Ministry of Magic Creature Rating XXXXX: A Known Wizard Killer. Impossible to train or domesticate. The Nundu is a giant mammal similar to a leopard that is native to East Africa. It moves silently, despite its "gigantic" size, and is considered by some to be the most dangerous creature alive. The breath of the Nundu is toxic and filled with disease.
Newt Scamander keeps one in his suitcase.

At least three doses, then, probably four or five, depending on how much Alastor had managed to avoid. Vox glanced at more pink stains on his white sheets, further spillage, another dose he’d dodged, before realising how close his eyes were wandering to his nemesis’ waist.

Summary
The closest Alastor's ever gotten to romance comes in the form of—in order of increasing hilariousness—a couple of botched youthful attempts at kissing, cheap mass-produced smut comics, and the wildly entertaining tales of other people's sordid affairs.
He's never wanted sex. He's never wanted love. He's never seen a problem with this.
It's taken about a century, but he's pleasantly surprised to discover that the rest of the world is finally starting to catch up with his perspective.
More than anything else, he’s pleased that these new modern attitudes have given him extra opportunities for bad puns.
