Summary
A phoenix, a reaper, a shark, and an eldritch priestess walk into a detective's life. If that sounds like the set up for a joke, Amelia Watson would assure you her life is already one of those- but she's got friends who care about her now.
...Maybe a bit too much. After all, she's just some bozo who managed to stumble across their myth- she's not worth all this hassle, right?

Summary
“Kronii… are you sure this is ethical?”
“Don’t worry about it, Fauna,” Kronii stood up straight, wiping a stray flower petal from her chin— a whole bucket’s worth of them sitting in the sink in the kitchen area of Tea/Time Boba. Honestly, it was impressive— Fauna had no idea how that many tea leaves could come out of her boss’s lungs.
Well, technically she knew the cause, it was more a space issue than anything else. Was hanahaki magical? It seemed so, how else could you explain a disease caused by unrequited love?
Kronii has hanahaki disease for the cute florist next door, Ame- but, rather than confront her feelings, she starts using the flowers to cut corners on her cafe's floral tea blends.
Understandably, Fauna considers this her own personal hell.

Gura is a bartender. She wishes other people could have normal sane jobs like that and not whatever fresh hell she's stumbled into just because she got swindled by a pair of cute blue eyes.

“I’ve come to visit you now,” Maria said in a kind voice, “You don’t have to be alone anymore. It’s okay.”
“Will you stay?”
“I’ll be here for as long as you need me to be,” she reassured.
A nearly unnoticeable glint of hope shone in the ghost’s eye. Maria's heart sank, but she knew it was for the better. To give this ghost a glint of light in the dark before she cast her away.
Elira Pendora would finally be put to rest.
