Durza is a fine example of a shade: perfect and well rounded, with a taste for torture and arrogance. What does he do in his spare time? Taunting his subordinates and a co-worker. Life is shit. Work is shit. Existing is the shittiest. Mimizu feels that sentiment the most - from missed opportunities to constant failure, her days are unmeasurably miserable. If she were to be reborn again, she is absolutely, undoubtedly, one hundred percent certain that she would be the Nanami Kento of her universe.
For once, however, it seems as though luck is on her side. Dying is unfortunate but, well, reincarnation is full of possibilities! If only she can understand why she has a multitude of legs, a void of a stomach, and skin the shade of… berries?

Summary
The vivid clarity of the world around himself, draped in a dark cloak of night that his enhanced eyes saw through as if it were but a thin sheet; the crisp autumn air tickling the inside of his nostrils with such saturation that it almost felt like he could taste the coming winter on the tip of his tongue. The breeze that came from this altitude tickled his bare skin, and despite its ineffectual chill against his strengthened flesh, goosebumps climbed up his neck from the tactile sensitivity he bore against its breath.
Everything felt so real, realer and fresher than it'd ever been. If that made sense, which it probably didn’t.
His senses then were just so alive that he didn’t think he could recall a time he’d ever been so… aware, of everything.
Toji fucking Fushiguro. Who would've guessed. In the middle of Shibuya too, like, really?

An attempt at a SI-fic with a character not quite lucky enough to be given easy access to the main cast. Sporting a fresh case of “amnesia” and a disgustingly overpowered cursed technique to balance out his ineptitude, the casual fan who’s replaced Naoya Zen’in has enough on his plate without having to muddle through clan politics and the social repercussions of incarnating as such an utter bastard. It’s going to be really hard to save the world and not die when he’s barely involved in the original plot … and when he never even finished the damn manga.
Maybe he’s only half-lying when he says he doesn’t remember anything.
