Summary
Ladybug retires, but as bad luck would have it, he keeps running into the Twins. While not exactly enemies, they're not friends either. If that wasn't awkward enough, fate has been a real dick by making Ladybug and Tangerine soulmates. Each encounter only proves how completely and utterly incompatible they are. At least this is what they tell themselves.
(Or: Five times Tangerine and Ladybug tried to move past the fact that they're soulmates, plus the time they figured out they didn't want to.)

It takes Ryland Grace three days to figure out he’s in a different reality but in his defense, it was a school weekend and summer break was on the way.
Here's a few things that clues him in:
One, the weirdest thing that Ryland notices when he wakes up is that he smells like sugar cookies. He doesn't even know how to bake.
Two, the second weirdest thing is that when he orders take out, his DoorDasher leans in really close to his face and sniffs him. Which, okay, so he forgot to shower last night, is it such a crime? Sue him, whatever.
The last and final thing that broke the straw on the camel's back was the man who stops him outside of Grover Cleveland Middle School while he's fumbling with his bike lock and sweating over rewriting the answer key for his practice exams, to ask if he could hit up that "Sweet Omega Ass," which- what the fudge? Who do you think you are, and what even is an Omega?
