Without Luffy leading the strawhats, how would they continue? Would they at all?

Summary
How did the junior disciples (ducklings) learn how scary Wei Wuxian was as the Yilling Laozu you may ask.
By said Laozu being sick with a headache and unintentionally bringing old traumas to everybody in Gusu Cloud Recesses with new disciples, seniors and elders included.
It also comes with knew info and trauma for the duckling squad as they learn exactly how much pain their senior is in on an almost daily basis.

It was impossible. It should have been impossible unless Dragon was not only a shitty father but also had shitty tastes in women, but the body curled around him, rumbling in something that was half caught between a growl and a purr, felt too much like Luffy for Ace to be able to deny what has happening in front of his own eyes.
"Lu'?"
The dragon, because it was a dragon no matter how much Ace wanted to say it wasn't, rumbled back at him and yeah that was his little brother. His little brother who was a dragon.
Don't think of the implications Ace.
Who no one could try to kill now because everyone knew what it meant when someone had a dragon shift.
Anyone but Luffy probably.
"GARP!" echoed from somewhere and on this Ace at least could agree with that bastard fleet admiral. If Gramps knew about this he was going to punch him straight in the face.

“Aw, you dodged!” the kid complained. “I was being so sneaky too,” he grumbled, dusting himself off with two arms that were definitely a normal length now. When the kid finally looked up at Law, he already had his knife clenched in one hand, eyes locked as he held a fighting stance.
The weird kid looked confused, but Law didn’t budge.
“Sorry if I scared you, I’ve never seen you before. Are you from the Gray Terminal?” he asked. Law had no idea what that was, and kept his mouth firmly shut. That only seemed to annoy the kid more, who puffed his cheeks out. “That’s a cool knife,” he tried next.
Law stayed silent. The kid sighed heavily.
“Can you not speak? I guess its okay if you can’t,” he said, as if he had any say in the matter. He shook off the annoyed look and smiled, brighter than anyone had any right to be. “My name is Monkey D. Luffy! I’m gonna be king of the pirates!”

From the ship emerged a group of Marines led by a young and crazy captain.Marco was sure that they were simply a new kind of enemy and a threat on the way to saving Ace, but instead he got... whatever the hell it is.
