see his angel’s halo.)

The promise of divinity had Crowley’s skin shaking with lust, Aziraphale so lost in the pleasure he didn't notice that he lost control, his angelic features escaping the ethereal plane to become visible, gracing Crowley with the most intimate parts of him. He didn’t care that he had spent the past thirty seconds seated in Aziraphale, no movement as he fixated on the halo.

He let his hand reach towards the golden disc, breathing heavily as he made contact, Aziraphale moaning so loud he was grateful they miracled the place sound proof.

    OR

Crowley and Aziraphale are both shocked when the angel's halo makes a surprise appearance. When they realize just what the halo can do, Crowley brings his angel to the heights of pleasure.

    Summary

Crowley rubs a hand down his face, sighing. “Then you know that you shouldn’t have done that.”

“It was the only choice I had. If you got smitten—” Aziraphale swallows, feeling his back throb in pain. “You would have died right where you stood. I could not allow that.”

Crowley’s mouth turns into a thin line, his fury radiating through the room. “So, what? It was better if it was you rather than me that took the hit?”

“Yes!” Aziraphale exclaims, sitting up in bed. He winces as his back protests the movement, but he needs Crowley to understand. “You deserve better than what I was able to ever give you, and you need to help Muriel and the Messiah. If I ceased to exist, nothing would change the outcome of stopping all of this.”

“No, you don’t get to say that.” Crowley walks up to the bed. “If you think I’ll ever stand to lose you again, then you’re bloody wrong. The outcome would be different because I wouldn’t have you, you daft thing.”

After everything is said and done, Aziraphale has to learn to adjust to life on Earth after seven years of being in Heaven. Luckily, Crowley is there to help him heal, and to give him the love that he feels he's lost.

    Summary

The part Crowley couldn’t bear, the very worst part, was that it was all his fault.

And not in that stupid self-flagellating ‘oh wah this random series of events is all my fault’ way. In the very literal ‘I made a horrible mistake and now someone I care about is suffering because of what I very directly and specifically did’ way.

But to see it, to understand how badly he had fucked up, you had to start at the beginning.

Fill for the prompt: 'hedonists with no foresight decide to torture an angel for funsies'-- but in their case, their comeuppance isn't blind justice enacted by the universe, but very, very particular justice enacted by Crowley, who's come to get his angel back

    Summary

It starts because Aziraphale decides he wants to buy some lingerie, and Crowley will be damned again if she isn’t going to be on hand to see how that goes down. Then, somehow, it snowballs. Look, sometimes, an angel and a demon just want to wear and buy each other nice (intimate) things.

Sequel to “A Woman Shaped Being of the World.”
